I was traveling in Jordan from 19th of April to May 7 2024. Mohammad drove me from the start to the end. I traveled with him all over Jordan. We took the smaller roads and he explained to me about his culture. I had a wonderful experience. Mohammad droped me off at the destinations I had planned and was always very punctual picking me up. At the sights I wanted to visit, he waited patiently letting me take my time. I always felt safe with him driving. He drove carefully and at a pace with which I had time to enjoy the scenery. I could ask at any time for a stop for photos. Mohammad is very kind, responsible and fun to be with. Next time I visit Jordan, he is my driver! I must add that Jordan is very safe and the people are very friendly, interested in who is visiting their country. Every Jordainien I met was respectful and peaceful. It is a great place to visit!

I was not sure whether to rent a car and drive myself or make a deal with a private driver. When I got in touch with Mohammad everything went very smooth from the beginning. Mohammad answered fast on every message and was always friendly, professional and accurated. I decided to give it a go. Hij is modest, serviceminded and goes out of his way to make you feel safe and sound. Every morning he picked us up. Sharp on time. With my steaming hot Jordanian coffee (with Kardemom and Milk just how I like it) ready for me in my cupholder. At the end of the day he would drop us of at the hotel and waited for my app that we were securely checked in before he would leave. Thank you Mohammad for taking such good care of us. Over the course of two days we took a car trip with Mohammad from Amman to Wadi Rum then to Aqaba and back to Amman We felt completely comfortable and cared for from the beginning His stops, pacing and suggestions were just right We had delightful conversations and a fun time throughout Mohammad took us for an excellent lunch in wadi rum , dinner and fantastic desert in Amman , stopped often along the way to get us coffee and treats , called up a friend in Aqaba to arrange a private boat tour with snorkeling and homemade BBQ lunch We felt like family after our brief two days together . He became a friend and we have stayed in touch Cannot say enough about this wonderful experience

We booked airport transfers with Joyful Roads via Trip Advisor. Mohammad responded promptly and provided us with all the information. We then decided to book with him a trip to Bethany and Jerash. Raad patiently waited for us at our arrival as we were delayed at the airport because only two people were issuing the entry visa for Jordan pass holders . Raad was very polite, professional and friendly. He helped us getting registered for the Bethany tour and talked to us about the area, which is managed by the government. He waited for us while we were touring , we could not believe how close we were to Israel. It was an wonderful experience then we went back to Aman and had the most delicious lunch at Tawaheen Al Hawa . We all started getting to love Jordan . Another day Raad also took us to Jerash, he is so easy going and makes you feel at ease. He came to us to purchase the tour tickets, we took the tour withHassan we learnt so much with him. Really enjoyed it and he patiently answered all our questions. Next another wonderful lunch … Jordanian food is delicious!! Mohammad who is the owner picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport. Down to earth, polite, genuine person. He drove early morning from Wadi Rum to Amman to take us to the airport because he makes a point to meet his customers at least once! That speaks volume of his commitment to his customers and his business. I came across Joyful Roads after we booked and paid our trip to Petra and Wadi Rum, we talked to Mohammad about our experience with the other tour. He tries to take his customers early morning to Petra and to the Dead Sea to avoid the heat, which makes more sense as it gets super hot !! He makes sure his customers are well taken care of, while other companies look for what is more convenient to them. In this trip we went to Egypt , Turkey and Jordan ..I never thought Jordan had so much to offer, it was the highlight of the whole trip. Oh man I cannot say enough great things about Mohammad!!! From our very first conversation before actually hiring him until our drop off and even conversations after drop off at the airport, he was extremely professional, nice, punctual (that’s a biggie with me) communicative, knowledgeable, accommodating (he kept our luggage 5+ pieces with him-there was 4 of us 😅- while we took a 3 day trip to Egypt) kept water, sodas, snacks. He would make multiple stops if we needed sustenance and wouldn’t even let us pay!! I mean even so trusting as to wanting payment in a closed envelope which I refused to do because I wanted to make sure he got his payment, his tips were in a closed envelope though ☺️ His minivan was amazing!! He asked us to choose between a sedan and minivan but with 4 of us plus all the luggage we decided to go with the minivan even if it was gonna cost more. Our schedule and timing from start to finish was kept on point until the last day. Because of the war erupting we had to change our schedule on Friday with protests and heavy police and military presence. He did tell us about the protests that were going to happen and we appreciated the information so we finished everything we needed to do on Thursday and just hung out at the hotel until the evening when he picked us up to take us to the airport. I’m so glad he told us from what we’ve seen on TV. I only write reviews when I’m seriously impressed. I write this as I’m waiting to board my flight in Amman back home to the US. Please do yourselves a favor, if you visit Jordan definitely hire him as your driver. Mohammad, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and so do the ones that were with me and I will definitely refer you to anyone that visits Jordan. My wife and I booked an 8 day trip in Jordan and we used Mohammad's private car service for our entire trip. I have to say that this was the absolute BEST service and experience we have ever had! Mohammad is very personable, kind, courteous, and super hospitable. The amenities he provided were wonderful (he has Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks available in all of his vans between him and his other driver Ahmad). He initially picked us up from Queen Alia international airport when we arrived in late in the evening and dropped us off to spend two nights in Amman. Then his other driver, Ahmad, took us to the Dead Sea for one night and picked us up the next morning to head to Wadi Rum. Ahmad is super kind and even took us to a Dead Sea shop (on the way to the Dead Sea) and a stopped for a lunch break on the way to Wadi Rum. We stayed in Wadi Rum for one night and Mohammad picked us up the next day to take us to Petra where we stayed for 2 nights. He also picked us up to take us to back to Amman for our last night and took us to the airport the next morning. Overall, I would highly recommend Mohammad's private car service to anyone visiting Jordan. We will certainly book his service when we return to Jordan.

I booked two day trips (for me and my friend) and two airport transfers with Mohammad. One day was for Madaba, Mt Nebo, and Bethany Beyond the Jordan. The other was for Jerash, Ajloun, and Umm Qais. From the planning stage, he was very prompt in replying and supplied us with the details we needed to make decisions. He graciously accommodated several changes I requested and was very generous with the pricing (that is, he didn't charge extra for a couple of additions I requested). When we finally met him on the first day of our tour, we found him to be very friendly, courteous, personable, and welcoming. Very thoughtful, too, always anticipating our needs. A nice plus: his van has Wi-Fi and a tray of snacks and drinks. On one of the day trips, we were driven by Adam (who works with Mohammad) who was also very helpful and patient. We found both men to be safe and careful drivers. We never felt unsafe. If you're ever visiting Jordan and needing private transport service, do yourself a big favour by contacting Mohammad Hmaidan.
