There was flexibility with the tour and our guide Irwan gave interesting local information. Irwan was waiting at the terminal and it was nice to have a pre arranged tour, we were able to bypass a horde of taxi drivers. We visited an array of sites, a mosque, several temples, a souvenir shop (the air con was a respite at the shop) - this also had a good cafe - the prices were good and no bartering was required. We also visited a pearl shop, a local market and a mall.

It was a pretty good personable day with my tour guide; very knowledgeable about the architecture and the history of the sites; also knew the person who were on the premises and I believe it made it easier for us to get access; wanted to spend more time with me, but I had limitations so I asked if he could change a couple of our Listed sites and he was very accommodating… My favorite part of the trip was visiting the temples and the local market (it is so important to be exposed to the people and culture with firsthand knowledge. It makes you way more humbled). I would recommend this tour for people who don’t have time who don’t want to go too far… All sites are very close to each other or local… Finally the visit to the grand mosque; this was a very interesting tour like tour guides who work at the mosque… When the tour was done, my driver was there waiting very convenient…

Falls and local guide were great. The climb back up is a bit strenuous so wear comfortable shoes and dress light. Go early to beat the crowds. Driver to and from drove very fast and a bit reckless. Didn't see any mosque or village. It was waterfalls and that was it.

We had an amazing experience, our guide gave us so much information about Lombok and the environment. We were so impressed with the sheer skill of our guides that went with us in the raft, they really made the experience so amazing. Joking around, taking our pictures and videos, just good vibes all around. Would really recommend the experience to everyone, it's worth every penny!

The experience was amazing and well organised in every aspect. Alot of information is provided and this is an edperienfe not to miss when in Lombok. Andy was a great guide and make the experience even better.

I loved the Sasak traditional village and meeting some of the inhabitants and learning about their way of life. We also visited a village where pots are made and we had the opportunity to try our hand at it. Another stop where weavers worked and we were dressed in traditional Lombok dress. Our driver Andy took us to view some beaches with stunning views then back through the countryside which was just as pretty

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to visit the old Hindu temples of Mataram and the mosque. I enjoyed most the museum with the history of Lombok. Our driver Andy was chatty and informative throughout

We had an amazing day! Pick up at the cruise terminal was easy, it was a scenic drive to our picturesque little boats and our guide told us all about Lombok on the way. The snorkeling at the islands was full of life. Our kids had a great time exploring. We were able to view the sunset on the last island which was gorgeous. On the way back to port our guide and driver found us some local cuisine to try since we really wanted something authentic. Just all in all everything we could have asked for.

I was a bit hesitant when I booked this tour as there were only 4 reviews posted at the time of booking it. After booking it and doing it, I can confidently say that you can book this tour with confidence as it was worth it! There was a slight hiccup on pickup where no driver contacted me or arrived at 7:30 a.m. (the booked time). I contacted the operator and they quickly replied that our assigned driver would come at 9 a.m. My wife and I were not too fussed as it gave us more time to enjoy our resort so it worked out. The driver arrived before 9 and apologized for the miscommunication. He drove us to the rafting spot and we proceeded to wear safety helmets and life jackets. We walked down to the rafting spot and then waited for around 30 - 40 minutes as the electricity cut out and they had to use a power generator to inflate the rafting boats. Once they came down with the rafting boats, they placed them in the river and we hopped on. It was a fun experience and there were lots of adrenaline and excitement the whole trip. Afterward, lunch was served and it was amazing! I was a bit skeptical about the food but after trying it, I can say it was delicious. Some points to take into consideration for this tour: - This tour was not as long as advertised. I think in total it took 4 - 5 hours including the commute. You might want to have some other plans afterward to enjoy more of your day. - There were a lot of rocks and some stops while rafting as the rafting boat would get stuck on some rocks. That is because the water levels were lower than normal as the water levels were higher after the rainy season. - Make sure to confirm that the driver is assigned the day before the tour to avoid miscommunications like us. Contact the operator as they were friendly and nice to work with. - Download WhatsApp as most tours in Indonesia use WhatsApp as their method of communication with you. Overall I would do this tour again and I would recommend all considering it, to do it as it was a lot of fun :)

Awful experience too many people who were fighting to get pictures of the statues ...:boats everywhere ... not worth the money big swell too and windy .. if you want to go bashed in the face with flippers and shoved about this place is for you ..and this was first thing in the morning ...

We was picked up 8.30 by our driver Andy, spoke amazing english and very whitty!.. he advised on places to go and what places we were passing. We got to the raft office and was given some fried bananas which was suprising nice, but couldnt eat them all as we had just had breakfat at the hotel. We then got in the van to the rafting point were our instructors run through everything. We also stopped part way down river to jump off a 3m cliff which seemed higher when up there. Our tour looked after us all the way through. Very friendly nice people. We got back to the raft office about 1hr.30 after and had dinner, we had lovely food and drink provided, toilets available to change of you want to. Then after food we was took back to our hotel. Cant thank them enjoy for auch an enjoyable day and lovely company!! Would advise to go on this tour!!👍🏼👍🏼

Visiting temples and mosque. My guide Andy was flexible and tailored the tour to meet my needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and highly professional. It was an enjoyable experience as I was on my own. However,I think trip advisor charged me a two person price, not one. Also price seems to be US dollars.

Great trip to see the waterfalls. Andy offered excellent communication, arranging the trip for us at short notice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and picked us up on time. At the waterfall, he’d arranged a local guide to take us up - she was amazing with our 5yo daughter, and gave us plenty of time to walk up at our own pace. The waterfalls were beautiful, and well worth the easy walk. On the way down, we’d arranged with Andy to get a short moped ride back down, which my daughter loved! There we stopped for some lunch (best nasi goreng I had through the whole trip!), before Andy drove us home again. Would recommend!

We visited Lombok on 11 January 2023 to 15 January 2023. This is our first trip to Lombok & we do not know what to expect. Have booked two full day private tours & our driver/trip organizer is Pak Andy Ashari. The tour recommended by Pak Andy was a very good way to see a lot of Lombok’s attractions & learn a lot about the tribal village, people & it’s culture. We spent the whole day on the road & found the views very interesting especially the padi fields. Our trip highlights would be visit to the Lingsar Trinity Temple, Islamic Center (Mosque), National Museum , Sukarara Weaving Village, Sasak Village & Mayura Water Palace. We also managed to visit to Tanjung Aan Beach. We would to thank our trip organizer, Pak Andy for making it extra personal & there was a lot of room for spontaneous encounters with the locals.
