Pick up points could be easier to find and options given . Informed to take food and drink as nowhere to purchase. This we did but there was not a dedicated area to eat it in. Had to stand in the rain eating our food!! No food or drink was permitted on mini bus. Guide at camp was very informative and a happy crappie. Mini bus was rather cramped, could have been a little larger. Would not have wished to have used in hot weather. All in all a good interesting visit. Lady guide on bus was friendly and gave out informative details.

We chose this tour because it was slightly shorter than the others and our time in Prague was limited. We were expecting to be rushed around a lot but this was not the case. Our tour guide on the coach spoke really good English and gave a full commentary on the way to the camp. We were handed over to a tour guide at the main camp who also spoke extremely good English and gave us a complete tour. We made far more stops at different places of interest than we expected. The history of the camp and ghetto and also the people imprisoned was dealt with in a really informative manner.
I would recommend this tour to anybody. I have visited Auschwitz and can confirm that Terezin is also an unforgettable experience - it adds to the picture of a history that should never be forgotten.

The tour guide was good and spoke about the surroundings during the start of the mini van journey to Terezin. The local tour guide at the camp was very good and gave a detailed insight into the conditions of the camp. Afterwards, the Martin Tour guide gave us a tour of the rest of the camp. Overall, the tour was informative and gave an insight into the conditions of the Terezin camp and how people were treated. Questions asked were answered well and we were given time to look around the museum which had a lot of information about the camp as well. Was provided with adequate information of Terezin and was overall a good tour. Would recommend!

Was impressed with the transport and efficiency of booking tickets. However we didn't feel the guide gave us any stories or experiences to explain properly what happened. We also didn't feel that we had sufficient amount of time in each place.

Left Prague old Town at 9:00 with a stop at Republic Square to pick up more people. Left Prague at 9:15 and it took 1 hour to drive. Small bus of about 18 passengers. The visit itself was emotional and memorable. The air conditioning wasn’t working on the bus, the drivers seat was squeaking most of the ride there and the guide was a little difficult to understand and gave incorrect information at least twice. I would not recommend this company.

Martin tours were good and we found the tour informative and interesting, however I purchased a book on it and I have now had the opportunity to read it and I feel that we really didn't see very much of it. The whole tour was very, very rushed. We missed out on the women's side, the hospital, the museum within the fortress and only a fleeting visit to the ghetto museum. When at the crematorium we had no chance to read any of the displays as we were whisked through.Overall disappointing as we needed a lot more time, but I would still recommend you to visit.

We booked a few tours with Martin Tours and they were all easy to book from the little kiosk on the Old Town Square. There's a few other ones around too. My friend and I thought this tour was very interesting and the guide we had was well-informed and friendly. We were picked up in a mini bus at the kiosk we'd booked the day before and driven to Terezin while being given a commentary. The mini bus was safe and clean. When we arrived, we were allocated another guide to take us around the area and into the different buildings. There's a place for lunch (at your own expense) but we took our own and sat outside in the sun. It took around four hours from when we left to when we returned. I'd recommend a visit to Terezin as it's a memorable experience.

This tour was one of the most memorable experiences on our visit to Prague. Our small group of 6 left promptly and we got a preview narrative of the visit by our guide who was very knowledgeable. We got to see all of the camp and the town, which I dont think you can if you didnt visit on a tour. Very close up experience that was very moving...The drive there and back was comfortable as well. Definitely reccomend!
