Very worthwhile day trip from Prague to this attractive medieval town; Stephan our tour guide most attentive and very informative about Czech history and the establishment of the Republic- a lengthy day trip, but well worth the effort- photo opportunities at every corner!

An Engaging and Informative Tour – Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic experience on the Prague Half-Day City Tour with our guide, Stefan. He did an excellent job guiding us through the city, providing insightful history and fascinating details at every stop. We were also lucky to be just two of four people on the tour. Hats off to Stefan, as the other two guests didn’t speak English, so he had to repeat everything in two languages—yet he managed it seamlessly without impacting the flow of the tour. Going in, we knew very little about Prague and the Czech Republic, but we walked away with far more knowledge than we expected. This was also our first time doing a city tour like this, as we weren’t sure if it would be our thing, but we absolutely loved it! If you're visiting Prague for the first time, we highly recommend this tour—it’s a great way to experience the city.

Premiant four hour tour of Prague
We arrived on a bright, cold but sparkling afternoon for the Premiant four hour city tour of Prague to find that we were the only two people booked into the tour that day. Much to our delight, the driver and our guide, who was called Jarka, were happy to continue and to give us what amounted to a private tour of the city. The whole experience was beyond our expectations. We had a walking tour of the castle and Lesser Town areas before a boat trip under the Charles bridge which gave us a chance to warm up with a hot drink while we cruised through this beautiful city. After disembarking we continued through the Jewish quarter ending up,in the Old Town area. Throughout Jarka was informative and friendly, happy to answer questions and make suggestions as to where we might like to go later in our holiday. All in all, a fantastic experience.

      Great guide, informative tour
Jarka is an excellent guide. She is knowledgeable and has years of experience in guiding tourists to have the best trip possible. The castle's history is interesting and dates back to the medieval period. The company did not cancel the tour even though there were only three of us during that time. Thank you again for the amazing experience.

      Good food, good sights
Beautiful serene calm views over Prague and the river. Saw some sights that then prompted us to visit them in person. Food was delicious and loads if it!

      Prague at night is unmissable
Beautiful night time city cruise - Prague is a beautiful place and especially beautiful when lit up at night. It was bitterly cold (as it’s in January and you are on the river) so something to bear in mind. My reasoning for “ very good” and not “ excellent” include: -‘Welcome drink’ was a shot - fun but not a glass of wine or beer etc. which is worth knowing - no audio guide to be found. But then again, we didn’t ask as we were enjoying the music, sights and atmosphere Food was good (it is what you expect for the money you pay). Seeing the city at night in the most beautiful setting is what makes this unmissable.

      Tour Cancelled With No Notice
I booked a tour with Premiant through Expedia, I arrived at the meeting point advised on the booking (their office) to be told I was in the wrong location for the start of the tour and that Expedia had given me the wrong meeting point. Supposedly they have told Expedia many times and I should have contacted Premiant to check the location. The team member then phoned the tour guide who advised the tour had been cancelled as I was the only booking. Elena who was working in the office was unapologetic, when asked why they hadn’t advised of the cancellation prior to the start time of the tour she said people sometimes book at the last minute so they don’t know until the time of it will go ahead. I built this four hour tour in to my schedule so disappointed with the response. I wouldn’t advise booking with Premiant if you want to guarantee that the tour will be running.

      Magnificent Cathedral!
We pre-booked a half day tour to the Sedlec Ossuary at Kutná Hora and St Barbara's Cathedral with some free at the end to grab a bite to eat and look around. It was a wonderful tour led by Jarka. She was very knowledgeable and provided lots of background information about the sites. The bone chapel was quite eerie. A strange arrangement of human bones and skulls. We kind of wondered why it was done like that. Jarka explained that it was the architect's idea as he renovated the church. People were respectful though. We also looked inside the largest church next door, also being renovated. It was vast but largely empty. St Barbara's Cathedral was magnificent! Soaring vaulted ceilings and interesting frescoes and paintings. Well worth a visit! Great to get out of Prague and see a little of the countryside!

disappointment sums up my feeling well
I figured it would be fun or at least romantic. I believe most of those who were there also thought the same. Reality was a moving boat that served food. Couples had no privacy because it was a table with unknown people. I didn't have a good song. There was no way to get down halfway and it was necessary to withstand all the time of the tour. With the cold it was impossible to go out outside. Honestly I didn't like it, I was disappointed and wouldn't do it again.

The boat ride is good in general. It cost us €12 per person, so the quality/price of the activity is not bad, however in most of the places I looked they were starting at €18, which seems like a waste of money for what I thought. It is the activity itself. Our walk lasted 45 minutes, passing through the Charles IV Bridge and turning around before reaching the river gap (just after passing through the Charles Bridge). On the boat you can have hot drinks, soft drinks, etc. The views are beautiful, it is a less common way to see part of the city.

There was a large group in line with no tickets. The non ticketed group should have been instructed how or where to buy tickets while waiting in the line rather than holding everyone up buying when boarding. Refreshments on board were cash only in Czech money. This was not mentioned on the website. We could not hear much of the information coming from the speaker. Fortunately the views were lovely.

This river cruise lasts about an hour and you can see all the iconic sites from the boat. I recommend doing it at sunset.
It is also a good option if you have been around the city and are tired because it is more relaxed and you can see the city without walking. They give you the option to have something.

Maybe it was a bad day because of the rain but here's what happened. We booked last minute on line and I had a confirmation but never received the tickets for scanning. There were 2 different piers listed that were next to each other and each one had a boat that clearly was not going anywhere. Others were wandering around as confused as we were. We finally called and were told the name of the boat which we saw on the water returning from the previous hour. Nobody explained that we were getting on from a different pier that had a 'boat restaurant' we had to walk through but we finally figured it out. I showed the confirmation and they did not even have our names but they let us on. We sat in a crowded cabin at a table and because everyone was talking, we could not hear the narrative over the speaker which was also too soft. There was one waitress who skipped right over us so we never ordered drinks. It was a waste of an hour, skip it and pick another boat tour.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this cruise as it was so cheap but I was pleasantly surprised, a great hour cruise on the Vltava river at an absolute bargain price.
The staff are all very friendly and the boarding / off boarding process was smooth, food and drink available onboard and unlike some tourist attractions the price was very reasonable.
Commentary provided if you want to learn some information about some of the things you see but also you can just chill and enjoy.

Nice and quick. Reach a bit early so you can get a good seat along the edge. Coffee and Apfelstrudel was good. It crosses 3 or 4 bridges and then takes a U-turn. The boarding process was smooth. The commentary was going in the background in low volume, perhaps only a few people listened to it. Good value for money.

The tour was terribly organised. There was no tour guide, instead an audio tour played over speakers that could Hardly be heard outside. The audio tour goes through every language so in total there was about 10 minutes, if that , of information in English. To make matters worse, the audio was completely mismatched to where the boat was in the river so all of the information was for buildings we had long since past. The interior is very tired and dated, and the menus were all covered in food stains. Save yourself the money and don’t book this tour.

We bought tickets on spec, from the little sentry type office located on the bridge, for a 1 hour cruise. We'd just missed one, so took a drink on the quay side at a friendly run tiny cafe. We departed from bay #4 onto a really nice modern boat with great seating on the top deck. They too offered a good selection of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. Commentary was very interesting. Certainly gave us a chance to appreciate more of Prague's lovely classic architecture and learn about it's history. Not sure that I'd like to try the suspended restaurant over the river that we saw, but many others clearly did! The sun was shining and it was a lovely, relaxing ending to a great holiday.

We had tickets for the 3 pm tour and lined up 20 minutes before it was supposed to leave only to watch the 3 pm boat take off after taking only half the people who were in line. We waited an hour for the 4 pm tour for them to put a big tour group on board before the people who had waited in line for an hour and a half. On top of fighting among people trying to get onto the boat due to the bad situation this company put everyone in, the staff was rude and unhelpful the entire time (at one point yelling at the crowd to “shut up, you stupid people”), the boat tour itself was barely 40 minutes (taking off late and arriving early), the information is pre-recorded and poorly synced with the locations, AND the boat is cramped and rickety. Pay $5 extra for a good tour experience elsewhere that doesn’t ruin a good chunk of your afternoon.

the boat is sup par and the staff were not welcoming. Boat was very oversold with limited seating. Prague is easy to walk around. I would skip the boat ride, go to pier 16 and just walk your own personal tour from there.
