The band was amazing in terms of local music performance as well as of show with local outfits. Since we were Turkish they have prepared some gestures through which they said welcome and good bye with our lokal beloved songs which was so amazing and flattering for our side. Many thanks to the creators of the show and to the Restaurant as well dishes of which was delicious.

We booked this excursion with Prague Tours Direct. They did not provide information on where to meet the driver at the hotel. As a result we waited at the wrong entrance for 30 minutes before the hotel front desk called us for the driver. We arrived 30 minutes late and the show had already started. Despite this we had a great time at the venue. You start with a shot glass of honey wine (meade) that was so good I bought a bottle. The beer was excellent and they would keep refilling as requested. We had the traditional menu which was surprisingly good for a tourist venue and more food than you could eat. The musicians were extremely talented, especially the hammered dulcimer player and lead violinist. The singer was excellent as were the dancers. It was fun watching audience members learning the traditional dances. The singer spoke several languages including English to explain the songs. The waiters all spoke English as well. Transfer back to the hotel was fine. A fun way to spend an evening.

Food was awesome. Pick up and dropping off were ease-free. Not only we get to see unique traditional dance, we also get to participate in it. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the ‘broom’ game whereby when the host says ‘switch’ partners, the only male without partner will have to dance with the broom instead. 🤣 that was interesting! We hadn’t had such a great time for a long time.

The Folklore Garden was a lovely venue. Transfer service was excellent. Food was good and plenty of it. Drinks were continuously refilled. Entertainment was traditional and enjoyable

Taxi transfer arrived ahead of time with name sign in hotel lobby. Delicious honey wine aperatif on arrival. All waiting staff spoke good English. Wine/beer glasses continually topped up throughout evening. ALL performers were outstanding; Lady introducing spoke excellent English and other languages for other guests. Audience involvement with teaching of Trad Czech folkdance, and space for couples like us to dance together at the side. Involving diners with Trad Czech song later in evening done in relaxed and easy manner. Thankfully, NOT over-amplified at all. Musicians playing violin, double bass and Dulcimer were of a virtuoso standard. Both male and female singers excellent; again not over-amplified. Two couples of dancers clearly professional ; engaged with audience who are very close to them. Varied sets of dances and costumes. Performers took only very short breaks of approx 15 mins twice in evening, so they gave almost 2 & half hours of performance throughout evening. Food was simple,delicious & plentiful. Service unobtrusive, friendly & several languages spoken by waiting staff. Began & ended absolutley on time. Highly recommend this activity.

We purchased the tickets from our concierge at the hotel and the driver picked us up at our front door and returned us after the show. An amazing night of entertainment, plenty of delicious food and drinks. Couldn't want for anything more. Had an amazing night.

We arrived around by plane at 3 pm and booked because we did not want to waste the day- well it was better than we thought! First they picked us up on time at our hotel. so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Then we had a yummy hearty dinner along with an unlimited open bar of Wine, beer, teas soft drinks.. and we drank until we could not hold anymore.. The service was fantastic!!! While feasting we had talented entertainment full of singing , dancing, and fabulous musicians . we also met cool people from around the world.. After singing, dancing, eating, and drinking we were safely returned to our hotel.. a great night of fun, stress -free, a perfect first night!!

This was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the staff was courteous and friendly. A great activity showcasing the Czech culture.
