Asirport Transfer
Everything was fine. Driver nice and very prompt. After we bought transfer we weren't sure of pick up time so we had to have our hotel receptionist call and arrange it. A clear puck up time confirmation would be very helpful.

Tour of Prague
I took this tour two years ago with a lovely woman that did a fantastic job of guiding our group in very cold weather. I repeated the same tour this week to show my husband how wonderful Prague is, unfortunately the guide wasn’t the same, it felt like he was reading from a script ,very monologue. The tour had changed a bit , overall not as good. The sound system in the tour bad was fuzzy and poor quality, difficult to hear. The previous guide had many more wonderful pieces of history and stories of the places we walked past.

Well done & informative tour with Lenka
We were guided by Lenka on this tour. She did an excellent job. Lenka has a wealth of knowledge to share about the history of Jewish Prague. Definitely a worthwhile tour to take.

Beautiful place
The place was very beautiful. Interesting town to visit. The only flaw is the the guide. She is a disappointment as she did not care about her clients at all. She only talk to certain people in the group and left us without direction. Otherwise the town itself is very pretty with lots of story to tell.

Konopiste and Karlsteign Castles day trip from Prague
Our bus driver and guide Martin was very informative and interesting to talk with. Based some questions from a fellow passenger, he provided us with interesting perspectives on what it was like to have lived throughout many changes in the Czech Republic. The castles were fascinating to visit each in their own way.

Great fun evening
Our driver picked us up on time and drove quiet a ways out of town to the restaurant for the evening. Dinner was served as soon as we arrived and the music started shortly after that. The food was good considering there were more than 100 people there. The wine & beer was served non stop to the guests. The folk dance was done by two people, a man & a woman, and they did a great job. They also had a girl singer in between the costume changes for the dancers. After the folk dances were over, the musicians encouraged the audience to participate and the evening lasted for a while longer with people dancing & drinking. It was a great fun evening.

Ok to while away a couple of hours.
Guide (Jana) was friendly and knowledgable. Spent a while going in and out the lock, so if possible sit on top deck, so you don't just get to see the walls. Food was basic but ok. glad the boat was not full as the queues to get it would be long. One little niggle was when the crew came to take drinks order it was not made clear that it was cash only... who in this day and age doesn't take cards. Luckily we had just enought to cover it.

Absolutely fantastic guide!
Castle was amazing. Our guide, K could answer any questions we could think of and she then went on to telling interesting facts about the history of Prague and Bohemia. Brewery was nothing special. The virtual walk through was a bit dull. Dinner cruise was not worth the time. The boat was using the last hour to sail around in a circle and the food was very simple to say the least.

Best of Prague
The guide was knowledgeable, patient and sympathetic to the shoe problem that I was having. Had I not been distracted with my shoe problem I probably would have given her an even higher rating.

Wow where to begin!
Wow where to begin. We had a short crammed bus ride, a lovely gentlemen guide who struggled to speak loud enough or clearly, way to many people in the group, and too many languages a huge walk, a late lunch which was of terrible standard in a hot stuffy dungeon/dive restaurant, a crappy boat ride with rude staff a hot cup of water add the condiments yourself a small pastry. We were dropped at some random spot not returned to our hotel as told we were. Please dont waste your time, get a english only tour for a couple of hours do the rest yourself its easy to get around. And I will be letting my travel agent know my thoughts on what he booked as well.

fantastic tour
We had an amazing tour with this company especially on the walking tour. we were the only couple so we had a really personal touch. Our tour guide's name was Veronica & she was amazing, very knowledgable & presented herself very well with all the in depth detail she gave us. The boat trip was also very good. I highly recommend this tour.

Best of Prague
Terrible. When we arrived this morning we had a 20 minute delay to find a translator. He could barely speak english. The language we requested. He spoke in monoton that I couldn't understand very well. The tour description says you are on a comfortable air conditioned bus when if fact you walk..!! My daughter fell at the palace & sprained her ankle. The guide was totally useless. A fellow traveller on the trip was lovely &got her some nice to put on her ankle .When I asked the guide to help he said no .. it is a walking tour.😡 We had to make out own way back to the hotel as she was unable to walk.Terrible trip even before the accident.i wouldn't give it ANY stars. But have to give it 1 to do the review.. Save your money &just walk ut yourself!!

Nice Half day tours
We were looking to do a tour to Kutna Hora, St. Barbara’s church and the Sedlec Ossuary but we looked at 2 tour companies both of which were closed on Mondays. Our Hotel recommended Best Tours as being a good option that DID do tours on Monday so we booked the half day. The guide Emile picked us up at hotel right on time, we picked up 2 more 2 person groups and we were off at 1:00 pm. The tour involved more focus on the sites and less on shopping (I was happy about that). Emile was a very friendly person who spoke English quite well and imparted an enthusiasm for the sites we visited. We spent maybe an hour and a half in the historical town of Kutna Hora including a half our lunch in an area with a fair selection of modestly priced restaurants. We chose an Italian restaurant that had very good pizza and salads. The Ossuary was really interesting to see-they were pretty good about allowing pics, so we did take some pretty cool photos. St. Barbara’s was a beautiful church with an interesting history (started by the silver miners) and had beautiful views off the groungs to the lower areas. The old town was a nice cobblestoned Walkable area with a nice feel to it.......those looking for hours of shopping may be disappointed but it really was beautiful to walk the streets. Overall it was everything we were looking for as far as the experience was concerned and we highly recommend it as a way to spend a half day outside of Prague.
