Dariusz was an excellent driver and an exceptional resource about all things relating to Krakow. I would not hesitate to use this car service again should I return to Krakow for another visit.

Interesting but over long. We had limited time in krakow and whilst some areas had a wow factor one hour tour would have been enough for us.

Alicja was absolutely fantastic! She picked us up outside our hotel promptly in her Mercedes and drove us to Auschwitz. Although the journey was 1.5 hours, Alicja gave us a great history about Poland during WWII and made the journey go fast! She made sure we got where we needed to be and we were handed over to our official Auschwitz tour guide. She was waiting for us on our return with lunch and was such a friendly and kind person! The tour itself although very sad is a must and would recommend everyone to do it to make sure what happened is not forgotten. Thank you Alicja!

Let me just start by saying that Alicja is simply amazing - she took care of every small detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable every step of the way . We did Auschwitz-Birkenau on a 6 Hour private guided tour with a “bite of Krakow” thrown in by Alicja afterwards - and everything she planned out for us for just outstanding. If you are visiting Krakow and looking for a guide, she would be the only option in my book.

We can only repeat what others have said - Alicja is the ultimate guide for knowledge, flexibility and fun. We did the city tour, which combined history with delicious local snacks, and then Auschwitz. It was the first time we had ever used a city guide and the experience was perfect. Recommended.

Alicja at Krakow4you was fantastic! We first met her with our private tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau. My husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents. She is so personable, friendly and caring. We hired her to take us the next day to my Great Grandmothers village when she was a young girl. Even on short notice, Alicja had found a small museum to visit to see furnishings, tools and clothing that would from that time period. She also managed to let us talk to the priest of the local Catholic church. He offered to search for family records. She drove us around the village and let us walk around. It was amazing to know we were in the same village as my Great Grandmother, even though decades apart. Alicja made it very clear that she was there for us, anything we needed, just ask. We can't say enough good things about her and our time with her.

Alicja was very welcoming and kind and waited for us in the arrival hall while we cleared passport control on a very busy night.She recommended restaurants and food to try and had a lovely book of photos and descriptions for us to look at.

This was one of the best day trips we have ever taken as a couple. When we decided to go to Zakopane and the thermal baths, there was one specific place we wanted to visit, which was difficult to come across in other tours. This is how we came across Alicja and Krakow4you tours. Alicja was knowledgeable, accommodating and the entire experience was both comfortable and easy going. She allowed us to determine the pace and what we wanted to do, showed us all the interesting spots (touristy and otherwise), recommended good food and the whole experience was one we thoroughly enjoyed. This is an experience anyone coming to Krakow or Poland should try. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

The trip organiser/driver was excellent as was the guide but I felt that the tour was over long with a lot of walking and steps. The carvings in the mine were magnificent

Darius was so great! I had booked tickets for Auschwitz and the salt mine and needed a driver. He picked us up and treated us to a glorious day. We had extra time so he gave us a highlights tour of the city. Such a GREAT bonus! Then chose a great spot for us to have lunch so we could try some traditional Polish food. Was delicious. He ended up having free time so picked us up the following day to take us to the airport. Highly, highly recommend!
