We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our Zakopane tour, and a big part of that was due to our amazing guide, Michal. From start to finish, Michal made the day unforgettable with his knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the most out of the tour, sharing interesting facts about the history and culture of Zakopane as well as offering great recommendations for local food and sights. The highlight of the day was definitely the hot pools experience. After a day of exploring the beautiful Tatra Mountains, soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Michal made sure we had everything we needed and was there to guide us through the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better experience overall. It was truly a 5-star day, and we would highly recommend Michal and this tour to anyone visiting the area!

The experience itself was amazing. Everything from the journey into Zakopane and the cheese and vodka tasting to the thermal baths, but what made this experience more special was our guide Michał. Michał was extremely helpful with recommendations, not only in Zakopane but in Krakow itself. He was informative, funny and very punctual, making sure we had plenty of time to explore the areas, but also to get out before the next guide showed up. He was also kind enough to work in a last minute bathroom break on the way home which was greatly appreciated. An amazing tour and a fantastic tour guide. I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Krakow.

I was rather ill during this trip so I couldn't really enjoy or partake in the day's activities, however, the guide, Marco, was 5/5 with his concern & assistance. He showed genuine enthusiasm and care for his guests that day.

Had an amazing day made even more special as it snowed. Our driver Olaf was great! Very knowledgeable, talkative but knew when to be quiet. The thermal spas were spot on especially after walking so much over the last couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

Zakopane is an absolute must when visiting Krakow. Magda was very friendly and informative. She even gave my partner a bottle of vodka for her birthday! Would definitely recommend.

It was ok - cheese degistation great and tasty vodka. Amazing views. Relaxing fun chill day however if you wish to learn something new, hear some local facts, rather not this tour. In my opinion if I take organised tour I am expecting something more apart of transportation and entrances. Lucio as a host was fine but he is Italian and I did not feel that he truly know the region. Obviously he was taking care of the group and passing us all instructions. There was very bad experience during the tour. Our group leaded by Lucio skip the line to Gubałówka entrance. We have not have skip the line ticket and there were hundreds of people waiting in the line for hours. I felt uncomfortable as it was unfair to get to the Cable Car without waiting in a line, before all of others who came there earlier. It is not ok.

This was an amazing experience full of positives! From the cheese/vodka tasting to the amazing views! Our tour guide Tomek was incredible with his passion for talking about Poland to amazing recommendations!

I had an amazing trip to Zakopane and the thermal baths, and Tomek as our tour guide was wonderful! He was not only very kind but also funny, which made the whole experience even better. Thanks to him, we got to know many interesting places and stories. Highly recommend!🙂

Trip was great and tour guide Jacob was very helpful and gave lots of different information about the trip. Plenty of stops and places for pictures and everything was well planned and timed no stress for the passengers

My boyfriend and I went on a trip to Zakopane today hosted by Jacob and driven by Michael. We had an amazing day, Jacob informed us of interesting facts on our journey & was an amazing host. Michael was a very safe driver & ensured we got from place to place comfortably even in the snowy conditions! We had a lovely day & would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Krakow! 🫶🏻
