Booked trip for 09:00 told us day before will be 5.40 am and never confirmed with us again so we got up at 4:30 and was there on time waited an hour till the finally answered and told us we cancelled when we didn’t totally ruined our holiday

The tour was disappointing, two days before they told us that there were any guided tour, soy they changed our tour into a non-guided one. You have no time to visit those camps. Otherwise, Daniel was very very kind, he was lovely. We was late at a moment, but he didn’t get mad.

The tour was well-organized, with knowledgeable guides who provided a wealth of information and ensured that the experience was respectful and engaging.

Our tour Guida was very charming and very well communicative , Daniel did a great job explaining to us how the tour was going to be and guided us before and after the activity. Very pleased with the experience would totally do it again. Also the lady that guides us inside Auschwitz and birkenau gave us an excellent explaination of everything that happened in there with very interesting facts about it

Felt it was rushed a bit, we hadn't come off the bus in the Salt mines and Daniel was explaining to others outside the bus and they walked off without us and other people on the bus! a short plan of what was happening or a itinerary would have been good!

We had a great day trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines.. thanks Daniel for making it all so easy.. his directions about meeting places etc were excellent

The vision of visiting Auschwitz was a Moment of meditation, how e il and Wicked the Heart man Is. The salt mine was relaxing

The company were brilliant. Great communication throughout regarding timing, pickups and meeting points and the service ran on time. The guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the fact it was run so smoothly, meant we could relax and focus on the experience at Auschwitz and Birkenau.

Brilliant trip, very informative on time picking us up. Remember to take water as we didn’t and it was a mistake. Good service throughout.

Do not use this company they cancelled at the last minute! I received a message at 15:30pm the day before our trip to say they had been unable to get a guide so had to cancel the trip. We were devastated as this was the main reason for our trip to Krakow. From reading other negative reviews it seems to be a frequent thing for them to do! Luckily we went to a tourist information who managed to contact a company they use Zee travels and he arranged it for us. After speaking with a few ppl it seems AT Cracow don’t book the tickets when you book your trip then leave things to last minute. I wouldn’t mind if they had told us a full day before but late afternoon the day before left is with hardly anytime to rearrange. We got lucky with zee tours but many ppl aren’t so lucky

Great tour with our tour guide Daniel. Couldn't have been better even give us a hot-spot from his Internet as our Internet was slow. Recommend 100%

The planned trip was a big disappointment. The trip to Auschwitz was booked and paid well in advance, but on the previous afternoon I received a message that it was cancelled. They did offer a new date but unfortunately we were on our way home already then. No reason was given for the cancellation. I can't recommend this organizer.

You need to go to Auschwitz once in your life The tour was Very good and organised The guide was pleasant and friendly ,i recommend the whole experience
