Few days ago we've been flying to cracow, our flight was delayed for few hours and we've been texted by our driver that we don't need to worry about anything, because he will be waiting for us. He did! Great service!

Absolutely first class service. Not only was my flight delayed by 5 hours, I was diverted to another airport in Poland 1.5 hours away from Kraków, while I was on the bus transfer to Kraków airport I got a text from my driver to let me know he’d be at the airport when I got in. Was glad he was as there were hundreds of people trying to get taxis. Dropped me directly to my hotel in a very comfortable car and a very pleasant guy too. Would absolutely recommend

We used LTServices for pickup and return from and to the airport and additionally for an excursion during our stay in Krakow. On arrival the driver was waiting in the airport and for the excursion and return journeys the driver was available at the hotel slightly early on each occasion. The two drivers that we met were both very friendly, polite, well dressed and provided information with regard to landmarks and local customs. Both vehicles were modern, good quality and comfortable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for your travel requirements.
