Awesome experience. You learn so much about the history of Krakow and the historical district of Kazimierz. Had an excellent guide who really took the time to explain everything. Well worth it and more interesting in my opinion than a cart tour. Overall about 2hr30 of walking around the city and district

Hei , Was in krakow back in march 2019. Took a walking tour round the jewish ghetto!!, really intresting, if your into that sort of thing, great guide to, spoke great english and full of good information, forget his name , but had long hair , in a pony tail, young guy, but New his Stuff , a MUST DO, happy travels joseph

Jack led the morning (3 hours) walking tour of the Jewish Quarter of Krakow, ending up at Scindler's factory. There were only 5 if us on the tour which was a perfect size. Jack was very knowledgeable and kept our attention throughout. We learn so much which we would never have done from z guide book. We'll worth the money.

Turned up for the trip at the time stated and waited and waited and no one turned up. Tried contacting the company and got no answer. Was advised by another tour operator that it wasn’t the first time. Very disappointed

We did the Jewish Quarter tour with Alex and it was absolutely fantastic. His depth of knowledge about the history of area was second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning with him & would highly recommend the cool tour company to anyone else visiting Krakow. Shamone.

Very interesting and informative tour. You start off at the meeting point in the main square and walk with a small group to the jewish quarter. The guide was a fountain of knowledge. Quite alot of walking though so be prepared with comfy walking shoes.

We really enjoyed the bike tour. We were with a small group and a very nice guide Alex. He showed us a side of Krakau we wouldnt be able to see on our own.he knew a lot, funny facts, historical information and a great sense of humor. 10 plus for this tour!

Alex is good and funny tour guide. Good selection of places to see. Biking here is good way look around and feel a bit sporty.

Had the privilege of enjoying this 2-3hour walking tour of Kraków with Alex (tour guide). Was hands down one of the most enjoyable waking tours. The amount of knowledge, coupled with the enthusiasm made it enjoyable, memorable as well as enjoyable. Time flew by too fast and wished it was longer with more sites to visit as it was an absolute pleasure to experience it. Book directly with the company vs third party resellers (seeKrakow, Viatour, etc)

Very informative walk. Our tour guide, Michal, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and happy to answer all our questions. The tour is approximately 8k but no hills to speak of.

We went as a couple and booked a biketour for the same day. We had Max as our Tour guide, hé was awsome! Hé can answer all of your questions and is also interested in what you have to say about your country. We could not recommend him more as a guide! Thank you Max and godspeed for you!

We booked only 1 day in advance and this was absolutely no problem. They told us in the e-mail back that we just needed to be 5 minutes in advance. When we do other bike tours, this needs to be 15/20 linutes, but no problem. We were running 2/3 minutes late with a breakfast problem, but I sent my boyfriend ahead when I handled the payment. I was going to be 2/3 minutes later. My boyfriend suddenly called me to say they were being difficult and that they needed a voucher. We both hadn’t received a voucher, so I was already worried. I showed them the e-mail they’ve send me and than everything was fine with no voucher. They were a little pissed off because we were just a few minutes late. Eventually we needed to wait for 10 minutes on someone else (insurance thing) This was all no problem for us, but we just don’t understand why it was so difficult for us and not for other people. That being said: the bikes were absolute crap. (We were on normal bike, not e-bikes) I had the feeling it could fall apart any moment. The tour itself was very nice with lots of information and showed us a lot of nice places with nice stories. Because the tour itself was very nice, and that is the whole point, it’s getting a four star review. But I think the bikes and organization can do a lot better.

This was our first activity in Krakow. Our guide Sewerin was quite knowledgeable and engaging. The bikes weren’t in the best shape but I felt safe and I totally recommend this tour!
