Driver was punctual and in regular communication leading up to the morning pick-up. As lunch is not included in the package, the driver offered a box lunch for a reasonable additional cost which I greatly appreciated.

Excellent driver & transportation, communication was great he messaged us the day before to let us know pickup time. The tour guide was also excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10

Did as said, driver messaged and confirmed pick up day before and asked if we wanted lunch to be arranged. Everything was on time, day lasting 7am to 1pm including transfer times. I am not sure if the guide was part of this company but they were good, useful information, a bit rushed but I didn't mind. All in all, very well worth, reasonable price for ticket and transfer and good driver. Thanks.

The tour company made everything easy as they arranged it all for us and went out their way to help when required. The tour guide was knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions. Would recommend ordering the packed lunch as it can be a long day.

Fantastic communication & organisation. We were let down at the last minute by a different company & Sławek sorted us transport & tickets to Auswitz and Birkenau. Marek, our driver, was lovely & very professional. Very poignant trip, a very important visit and a must do for anyone.

The driver picked us up from our hotel spot on time, his driving was very careful. We got to the museum in good time for our guide, we did the tour which was very informative. When we got out the driver was waiting for us with our lunch packs to take us to the second site to meet back up with our guide which again was a very informative tour. We were then returned back to our hotel. Would definitely recommend

Man’s inhumanity to man is always depressing. This tour will remind you of the evil in the world and that we can never, ever let something like this happen again. I knew a bit about the place and the times, but it’s still difficult to see the actual location, and hear what the victims went through. Be prepared to be saddened and angry.

The information in advance was prompt and good. Used mail and WhatsApp. Booked directly and not through any third party. Our driver Bartek sent an WhatsApp the morning the day before. He picked us up outside our apartment right on time (7:15), was polite, drove well and spoke excellent English. Took care of everything when we got to Auschwitz. The guide provided at the camp was unfortunately not one of the best but that is a totally other story and not the fault of Auschwitz Tours, which we highly recommend.

Going to Auschwitz and Birkenau has been a life long ambition of mine. Our guide, Margaret was extremely knowledgable and passionate she really gave you a sense of the horrors that took place there. She was so passionate I often thought she would cry herself. It is difficult to explain what an impact it had. Nothing could have prepared me for the physical act of being there.
