"My Krakow Driver" were fantastic! From the pick up at the airport to the ride to and from Auschwitz it was all first class. Tomas our driver communicated with us and his partner (also Tomas) shared his knowledge and experiences with us on the drive. At Auschwitz he got out and took care of getting us on the right tour. A great and humbling tour was capped by the personal touch and knowledge of My Krakow Driver.

We arranged a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau through My Krakow Driver and it was great! Communication prior to the tour and on the day of for pick-up was quick and clear. The driver met us at Birkenau at the end of the tour, which was much more convenient than taking the shuttle back to Auschwitz I (the tour arranged through the museum takes you to both camps which are about 2-3km apart). Note that My Krakow Driver is not responsible for the actual tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau, that is run through the Auschwitz Museum. This tour is for transportation to/from and arrangement of the visit through the Auschwitz Museum.

We had a great experience with My Krakow Driver visiting the salt mine! Great communication prior to the trip, including them coordinating the limited mobility tour once we realized the usual tour would not be suitable for my Mom. They got us to the right spot at the right time and made the trip super convenient! Would definitely recommend!

Thomas was recommended by my brother,he sorted all our transfers to and from the airport.No waiting around in the cold.No tickets were available for a certain tour me and my partner wanted to do.But he sorted it to take us in his taxi with another family who were lovely.We didn’t queue long and voila tickets sorted.He also sorted tickets for the salt mines and the shooting range.All pick ups were on time and phone calls or texts too keep in touch.Very friendly and highly recommended.Was very helpful in telling us all about Poland.It was our first time and we didn’t really know much about certain history of the castle etc…

We met Hubert at the airport and I am so happy we did, he was full of information and advise about getting around Poland, we arranged to go on the Auschwitz tour with him, he was outside our hotel on time and made sure we was first in the queue to get our tickets. Having lost my wristwatch (not particularly valuable but of some considerable sentimental value) at Krakow airport security and subsequently discovering that it had been handed in to the Lost and Found team I contacted various courier companies to see if they could return it to me in England but without success. I was stuck for a way to retrieve it and saw on the net that a Portuguese visitor had a similar experience and recommended asking a taxi service to handle it. I contacted My Krakow Driver through Facebook who immediately reassured me, put my mind at rest and took control of all arrangements with me only having to email the Lost and Found office with release authority. The watch was lost on Friday November 8 and I received it today Monday November 18. No red tape, no airway bills, no weights and dimensions just superb service. If this is typical of My Krakow Driver’s work ethic and can do attitude I will definitely be taking advantage of their services next time we visit Krakow. This was a great tour. Our driver, Tomasz, picked us up on time at our hotel and gave us a wonderful tour of the highlights on the way to the salt mine. He also walked us over to where we needed to get in line for our tour and was waiting for us when we got done. Thank you, Tomasz! The salt mine tour is amazing. The statues and wall carvings are beautiful. I especially loved the grand chapel in which everything was made from salt. It was breathtaking and definitely worth seeing. My only negative is that the tour groups are too large & move too quickly. We found ourselves at the back of the group so by the time we got to see what the guide was describing, the group had moved on and we had to hurry to catch up. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the stairs down to the mine can be a challenge for some. However, I am very happy that we did this tour & highly recommended it.
