About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- I636QIpetert0 contributionsWorst Beer tasting, terrible pubs!Worst beer tasting I have tried so far! No atmosphere in the bars at all! Dont use rosotravel for your beer tasting in Krakow!Written 25 November 2024
- bozenaw6330 contributionsDisappointedWe booked the tour before leaving Australia hoping for the best experience ever. Unfortunately the experience was opposite. We were at the meeting point on time, even a little earlier to be sure that nobody would have to wait for us. After 20 minutes of waiting and not knowing why nobody else is at the meeting point I called the number given to me prior to the tour. I have learned that the tour guide Irena just could not make it and there is no tour. What a disappointing experience on the first day in Krakow. The only good news about the tour is that money was refunded straight away.Written 5 September 2024
- joanmg3530 contributionsTour company cancelled and left us hanging!Tour operator cancelled the tour in the late afternon the day before and said it was for lack of a tour guide. This left us without tickets to a very popular sight in Krakow. We were left scrounging for tickets.Written 28 June 2024
- nctc20180 contributionsNot worth the moneyVery very expensive. Guide was informative but bossy and rather rude to another visitor who wanted to get past. Felt we were school kids on tour and also felt rushed through many parts of the museum, missing a lot of the exhibits. Guide was telling her personal and family story throughout the tour and whilst interesting, it dominated the experience. I was expecting more about Oskar Schindler himself but this was about 10 minutes out of 1 hr 40.Written 27 June 2024
- Megan d0 contributionsMust do!Kate was an incredible guide. The personalized experience and stories made the tour so impactful and informative. Would definitely recommend!Written 10 June 2024

- Danuta H0 contributionsWonderful tour with amazing guideGreat tour with a fantastic guide. My three teens were fascinated by the story of Wawel! Our guide shared historic facts but also less known interesting details that kept us captivated!Written 8 August 2022
- Passenger589503603830 contributionsDidn’t quite work for us!First part of the tour was the cathedral but, for some reason, it didn’t work for us, and we dropped out at the end of that bit. Couldn’t hear very well - to be fair, the guide needs to keep the volume down in the cathedral - but the commentary never really brought the history to life. And we are a BIG fan of guided tours. But maybe our heads just weren’t in the right place on the day. My star rating would’ve been lower, but the company were clearly very concerned that it didn’t work out for us, and tried to fix things, and that’s worth a star or two. Do read other reviews as well as this one. Most rate the tour very highly, and I don’t doubt that they are genuine.Written 17 June 2022
- heatherannr20170 contributionsA brilliant introduction to Krakow and it’s foodWe did this tour with Tom on our first afternoon and it was an excellent way to familiarise ourselves with the old town. Tom was an excellent guide who pointed out places of interest and told us about the history of the city generally as well as about the food. The restaurant and coffee shop he took us to were both really lovely, pierogi becoming a firm favourite during our trip! We would thoroughly recommend this tour.Written 27 May 2022
- Roccosf0 contributionsWieliczka tour from krakowWe have decided to book with this company despite the fact others agents had more reviews. We have believed that they are the best option once I have contacted their customer service and this was definitely good decision. They took care of us and tour was just awesome. Starting from pick up from our hotel with friendly and professional driver. The tour to wieliczka salt mine from krakow was top of our stay. This is unique and magnification place. We have joined the group in wieliczka and had a guided tour there with very knowledgeable and experienced guide. I definitely recommend this tour!Written 3 May 2022

It was so much fun to go on the private tour of the Basilica Cathedral! From the outside, the Cathedral is beautiful, but wait until you see the inside! It's truly stunning! The beautiful paintings on the walls and ceiling will blow your mind. There is a lovely park right in front of the choir. It's too bad that the guidebooks don't say this. You have found the best place to look for a hidden treasure.
