Duna Bella Cruise in Budapest

    What to Expect
Book your desired departure time, and travel independently to the departure pier in central Budapest. Then, take a seat aboard the comfortable, glass-enclosed Duna Bella boat. The boat's glass cover is retracted in good weather, so you can enjoy the open air.

Then, view Budapest from the water as you sail along the river. Admire the UNESCO-listed Buda Castle district and Royal Palace, and float under the Elizabeth Bridge.

Learn about the landmarks from the onboard commentary (available in 30 languages), and enjoy the onboard WiFi and your choice of a glass of Champagne, wine, beer, soda, or mineral water, plus a glass of ‘Duna Bella’ lemonade.

Cruise under the Chain Bridge past the Hungarian Parliament to Margaret Island, set in the middle of the Danube. If you wish, step ashore on the island when your boat docks, and enjoy 1.5 hours’ free time before catching the next Duna Bella boat back to the starting pier. Perhaps stroll around the island's beautiful parks, admiring must-sees like the water tower, Japanese Garden, medieval ruins, or musical fountain.

Alternatively, stay aboard and finish your 70-minute cruise without disembarking, admiring the riversides again before your experience ends at the departure pier.

We booked it on the spot on the day itself. The booking office is just besides the dock. I would advise you to book atleast 2-3 hours in advance if you want to book on that day itself since, there is a lot of rush.
