On my cooking course from the beginning to the end we prepare a 3-course menu including the most famous Hungarian soup, main course and dessert. And +1: You can taste the typical Hungarian bites as well. It’s a 4-hour long program with a lot of exciting details and stories about Hungarian culture, customs and everyday life. When the dishes are ready, we eat together in my own dining room and you can enjoy the result of your efforts.
You can chose from the following menus:
Menu A: Sour cherry soup (with dairy product), Chicken paprikas with homemade dumplings (with dairy product), Pancake Hungarian style with 2 different fillings (with dairy product, eggs)
Menu B: Fish soup, Beef stew with egg barley (with beef meat), Hungarian Apple pie (with egg, flour, butter, sugar)
Menu C: Goulash soup (with beef meat), Savoury pancake Hortobagy (with chicken, eggs and dairy product), Gerbeaud layer cake (with ground walnuts, eggs, yeast)
Menu D: Chicken ragout with tarragon soup (with dairy product), Stuffed pepper with tomato sauce (with pork meat), Strudel with sweet cottage cheese cream and sweet cabbage (with eggs, dairy products, flour, cabbage)
Menu E: Creamy potato soup with smoked sausage, (with dairy product, pork sausage), Stuffed cabbage (with pork meat and sour cream), Poppy-seed bread pudding with vanilla custard (with eggs, dairy products)
