About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Zanobdizer0 contributionsIf you have young kids don't even bother to visit here even 98 cm !!Don't even bother to come here not so many games and not worth it If your child is 98 cm he won't be allowed to 99% of the VR games Not that there are many i am talking even about the pumber cars !! No amusement park or play area have that silly rules Not worth it There was a VR before in the city walk it was so much better for the kids with alot of kids so bad they closedWritten 9 August 2022
- BackpackerYorkshire0 contributionsDisappointingIf you have been to a VR Park before you will notice how bad the selection of games they have. They were missing big games such as: The Plank Experience Rec Room Boxing Face your Fears Gun Stories and more.... They are also incredibly expensive compared to others. Even dearer than in the UKWritten 19 September 2019
- 315vigneshd0 contributionsA way to get hooked to vrWe just walked by incidentally on the showroom and popped in. Such a happy accident. We ended up doing a two hour session. Was so much fun. Will probably do it again today. Already planning to setup VR at home. If you want a taste of VR go here asap. They got loads of stuff!Written 20 March 2019
- daxchari0 contributionsFantastic FunMe and my wife went to this place as first time users of VR. The staff were excellent, friendly, and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Fantastic fun, and a variety of games to try. An absolute must do, while in Budapest. Excellent.Written 6 March 2019
- juliab19970 contributionsSuper fun experience - not to be missed!A really enjoyable experience. It was our first time playing VR and the staff was extremely helpful and patient in explaining how everything works. We really got into the game and made the most out of the hour we had. Super fun and a good laugh too until we got the hang of it. Highly recommended if you're interested in doing something fun and different!Written 5 March 2019
- viktorreis170 contributionsPerfect fun for all ageIt was a perfect fun for all age. Must reserve in advanced as it is allways fully booked. The staff is amazingly kind and helpfull. Will come back for sure.Written 2 March 2019
- ladygagaforever0 contributionsThe best!Enjoyed so much! The staff was very friendly and helpful and patient with us first-timers. Instructions were easy to understand. Quivr was an easy enough game For me, For I have absolutely no experience in any gaming. The Zombie - game (cant Remember the name) was very enjoyable and with the best graphics, but a little too difficult to grasp For a rookie. Multiplayer option was the best, so We got to play together! I recommend anyone with an interest For any VR -action check this place out! 😍Written 27 February 2019
- Fredrick B0 contributionsVery fun experienceThis was a very nice experience during a short stay in Budapest. The staff was friendly and helpful and explained the concept and tutorials when necessary. We were 3 people sharing a Multiplayer experience and it was a lot of fun. I recommend the game Quivr. The only drawback was that menus and such in-game were not in English and that we experienced a disconnect during a boss-fight as a result of technical difficulties.Written 3 January 2019
- Extraordinary7680310 contributionsGreat shared experienceReally good fun with my girlfriend. She had never done VR before and doesn't play games and she really enjoyed it as well. A nice shared experience of a very immersive experience with VR. We played the archery game followed by the zombie game. my girlfriend liked both games with a bit of a learning curve for her since she doesn't game. i preferred the archery game,it was really fun, felt a bit like legolas from lord of the rings for a few minutes :P i enjoyed the zombie game a little less as i found the controls a little bit clunky and hard to get used to. Overall a really good experience and I'll be buying myself a VR set at some point because of it :)Written 24 October 2018
- floharper0 contributionsSo much fun!We booked a spot for two players really easily through Facebook messenger the night before. The staff were very friendly and explained everything to us. The range of games is fantastic; I played in a mini-game world and my partner in a zombie apocalypse shooter, but the staff let me swap half way through to join my partner in a multi-player game. The staff also kindly ordered a taxi for us and waited outside with us for it to come. It really is so much fun and a unique exciting experience, I would reccommend it to all!Written 12 October 2018
- futog860 contributionsReal fun for Team buildingPlay VR is a really great place to have fun. We played dodgeball in teams, a tower defense type of game and zombie shooting game in overall 90 minutes. The guides are really helpfull, they explain everything in advance and answer any questions during the game as well. Not to mention they have over 100 games to choose from. Go for it!Written 12 October 2018
- Ellen B0 contributionsAmazing experience and great place!Been to a few VR places but this was really cool as we could all play together, it was super fun! Could have been a couple more staff to help get set up quicker but it was awesome!Written 19 September 2018
- Natasa B0 contributionsA thrilling experienceIf you are planning a trip to Budapest, this place should definitely be on your list! It was our first meeting with vr games and we absolutely loved it! The staff is really friendly and helpful with explaining how things work. We could only stay for an hour which was too short and if it hadn't been our last day in Budapest, we would have come back again.Written 6 August 2018
- Gyorgy G0 contributionsA lot of fun !!I never really knew what VR was. After watching Spielberg’s Ready Player One I decided to try it. It is truly great fun almost like a virtual trip. Friendly stuff nice and clean environment. I’ll be back :)Written 3 June 2018
- Danielle R0 contributionsSO much fun!My husband and I found this place online while already in Budapest and decided to go. We had never experienced VR before and it was a LOT of fun - we were laughing and totally immersed in the games. We loved it so much that we came back before we left Budapest. We did an hour each time - more time would be fun, but we got really sweaty underneath the headset! The staff was great - super friendly and great English so everything was easy for us to understand and we felt very comfortable being immersed in the experience and completely shut off from the outside world, under their guidance. Our favorite game was the zombie one - it felt so real that I kept bumping into the edges of my play space when the zombies attacked me and I was trying to "run away." :) We liked that with this and most of the games, we could do multi-player. Side note - we are not "gamers" at all - especially me, totally not my thing - and this was still a whole lot of fun. Very different than a normal video game.Written 21 May 2018

We were a group of 4 on the elderly side and came to Budapest to sight see and found this place on Viator/Trip Advisor.
This experience was amazing nothing like any game we have played before on an Xbox or PlayStation. We played QuiVr as a team and it was outstanding.
We were looked after by Olympia and Balint great service and we were given restaurant recommendations. Many thanks to the team at PlayVr Budapest. Outstanding experience!!
