We loved this tour. We learned a lot of historical information about the city of Bratislava and were able to see a lot of things in a short amount of time. It helped wrap our minds around the city so we knew where things were. We were given time at the castle to look around and enjoy the fantastic view. This city is amazing and this was a great way to see it. The tour lasted about an hour.

The tour was a great value introduction to the history of Bratislava. We had a 20 minute stop at the Castle to see the courtyard and garden and see the panoramic view of Bratislava and the Danube

The views were amazing, we took many photos. Our business partners have been excited. It is a pity that at the time of our tour Slavin area was dark - little fog.

Loved the older bus and had good sudio guide. Nice to spend time at castle. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with recommendations for lunch.

Good reviews caught my attention as well. This company is just a third party who works with the local drivers and they can't do anything over the drivers. On this rainy and windy day the driver just left us In front of the castle. I called the tour operator and this girl pretending to not speak English and just laughing about the fact that the driver left us. I could literally hear over the phone that her boss/colleague telling something to her. After that she was telling me that the driver waited for us for 35 minutes. We agreed upon 20 minutes and we arrived exactly after 20 minutes because there was not too much to do because of the rain. The driver just left because there were only 2 of us. It was almost like a private tour and it was not economically viable for him. When I told the operator it was exactly 20 minutes then she changed and said the driver waited for 25 minutes. This is insane and a real scam. I told her to give the phone to his colleague who I have spoken to earlier and she keeps lying that she's not at home while I could clearly hear her discussing with him over the phone. I asked for the driver's number and she refused to give it to me! What kind of service fraud is that? She was just laughing and telling me we can't do anything. So what's the point of tour operators? Why would tourists go to them? I didn't ask them for a refund. I just told her how you would feel? The driver just left us in this weather without having a second thought and informing. I was begging her if he could come back so I could pay extra or at least drop us where we have started! All she was lying to me and laughing. I don't understand how someone could laugh at these situations! The colleague (I think it was the boss) didn't wanna talk to me, he didn't wanna face me because of the financial loss in this season but they should stop the service then instead of scamming people!

Great attraction in Old town, Bratislava. We went to the panoramic circuit, there were stunning views of the city. Stuff was very lovely and helpful! You can choose the translation in several languages (we chose the Portuguese language). Thank you, we can only recommend it :)

Good standard open bus style tour. We did this on a very hot day and survived as bus keeps moving. We had a kind driver but we heard about others not so nice. Staff at meeting point is friendly and helpful. We hit all the points mentioned other than blue church (which we saw on earlier walk anyway). Worth the price. Stop at the castle is a bit short. Must pay for rest room at castle, so have a few coins. There are some nice views although hazy on our hot day.

The tour covered a good variety of areas of the city. Everything ran on time with a running commentary via headphones in many languages. I'd give this tour a 100% mark. The 2 places they stopped at were well worth it for the amazing views.

Great experience, especially for tourists who are interested in the history of the city: you can see all the important and interesting places (during ride) in the center of Bratislava plus audio explaining you everything (available in cca 20 languages). Very friendly staff willing to help you. I would recommend this tour for the first day of your trip so that you can then enjoy other places which you will see during the ride. :)

The view was breathtaking and the castle was beautiful. The hike is totally worth it! I had never experienced anything so breathtaking before.

Such good value , we had a brilliant tour covering a wide area in Bratislava , the Castle , Upside down Pyramid , castle walls , Presidential Palace etc. The commentary was very informative and not too wordy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the tour.

We had only one day in Bratislava and wanted to see the major sights quickly. This was the perfect choice for us. We booked our ticket through our hotel concierge, but could just as easily bought it on the street (same price) from a truly helpful young man named Sebastian who spoke perfect English. Sebastian was helpful, friendly, and gave us other travel suggestions while we waited for our bus. Be aware that the bus driver does not speak English, so you must depend on the information and instructions provided through the headphones. When the bus pauses at places to give you an opportunity to take photos, you need to be ready. The bus stops at two locations to allow you an opportunity to get out and quickly see these two sights: the Slavin Memorial, and the Bratislava Castle. Both involve a lot of walking quickly, and at the Slavin Memorial a lot of stair climbing. If you really hurry you can see what is there, but you won't have time to dawdle, and no time for WC breaks, so be sure you go before you get on the bus.

We did this tour just after arriving in bratislava. Its a must do to get your bearings and see the castle and slavin. Good pre recorded guide. Worth every €.
