Guide very knowledgeable. City history goes way, way back. Easy to make this day trip via ferry from/to Helsinki. Easy walk from ferry terminal to meeting spot in old town square.

My wife and I enjoyed a most interesting and educational afternoon with Heivi yesterday. The tour she conducted for the two of us took us through Old Town Tallinn and included historical facts and interesting stories about the people of the city. The tour concluded with a visit to the Bastion Tunnels which was very interesting as well as dramatic due to their role during World War 2. If you are interested in a most enjoyable private tour of Old Tallinn, I cannot overstate Heivi's tour. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Tallin, but also passionate about her beautiful city.

Heivi was an excellent guide who was knowledgeable and passionate about Talinn and was happy to anwser questions. The tour was very interesting and included information on many large and small buildings in Talinn's old town. Would reccomend.

This is a great way to see Tallinn old town & to learn about the history of Estonia. Our guide Heivi was friendly, interesting and informative. We saw and learned so much more than we would have done walking by ourselves. The tour ends at the Bastion tunnels and these are well worth a visit.

I had a great tour with Heivi. She met me right where she said in town - very easy to reach from the cruise terminal. Even though we had some rain, it didn't stop Heivi from providing a great tour. I had been to Tallinn before and really enjoyed it. This time was even better - lots of fun facts about the Old Town. The Bastion Tunnels are simply amazing. For the tunnels, you are on your own, but there is an app that you can download at the beginning that will give you so much information. I highly suggest you use it.

Nice walk in the beautiful Old Town of Tallin with a knowledgeable guide who gave us an informative overview of Tallin’s rather dramatic long history. The bastion tunnels with the App guide provide a great final part of the tour.
