      A nice little trip
Beautiful trees a little crowded but worth it, I had not seen this part of the city before and it gave me new perspective on how beautiful it isn’t

Bike your way to new memories in DC
Joe was an amazing tour guide. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I had been to the monuments before but learned so much more on this enjoyable way to see the sights.

They charge you if you have a flat tire when renting the bike on a tour!!
Bikes should be fitted and adjusted properly to fit each rider. My wife and I opted to pay extra for e-bikes. Neither seat was adjustable without tools. Handlebar stem was loose and wheel jiggled on both bikes. $10 ‘flat tire’ insurance is ridiculous! Good thing we paid for the insurance because as we left within three blocks, my wife had a flat tire which we would’ve had to pay for! Attention to a few details and better upkeep on the bikes would have made a huge difference. In general, the tour was just OK. Could’ve rented a bike and done most of that on our own.

Biking is more fun than walking!
This was a great way to the National Mall and all the monuments with the family. My children are always happy to ride bikes and never happy to walk, so this meant we could learn about and see all the monuments without complaint. Our guide, James, was great and very knowledgeable about everything we visited. A gréât introduction to a fabulous city!

Family evening bike ride to see all the major city monuments
The tour guide, James. Was excellent. He was very informative, friendly and organized. The tour plan was perfect as well. Price to value was very good but you should know that under 16 years old, children cannot ride the electric bikes in this city. This caused me to have to switch 2 of us to regular bikes at the last minute and we did not get any reimbursement for the difference. The ride is easy for any regular bike rider.

      I’d recommend this 😊
Such a perfect tour. We had a child and they gave us a tag-a-long bike to use. It worked out so well. Our guide was knowledgeable and great!

      Great ride and sightseeing
We had a wonderful time visiting so many monuments on the ride. Our guide David was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend this as a way to see many sites in a short time.

Great way to see most of Washington DC for orientation
We booked a bike tour on a Thursday morning in May. There were about 12 of us. In fact I think they had enough for 2 groups so I'd recommend booking. They were organised and eveything ran smoothly. The equipment was good and worked well. We felt safe for the whole trip. It was at an easy, relaxed pace, and mainly flat. Our guide was friendly, and the commentary was entertaining and informative. It's a great way to see the main sites and where they are, and decide which ones to go back to.

      Group Too Large
This was a great way to take in the national mall, however our group size was too large. 1 guide with a group of 15 made it so that those of us who were toward the back were barely able to safely cross through intersections to stay with the group, sometimes crossing after the light was red. Also, we rarely heard the information the guide shared as only those at the front of the pack were in earshot. The description states you’ll be provided with water, snacks, and a reflective vest. We didn’t get any of those. I wouldn’t book with this company again.

      Fun and Educational Bike Tour
This was the perfect way to see the sites on the National Mall. We were able to see and enjoy so much more than walking. Plus, we got painless exercise. Our tour guide, David, was fabulous: knowledgeable and engaging.

      Smooth ride and informative tour
Really enjoyed this ride. We opted for the electric bike but given the flat path and slow pace, not really necessary. We spent a sufficient amount of time at each stop - didn’t feel rushed at all. Our guide, Jose, was great. His passion for history was very evident!

Joe is excellent, lack of restroom access no so.
Joe - our guide - was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and caring to ensure our safety. The eBikes are worth it as DC can be a humid mess (and it was). Bring water or Gatorade but beware that unfortunately for a full 3 hrs, there will very few chances to find/use restrooms.

For the seventeenth year in a row, the bike tour has been a highlight of my students' week-long senior class trip to DC. We are already planning for next year. We had to make adjustments this year due to appointments with the White House and weather. The professionals made this happen with no headaches for me in my planning.
    Thanks again!

Once again, Bike and Roll DC did a great job introducing my students to the monuments and memorials of DC. I have done this 16 times, and every time, there is something new as well as the good solid introduction that we get every year.
    See you again next October.
By friends, I means classmates of our senior class.
