Cave Tubing and Zipline Adventure from Belize City
From US$85.00
Experience two of Belize’s most popular outdoor adventures in a single day with a combo zipline and cave tubing tour. Hotel or port pickup makes it easy to get out of Belize City and into the jungle, where you'll fly through the trees on a 7-cable zipline course. Then, hike through the tropical forest and float through a glittering underground cave system deep in the heart of the Maya Mountains.
What to Expect
After pickup at your Belize City hotel or the cruise ship terminal, drive to the Maya Mountains foothills, passing the “Sleeping Giant” ridge along the way. The adventure begins with a thrilling zipline course through the jungle canopy. Look for exotic birds and learn about medicinal plants while soaring across seven cables of varying lengths and heights.
Then, change into your swimsuit and store your gear in a locked van before hiking through the Belizean jungle to reach the famous Caves Branch River. Swim, if you like, before climbing aboard an inner tube for a voyage through an intricate underground cave system. Pass through caverns filled with ancient stalagmites and stalactites and then relax on an open-river float through the lush tropical forest. It's just a 2-minute walk from the end point back to the parking lot, where you'll change into dry clothes for the drive back to Belize City.

Cave tubing

We had a wonderful time cave tubing, it was so relaxing to float through the cave and look around. I also really enjoyed the shallow water we could go in prior to tubing -very pretty.

we only did the cave tubing, not the zipline. It was a really nice time. There is some walking and wading through water to get to the caves. You must rent or wear water shoes. Our guide was fantastic and was very knowlegable. The ride...More

We did the Cave Tubing and Zip-Lining Tour. We were staying in San Ignacio, and because this company had the best reviews (& price!), I emailed them and asked if they could do it from San Ignacio instead of Belize City. Since my first Emails...More

There was an 11 and 14 year old in the group before mine. That was the youngest I saw. As Mary stated, there is quite a hike before the tubing begins. Also the tides can be quite strong depending on the seasons/rain, so it... More

I concur with the above answer. It's going to be about an hour's ride back to Belize City. We were there over the lunch hour but didn't eat there; instead we got back on the bus and got back to Belize City between 2 and... More
