Overview

Experience 180-degree aerial views of Maui on this 45-minute helicopter tour. Float over valleys, Maui’s east coast, and waterfalls unreachable by foot, and observe the dense Hana forest like a bird. Enjoy the island’s lush beauty by air and ascend 10,000 feet (3,050 meters) to the summit of the Haleakala Crater while learning about Maui’s rich history from your pilot.

What to Expect
Begin your tour at the Kahului Heliport where you board an air-conditioned, A-star helicopter with six forward-facing leather seats, each with 180-degree views.

Once in the air, you head for the East Maui rainforest, where your pilot points out sights and offers information about Maui’s rich history. Take in the island's undeveloped landscape and soar over the Hana coastline to see waterfalls joining the sea.

Next, ascend the Haleakala Crater along its eastern ridge until you reach the 10,000-foot (3,050-meter) summit. Hover and admire one of the world’s tallest dormant volcanoes before returning to the heliport, where the tour ends. Purchase a souvenir USB with narrated footage of the flight for a separate charge.

Awesome views!

Cameron the Pilot was skilled and super informative. The route taken was spectacular peeking over into the crater and seeing Hana and the coastline from the air. Suggestion passengers should have a mic to communicate with the pilot, instead of the pen and paper offered!;...More

Highly recommend this trip with this company.

Our pilot was so amazing. He grew up on the island so he was more knowledgeable than most so that was great

It was great to see Maui from 10,000 feet. The craters on Haleakala were amazing! This is a fun experience if you have the chance to do it. Jessie did a great job explaining the the lay of the land, interesting landmarks and sites.

So worth it, best way to see the island and it is beautiful. Pilot was very informative. Great to do on the first few days to get an idea of what’s on the island. Worth paying more for the front seat. It was very smooth....More
