Our tour guide, Vanessa, was exceptional! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of not only Pearl Harbor but Hawaiian history and shared her knowledge with us during the tour.

This was an informative tour. I liked the guide Vanessa. The tour after Pearl Harbor was long and it would be good to be specific about times involved. I called and messaged to find out specifics and no one replied. Four people left our tour also trying to fit in other things into the day. Many tours in different places specify where they are going so travelers can choose among sites.

Vanessa, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us all around town and gave us tips for the Pearl Harbor experience. The sites were amazing and the price was just right!! 10/10 recommend

We did the 5hr tour which was great but not long enough. We didn't have time to visit the Missouri, submarine or aviation museum unfortunately. I'd recommend a full day. Tom our host was super nice & knowledgeable. He showed us around some historical sites & the cemetery/memorial which was fantastic. This is a must do place! Thankyou

Driver was very good and prompt. Tour was great. Juice was nice and refreshing. Van was clean and comfortable. Communication after booking the tour was very good.

Our guide (Rebecca) was very knowlegeble and gave us a brilliant rundown of local and broader hawaiian history including several stops at places of interest on the drive home, following our Pearl Harbour Tour.

Everything was perfect, the value for money was incredible. Vanessa was a great guide, with extensive knowledge of all the sights we saw!

We loved Pearl Harbor but there was a lot of confusion. One couple insisted on being taken home before the city tour cutting our city tour short. Another couple was late meeting at the spot cutting even more time off the city tour. We would have like more time at the punch bowl we didn’t get to get out and walk around. We really felt the tour guide should have handled these things. Tourist should be told if you are not staying for the full tour get your own transportation back. If you are not at the designated spot at the departure time you will need to find other transportation. The people who were late were getting coffee and we waited over 20 mins and the guide tried to call them twice.

The movie was very informative. The memorial was very touching and reverent. The grounds were well maintained. Enjoyed it immensely.

The van was too crowded. Fortunately the other guests were cordial. The snack was too skimpy, the juice was loaded with sugar and we did not receive the promised T-shirt. The driver was very knowledgeable and considerate. He was under pressure after having Been delayed in picking up guests who provided their incorrect hotel info. I would highly recommend him.

Pick up time was pushed back 2X. Would never use again. We even had to end the tour early so we could get back to the ship for another excursion we had booked due to the delayed pick up. Van was full when we were picked up and my husband and I could not even sit together. Will never use this tour operator again nor would we recommend them to anyone

I was pleased to see a personal SUV pick us up. But this soon turned into regret. The driver whose name I don't remember needs a little training on what not to say with a tour. First I was on an important business call when we were picked up and he referenced my business conversation multiple times. Second he asked one of the ladies if she spoke English. Third he ask where we were from and referenced it being a swing state. Not professional. The tour was him driving and pointing at things. No plans for stopping giving more information just driving. He takes us to Pear Harbor and gives us instructions and we met him promptly to pick us up later. A lady asked for an additional juice he told her one per person and one person didn't have a drink. He could have given her another one. Then we were driving again to a statue where he offered to take pictures, then to the punch bowl, where he just drove through without stopping and then to an Obama mural. Which he drove by and told passenger she could go back later on her own and take pictures. I couldn't wait for it to be over. When he dropped us off he offered the souvenir T-shirt When asked for two he said that it was one per reservation but we were a party of two. There are much better tours out there. I felt like I was in a bad Uber.

Rowland the tour guide was very knowledgable and upbeat. Really moving watching the 23min film, then being on Pearl Harbour. Was well done, just wish the actual tour was able to be a bit longer at Pearl Harbour.

Wonderfully arranged tour. Plenty of time at Pearl. VANNESA gave a great tour of the old Honolulu. She had all info and answered all our questions.
