This is our 5th time to Agadir, but the 1st time we book a private transfer in advance. We booked and paid through Tripadvisor/Viator and the transfer was supposed to be Book Taxi Barcelona. We had paid for the transfer £21. They had our flight number and when we came out, there were many drivers outside but none of them had my name on their list. They were very helpful and asked each other if someone was there for us. No one was, one of the drivers even called the local provider given on the voucher two times, but no one answered. We ended up taking a taxi (fixed price 220 MAD) and when we came to the hotel I reclaimed for a refund. Vistor denied because the Book Taxi Barcelona claims that they did show up at the airport. Well, not for us at least! This was a total waste of time and money and I recommend all of you guys to get a taxi right outside the airport. We will do that in the future as we always have before, and can always count on the taxi drivers to help us out.
