Do not book! Viator should not work with this company! Driver never showed. Wasted our time. Viator’s customer service could not reach the company at all. Our road had to contact a driver for us in order to get to chefchaouen.

First, Almost all chairs are broken! Second, I forget my bag and when I went to the agency to have it back « they told me that we didn’t find it anywhere » !

Our itinerary started in Marrakech. Generally speaking, the desert itinerary is a bit tiring, mainly because the road is relatively long, basically more than 300 kilometers of road every day. Put into consideration that the road is not very good, the mountain roads are very serpent-like, and so it will take more time than a highway to get there, and it took nearly 11 hours to get to the Dades Gorge from Marrakech on the first day. Still very glad to participate in this itinerary: The car is an SUV, and so large and comfortable leg room. I cannot imagine what it would have been in a normal/small car. Thank God that I did not decide to drive there myself! On the road, we also saw a bus from the local "CTM" bus company upside down in the hillside! So! for safety, we do recommend to charter a vehicule with a professional driver! After all, safety first, and medical care in Africa is still far from the developed countries! Aside from that negative footnote, which has nothing to do with the trip itself in all honesty, the driver was very nice. The first half of the road is kinda bumpy. I do have a little of motion sickness, but the driver was carefull enough to not make me sick, and he apologized everytime I was not doing that good. Clearly he was the most hard working person during this whole trip, although we were all exhausted, he still had to concentrate on driving. Thanks to the help of the amazing team of Interstellar, caring for us during the whole voyage, answering all of our questions one by one... We clearly did the right choice! The two hotel accomodations we got were also very good, the food was great and distinctive, definitely much better than finding a restaurant! All in all, we do recommand this unique experience!

Thanks to Interstellar team for letting me realize the Sahara dream! From consulting customer service to a 24-hour Whatsapp group, to our driver and tour guide, we can only say that we're 100% satisfied. The desert camp that night only had the 4 of us, and so the supper with the employees and owner was really enjoyable, and we learnt things about their work and life in the desert. We really did receive VIP standards services, compared to other camps as we've seen on the internet haha! We visited every attraction mentionned in the itinerary, and so we give a special mention to the driver Abdullah for his driving skills and safety feeling on the road. He was even enthousiastic and happy to help us take pictures in any place or scenery we felt was beautiful, and so we can have a good memory of this trip. Will definitely be recommending this travel agency to friends and family who want to come to Morocco.
