        Fabulous 13 day Moroccan adventure
Gboo Morocco Tours put together a perfect tour for us. Abdelhadi designed a unique, tailored 13-day tour circling a large portion of Morocco for my husband and I. He was extremely responsive with communication and patient, especially when we had to make a last minute change after a snafu with our flight. Our guide Aissam, was amazing. He took such good care of us the entire 2 weeks. He was so knowledgable, reassuring and a genuinely kind person. He made himself available at any hour if we needed anything and even on the free days we had he would check in and make sure we were having a good time. Overall I'm very impressed with Gboo, our friends recommended their company after their trip to Morocco last year and we're very happy they did. Our trip was such a rich & memorable experience. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories.

        Morocoo Tour
My experience was fantastic! I went with Aissam from Gboo Morocoo Tours. He was very kind, relatable and always professional. He took us around Marakesh and he made us feel comfortable right away. His knowledge on the city was great to hear as well as we got to learn more about the history of the city and Morocoo as well. Overall Aissam was a fantastic tour guide and I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about visiting Morocoo to book with him!

Amazing Adventure with Gboo Morocco Tours and Driver Rachid
Our group of three had an amazing trip with GBOO Morocco tours. Abdelhadi customized an 11 day tour for us from Casablanca to Marrakech to Imlil and Mt. Toubkal to Fez to Chefchauen, and then Rabat. He was very responsive during the planning and selected for us the perfect riads. Each one was unique, clean, and walking distance to all the best sites in each city. He worked for weeks getting the trip just right despite our changing dates several times. Our driver, Rachid Aitali, was friendly, spoke very good English, always on time, and accommodating. The SUV we toured in was comfortable and clean. Rachid even took us to visit his family home in Marrakech for a dinner of couscous and tagine made by his lovely wife. Rachid knew all the good local restaurants in each city. Our local guide, Salim, in Marrakech was SO knowledgeable, professional, and had excellent English. We learned so much Moroccan history from him. Our local guide, Thami, alias the Candy Man, in Fez was so much fun. He gave candy out to all the vendors in the giant Fez Medina, and found us a great ‘hole in the wall’ local restaurant in the heart of the medina to enjoy Bisarra (fava bean soup). Our local guide Muhammed, hiked with us to God’s Bridge and the Akshour waterfalls from Chefchauen, and displayed such a love for this area where he was born. He made sure we tasted the best Pomegranate juice and found the cute monkeys on the way to the waterfalls. I would definitely recommend GBOO Morocco Tours for exceptional tours at an affordable price.

You wont be disappointed with Gboo !
We had the most wonderful time with Gboo. Abdelhadi customised 5 nights 6 days tour from Marrakech across mountains and desserts ended in Tangier. It was easy to plan the trip as Abdelhadi was quick to respond to our concerns. Even when we were already in Morocco he still message us asking how things are going with the tour. That was a nice gesture on his part. We could not have gotten a better guide than Hamza. Hamza was the best ! Friendly but respectful. We really enjoyed having his company as a guide. Highly recommended to pick Gboo and Hamza

Highly professional (and lgbt friendly) tour operator in Morocco
From the minute we reached out to Abdelhadi at Gboo tours, we were met with a high degree of professionalism. We arranged a 2 week private tour with our own driver who took us through many cities and sights in Morocco. They were very responsive to our every needs, including some last minute changes to walking tours we needed, or adding on additional stops on our tour. This tour operator is LGBT friendly, and I would highly recommend to couples or groups wanting to feel secure and respected while touring Morocco! The driver Mohamed was friendly, the car was nice and comfortable, and the guides were knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Thank you Abdelhadi, Mohamed and the Gboo team for making our Morocco trip one to remember

        Outstanding adventure and cultural immersion
Morocco trip 03-2024 - Part 1: Gboo Morocco Tours Travel Agency What a FANTASTIC experience! We just returned from 10 days in Morocco. Abdelhadi, the General Manager, customized our itinerary which included all our requests. This was a cultural immersion experience, not just a tour. It was our first time in Morocco. We were a group of 5 people with an age difference of 70 years. Each of us had a marvelous time! All of our accommodations were unique and extremely comfortable with welcoming, helpful staff. I highly recommend Gboo Morocco Tours if you’re considering a trip to Morocco. They go “above and beyond”. Pre-travel: Abdelhadi answered my many email questions promptly and clearly. As the senior member or our group (age 70+) arriving a few days before the others, before traveling, I had concerns about safety, cultural tradition/respect (we traveled during Ramadan), money exchange and many other topics. His responses were always thorough and alleviated my concerns. We requested an itinerary addition just a few days before our trip. Abdelhadi was flexible and added it in. We were extremely grateful for that experience. Highlights of our adventure: -Marrakech: Riads (magnificent, comfy accommodations), Souks (markets), Tannery. Cooking class: Outstanding experience and introduction to Moroccan spices. We ate the yummy chicken tagine and seffa meal which we prepared. Food – delicious tagine, pastries, bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, olives and of course, mint tea every day. Our Guide, Hamid, had excellent English and an in-depth knowledge and passion for their history, architecture and culture. He added spontaneous short stops at specific shops as we requested. Majorelle Botanical gardens: Beautiful Bahia Palace and Ali Ben Youssef Koranic School tour: I imagined what it would be like to live in those eras and the skill of those who constructed these spectacular buildings. All of the above achieved in 1 rich & busy day Ouzoud Falls – picturesque hike and a chance to row a boat right under the falls. (Note: It was helpful to use my hiking sticks for the steep parts.) -Sahara Desert and camel ride: Our journey by van was long but included many scenic stops and a walk through the Todra Gorge. Accommodations in the tent village were spacious and comfortable. Sunrise in the desert and a morning camel ride started an unforgettable day. -Fez: Our drive in the northern areas was much greener than any of us expected. Farms, forests, mountains, monkeys and even snow! Excellent guide: “The Candy Man”, who shared his passion for their culture, history and life of his brothers and sisters. Again, our guide was flexible and added stops as requested by my daughter-in-law. Ceramics & mosaic co-op tour: Observed production from start to finish. Magnificent craftsmen & women Our riad staff invited us to break the Ramadan fast with them in the evening. An opportunity to experience friendship and fellowship together. -Chefchaouen – the blue village: WOW! A “must-see” experience. I feel fortunate to have spent an opportunity to spend an afternoon here. -Atlas Studios: Desert filming location for many movies. Very cool! Morocco trip 03-2024 - Part 2: Aissam (our driver) Gboo Morocco Tours: There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our experience with Aissam! He was not just our driver. He became an intricate member of our Moroccan adventure and is now like a member or our extended family. He went above and beyond at every step of the way. His English is excellent. He has a contagious smile and enthusiasm. Aissam shared his knowledge of history, geography and cultural differences of the regions we visited. He always made great recommendations for restaurants. His flexibility was appreciated when we had specific activities or products to purchase. His hospitality was enormous. When I had the opportunity to sit in the front seat, I enjoyed our conversations. We exchanged ideas about many aspects of our lives and activities – lots of laughs, too. We were all greatly appreciative of a last-minute visit to the home of a henna tattoo artist. This delighted my 5 year-old granddaughter. That’s hospitality! Finally, we experienced unusually severe weather (sandstorm and downpour rain). I greatly appreciated Aissam’s skill at delivering us to our destinations safely. If you travel to Morocco via Gboo Travel Tours, you will be fortunate to have Aissam as your driver and travel companion/advisor. In summary, if you’re considering a trip to Morocco, I highly recommend Gboo Morocco tours. – And if you’re lucky enough to have Aissam as your driver, you’ll have a molto-fantastica, fun and memorable experience.

        Moustapha 35 - exceptional!
Moustapha was an exceptional guide whose passion for Marrakech was evident in every story he shared and every site we visited. His extensive knowledge of the city's history and culture was matched only by his warm and engaging personality. He was not just a guide but a storyteller, bringing the ancient streets and monuments of Marrakech to life with his vivid descriptions and fascinating anecdotes. His proficiency in Italian made communication effortless, ensuring that all members of our group could fully engage with the narratives and histories he presented. Moustapha's professionalism was apparent throughout the tour. He navigated sensitive topics with grace and provided insights that enriched our understanding of Moroccan traditions. His expertise, warmth, and genuine love for his city left a lasting impression on all of us. Any traveler would be fortunate to have Moustapha as their guide through the enchanting streets of Marrakech.

BEST ON EVERY LEVEL - REASON TO RETURN TO MOROCCO
5 STAR meal & experience with the most inviting, serene, & caring service in a truly stunning building. Special mention for the gorgeous welcome by Mr. Hassan who came to end of the byzantine lane to fine me; And also to Mr. RABIE & food and wine service with RABIE who shared so much time and info on Moroccon fare and wine . The 3-course meal of delicious prawns after a amuse-bouche was far more than amusing. Considering that I come from a different part of the Atlantic on the Kerry Coast of SW Ireland and now live on Irish Sea coast - the wild seabass was the best I have ever. Simple & perfect. Dessert would need it own page. I will return to Marrakesh for this experience and the charming nearby Riad Azad.

Thank you to Aissam and Abdelhadi for the incredible vacations!
We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience with Gboo Morocco Tours. Everything started very well from the beginning, with several rounds of e-mails with Abdelhadi patiently enabling the building up of a tailored-made program for the tour fitting exactly our interests and time available. At this stage, we could also arrange everything for practicalities such as having local inexpensive SIM cards for mobile internet waiting for us, or knowing where to exchange euros for dirhams. Then, during the tour, we had the best guide and driver that we could hope for: Aissam! He was wonderful in providing us an unforgettable Moroccan experience. Kind, friendly, non-intrusive, safe driver, speaking very well English and other languages, and knowledgeable on a myriad of subjects, from History, Architecture and Ethnography, to adventure sports and bird watching. Aissam was totally flexible to all our needs, preferences and requests, including some less common, like finding a place to buy a specific type of fossil, or going with us to a traditional local hammam! This was not my first time in Morocco. Therefore, one of my concerns was to be taken over and over again by a guide to places where people would try to make me buy things that I don’t want, and spending the time that I would need for other more interesting visits. With Aissam, this never happened! The only shopping we made were after telling him that we were interested in a particular item (fossils, saffron, amlou…). For those situations, Aissam suggestions were for gentle no-harassment traders and also agriculture cooperatives with a strong focus on local women empowerment. Thank you to Aissam and Abdelhadi for the incredible vacations!

Fantastic, magic & amazing. What a world Morocco is. Colorful, confusing and wonderful. Aissam cared & guided us thru with his local stories, knowledge, music skills and humor. The company also changed our itinerary to cater for my wife’s birthday to happen in Fez, brilliant. Both the business and guide are excellent and will look after you on their tours

Aissam deserves a raise for being an incredible ambassador to his country. Worth every penny.
Amazing trip. Aissam was the best part. Amazing driver, guide and friend. The government should pay him to be an Ambassador for Morocco! We spent two weeks circling the entire country from Casablanca, Chefchaouen, Fes, Merzouga, Ouarzazate, Essaouira to Marrakesh. Aissam really made the trip though - listen to everything he says. Just the best. Not cheap but worth every penny. Tip him very, very well. Side note - I would skip the desert 'camp' in Merzouga and just stay in a nice hotel there for a few nights. And definitely get Madfouna - it was by far the best food we had in all of Morocco and we ate at several very upscale restaurants in Fez and Marrakesh. Last side note - tip Aissam very, very well.

We travelled Morocco through Gboo Morocco tours. The GM Mr Abdelhadi is an excellent person and very helpful. He helped in customising our tour itinerary to make it more inclusive and detailed one. Our driver and tour guide Mr Mohammed is also very supportive and cheerful person. He has an excellent knowledge of Morocco. He knows lot about Indian foods and restaurant in Morocco. Over all a fantastic tour. This tour won’t disappoint! We had a fantastic tour guides at Fes and Marrakesh who were very knowledgeable. They gave us lots of historical and cultural information and were more than happy to answer questions. Even on a cold and windy day they took this into account and we enjoyed stops to look at local produce and warm up a bit. They also offered recommendations of other things to do/ see and places to eat during the tour. Definitely a must when visiting the Morocco. The only glitch we faced in Alcazar Riad in Fes where breakfast and services were not in line what the owners of Riad have shown on social platforms. Advised to look for other good Riads nearby.
Many thanks to Mr Abdelhadi for organising this tour so good and professionally. A special thanks to our driver Mr Mohammad who was with us for 11 days and became part of our family.

      Gboo Morocco Tours
What an incredible feast for the senses the two of us had, thanks to Gboo Morocco Tours ("Gboo") & Aissam, our driver! We chose Gboo as it was highly recommended by another friend who had a great experience exploring Morocco with Gboo. Indeed, Gboo did not disappoint, but instead exceeded our expectations!

      Before The Trip
Abdelhadi, Gboo's General Manager, was very responsive. He promptly and comprehensively addressed all our pre-trip enquiries, thereby making us feel confident that we had made the right choice in choosing to discover the wonders of Morocco with Gboo.

      Fes & Marrakech
Gboo customised amazing day tours for us in Fes and Marrakech, led by excellent licensed tour guides, Fatima (in Fes) and Hamid (in Marrakech) which we enjoyed tremendously. They were both extremely professional and passionate in sharing their extensive knowledge of Morocco's history and culture with us. Upon hearing that we were keen to learn how to cook lamb tagine, Fatima even invited us home for an impromptu cooking lesson! What a privilege indeed, and one we are truly grateful for.

During The Entire 11-Day Trip with Aissam
What a memorable and exciting adventure we had overall! This was because we had the good fortune of having Aissam as our assigned driver throughout the 11-day trip! Like the cinematic icon, Richard Gere, Aissam was a true "Officer & Gentleman". He turned out to be not just an excellent driver who drove us safely and swiftly from one destination to another. Indeed, Aissam was also a fully-fledged, professional licensed tour guide who regaled us with Morocco's fascinating history and rich culture throughout the entire trip, leaving us completely enthralled and entertained! Upon learning that we were interested in seeing goats climbing up Argan trees, Aissam spared no effort in searching for such goats on the journey back from Essaouira to Marrakech. When such goats proved to be elusive, Aissam even sought help from 2 young goat shepherds who cheerfully obliged and brought us deep into the Argan orchard where we saw goats perched up high on Argan trees, munching on the leaves. It was an incredible sight to behold. It was like watching an episode of National Geographic live!

We were also pleasantly surprised to discover that Aissam is a man of many talents. During an unscheduled stop at his stomping ground in Ouarzazate, Aissam accompanied by his buddy, Yassin, treated us to a delightful impromptu performance on his stylishly-decorated gamberi, leaving us throughly entertained and spellbound! What a privilege and honour indeed!

Last but not least, when we were passing through Aissam's wonderful hometown of Ouarzazate, Aissam even requested his lovely sisters, Dawali and Khadija, to prepare a sumptuous feast of delicious lovingly-cooked Moroccan cuisine which we had the honour and privilege to enjoy at Dawali's beautiful home. We were truly touched and remain forever grateful to Aissam, Dawali and Khadija for their kindness and unmatched warm hospitality.

      Overall Experience
Morocco's countless natural wonders such as the Atlas Mountains, the Dades Gorges, the Sahara Desert, the Argan trees, and its rich culture and fascinating history are indeed tantalising treats for the senses that make Morocco a must-see travel destination and country to visit. However, what makes Morocco truly magical are people like Aissam and his lovely sisters, Dawali and Khadija, as well as Fatima.

Aissam went above and beyond his role as our assigned driver and spared no effort in ensuring that we had a wonderful trip. We were simultaneously impressed and touched by his professionalism, passion, sincerity, warmth, kindness, courtesy, knowledge, competence, excellent driving skills, experience, gentle nature, as well as his musical talents, all of which played a huge part in making our trip a truly awesome and unforgettable adventure.
Thank you, Gboo and Aissam, you both are indeed the true ambassadors of Morocco!
