Ryad was a fantastic driver / tour guide for our 11 day trip covering more than 2,400 km in Morocco. He is a very pleasant and well-spoken gentleman and we had a wonderful time with him. He is very knowledgable about Moroccan history and culture and shared much with us. I would highly recommend Ryad!

Ryad is an incredible driver and knows so much about Morocco. We learned something new every single day on our two-week trip. He is very flexible and gave us options for where to eat and what time to leave. He made us feel very comfortable in his vehicle, which had A/C and water bottles at all times. He truly made the experience of our honeymoon amazing. A lot of times when you go to places where tourism is big, you’ll find people who just want your money. They take you to touristy places and rush you from stop to stop. This was the opposite case with Ryad. He took the time to get to know us so that he could make thoughtful decisions about where to take us and what to recommend. He is a good person with a beautiful family. I will gladly recommend him to all my friends and family, and if I’m ever back in Morocco he is the first person I’d call. Thank you Ryad for the best trip ever.

Ryad was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He provided a wonderful commentary during our transfer and taught us a lot. The vehicle was clean and we were offered cold bottles of complimentary water. I highly recommend Ryad and his company.

We just returned from a wonderful two week trip to Morocco, a trip made wonderful by our driver, Ryad. He met us at the airport and accompanied us throughout our time in Morocco. Ryad is a careful and courteous driver and we always felt safe with him. He is very knowledgeable about Morocco and we all learned a great deal from him. He was flexible and helped us to find interesting activities and arranged interesting and knowledgeable guides when it was appropriate for us to have an additional guide. If there was anything we needed or wanted to see or do, Ryad made it happen. We can’t say enough good things about him and thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. It was clear that he wanted us to have our best possible experience. It is equally clear that he loves his country and its people and being with Ryad, we grew to love Morocco and its people too.

We were a family of 5 adults with very individual things we were interested in. Riad was our driver and guide and did an amazing job of showing us everything Morocco including the markets, the gardens, the edge of the Sahara Desert where he dropped us off and we rode camels for almost 3 hours to get to the tent camp. My husband was sick so Riad arranged for a car to drive him across the sand dunes to the tent camp. That’s called great skills in having back up action plans for the unplanned for happenings. We went from seeing the major mosque of Casablanca to the kings palaces, to underground tunnel water storage systems to artifacts and art of Morocco. My son-in- law even bought a small stone sink with fossils embedded in it, and took it home with him. We drove all along the coast north and saw the Cave of Hercules, and went to Tangier where we could look across the water to see Spain. We went from snow falling in the mountains to the desert and everywhere in between. Riad was amazing and told us stories and provided all kinds of great information along the way. We spent two weeks in Morocco in the end of February and beginning of March, ending just before Ramadan. We booked through Experience It Tours/Morocco Tours and Ryad Mekouki was our driver for the entire trip. We could not have asked for a better driver than Ryad. Aside from the obvious (punctual, clean vehicle, friendly) he took the trouble to make sure we were always happy and learned what our particular interests were. Interested in architectural photography, we sent a list of buildings and places in most of our scheduled stops (and asked for a few intermediate stops) that we would like to try to see along with the regular tour. He was able to accommodate almost all of our requests. The few we could not see had to do with security issues over which none of us had any control. But at least he tried even those. And by the second day we were in Morocco, he figured out what we wanted and guided us to additional places not on our list but very worthwhile seeing (like a theater still under construction in Casablanca). Towards the end of the trip, I had an accident with one of my cameras in Chefchaouen and was concerned about losing photos from three days. There was one building in particular I was concerned about, and he was able to get us another set of entry tickets so that we could go back and photograph the building before we left Marrakech. The accommodations we had, everywhere, were terrific. His suggestions for places to eat were always good. It was pretty extraordinary to stay in the desert in a tent that had plumbing and air conditioning. Even the occasional rain could not dampen our spirits, the entire holiday was spectacular.

Last week we made a round trip to 3 cities in Morocco. Visited several cities, Casablanca, Beni Mellal, and Marrakech. What a wonderful country. We enjoyed it even more because of the excellent guidance from the drivers of ''Morocco Private Holiday''. Very professional, friendly, and know a lot about the country. Thank you again, Semir for providing this unforgettable experience in Morocco. We will come back and will certainly arrange this together with you again.

We were 5 in the family with 10 days of stay in Morocco and the best decision we have made was booking this private transportation and guide-driver throughout our trip. Kamal (in yellow jacket) was our companion in this tour service, and he was simply the best. He was always helpful, punctual, informative and courteous. Just ask the guy's advise and you will surely get the best of Morocco. The country is very lovely with lots of different places to go to, and all you need is an efficient guide and a great ride to maximize your time in this nation. We booked the 6 days tour for 4 people and it was for sure the best choice we could have made! Our drive was Zak, who was amazing, kind and helpful with everything! He was speaking great English and knew many information about every place we visited and he was always taking care of us! We also met Ryad who was also very nice! All of us agreed that Zak made our trip much better!

We toured Morocco for 11 days on our Honeymoon. We were so lucky to have our own private driver, Ryad Mekouki, the entire duration of our stay. Ryad speaks English very well which was so helpful to get around and sightsee! Ryad is extremely responsive and reliable. He answers very quickly and is always on time. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the history of Morocco- we learned a lot!! It was amazing that we did not have to worry at all on our honeymoon about how we were going to get from point A to point B- Ryad plans EVERYTHING. Just sit back and relax!

Ryad Mekouki (Morocco Private Holiday) was our driver for our 15 day tour of Morocco. He was the key ingredient that made the holiday stress free and a fantastic experience. Ryad was a safe driver, a teacher, diplomat, advisor and porter. In addition, he had a great sense of humour which made travelling all the more enjoyable. He is punctual, respectful and professional in every way. Alas, he was singularly unsuccessful in improving our pronunciation of the language. We were also fortunate enough to meet Ryad's family who came down from Casablanca to Essaouira during our tour to surprise him for his birthday.
