We used this company for airport transfers. Cars were modern, clean and air conditioned. Drivers didn’t speak much English but they didn’t need to and they were friendly! Most importantly for me, they were impeccably timed, arriving before the specified time and keeping us updated on WhatsApp. Great and professional service 10/10.

My driver was waiting at the airport to take me to my hotel, phoning them to make sure that the owner would be there, as it was quite late in the evening. Excellent driver, great service!

I would like to commend our driver Karim. From the start he was so reassuring, calm and understanding. He accommodated our requests from the beginning until the end of the trip. We really had fun. He has an uncle who owned one of the hotels. The accommodation was such a nice place. His uncle also cooked for us such a lovely Moroccan dinner. Karim drove us to the Sahara and he allowed us to play Taylor Swift songs throughout which was fun. Our trip to Morocco would not have been as much fun and reassuring if it were not for him and of course the company that he works with. Overall, our experience with the private tour we booked to the Sahara with camel rides and the luxury tent was amazing! We went to the camp with camel rides and left with ATV in the morning.

Our driver Jawad was brilliant! We did not have the smoothest arrival to Marrakech and even though we were 24 hours later than planned Jawad was there to pick us up and drive us safely to our riad. The communication from the company and from Jawad was great and really made the start of our holiday comfortable. Thank you so much!

My friends and I had the best time in Morocco. Dounia and Naim organized everything well from our transport to our hotels and the tours. We explored Marrakech, Dades Valley, Atlas Studios, Ait Ben Haddou and the Merzouga Dunes to name a few. Our driver Karim, tour guide Mohammed and the locals in Merzouga were very nice and helpful. The food, camel ride, quad bike, star gazing and watching the sunset and sunrise were our highlights of the tour. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Initially, I made a reservation for this company through Booking. From the day I made the reservation, I received a message on Whatsapp from Dounia confirming everything, very professional and attentive. I had a problem with the hotel, because they didn't respond to me and I asked Dounia for help, who was immediately ready to help me and try to get in touch with the hotel, I'm very grateful for that. As soon as my family and I landed at the airport, our driver Karim was already waiting for us to take us to the hotel, super friendly and willing to show us the city. For all these reasons, the welcome and the relationship of trust created, when my family and I decided to go to the center of Marrkesh at night, we contacted this company and we did not regret it. This time, with the driver Jawad, also super sweet and friendly. On the return trip, it couldn't be any different, and I also requested the services of this company from the hotel to the airport. As always, I had a driver (Youness) who was also very attentive. I only have positive things to say about this company... Everything was excellent! The camel 🐫 ride experience was awesome and our guide did a great job. We also took a day trip to Casablanca and our personal driver Karim was the best escot ever and made our trip such a success. Our day trip to Medina Soux market left us speechless and we we so enjoy our shopping experience ! First Marrakech Tours definitely made our week long trip to Morocco a one of a kind. They took all the worry out of getting around and seeing the best of Marrakech simple, easy and safe.
