Marrakesh is a truly beautiful and unique city. The old medina area is a world heritage site, full of the sites and sounds of Morocco, it is also a warren of narrow streets lined with shops selling an amazing variety of goods, food and trinkets. As such it is highly advisable to employ the services of a qualified guide and go on an organised tour. This particular tour saw us teamed up with a private car and driver, and our own guide. Ours was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and generous guy called Bassem. Bassem certainly knows what he is talking about and has a great love of and pride in his city. His easy going and friendly approach, together with his great knowledge and enthusiasm for the sites of the city really made a huge impression on us and by the end of our tour, he had overrun our time and was just hanging out with us as friends. We would definitely recommend this tour and would also highly recommend asking if Bassem was available to show you around.

This tour was great becaure we learned so much about the Moroccan culture, history and Muslim religion. Our tour guide was exceptional, giving us so much information, helpful tips and answered our questions. I think his name was Bassim? Give this man a raise! He is what made the tour so excellent!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and within 4 hours we'd seen much of what there is to see in Marrakech. Would highly recommend having a guide as opposed to trying to figure it out yourself.

Fantastic tour guide really friendly and knowledgeable, we learnt alot from the very informative guide who took his time with us and took us around his home city of which he obviously loved and passed his love onto us. I selected a private tour and Issam was my guide. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The driver was professional and friendly too. It was nice to have a guide in the Medina given the complexity of the maze of shops. I asked for recommendations to a good leather shop and he took me to a wonderful shop with quality products. He also took me to a spice/argon store that did a nice demonstration of how argon oil is made. Highly recommend this tour and Issam.

We had a wonderful time on our tour of Marrakech! Our guide, Mbarek, was so helpful and friendly. He picked us up at our riad, which was very convenient. He had very in-depth knowledge of what he was showing us and flexed our tour to best meet our needs. Our driver was also quite personable.

Thank you to our guide Mohammed aka Perez and driver Moustapha for a great tour. It felt very personal and we learnt a lot of Moroccan history. Loved all the key sites, but was very impressed with Jardin Majorelle. Visiting the Medina on the tour also helped us to navigate it on our own the next day. Mohammed gave us tips on what do, what to avoid and where to shop. Great service and hospitality!

We had Mohammed as our guide - and couldn’t recommend the experience enough. My husband had the unusual request of wanting to get his picture made on a camel (not a ride, just a photo), and he accommodated it! As a bonus he is also a great photographer and we finally got some great photos of the two of us instead of just selfies. He was well versed in all things Morocco, and even continued through the souks with us after our official tour end time. We loved every minute and would absolutely do it again!!!
