Fantastic Trip
What a wonderful trip! We had a great time and enjoyed every minute. Rashid picked us up and was a great guide and photographer. We then went on to meet Karim who was very kind and knowledgeable. He took us on a hike to the waterfalls and then for a delicious lunch cooked by his lovely mum! The trip finished with a lovely camel/horse ride. An amazing day that will not be forgotten! Highly recommend this trip for everyone.

Very enjoyable day visiting the high atlas mountains. Our guide, Mohammed Larbi was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and clearly cared about his community and passing on their way of life. Our driver Mohammed too was very chirpy and made the journey pass quickly. Would definitely recommend

One day Atlas Valleys and Berber village tour
Simply put - this is a must do activity and we highly recommend. We were picked up by Hassan who drove us into the hills via camels. He stopped regularly for us to take photos of the beautiful scenery. When we arrived in the valleys we were handed over to the amazing Mohammed Larbi. He was very passionate and full of humour. He guided us to the waterfalls and to his village which were incredible and where we had a tagine and tea (this costs an extra 50-60dh and is well worth it). Finally we were driven home. The day was so much fun and passed too quickly for my liking. I’d highly recommend and I intend to return later this year to trek Mt Toukbal purely based on the experience I had here.

Dusty, tired and DELIGHTED
Absolutely fantastic, as all other reviews have stated. Fantastic driver Kamil, who was so passionate about his Berber culture, lots of stops for tea and photo breaks, an interesting demonstration from the Argan oil coop with no pressure to buy (though we did, as was an excellent cause) and then we met Hamid our guide up the mountains, who was so kind, funny, patient when we were slow!, and took great photos :) many thanks for taking us to your home to meet your family!
It’s a fair amount of climbing!, be warned you need trainers or sturdy shoes, but the views are magnificent.

Great day in the Atlas Mountains
Spent a fabulous day with Mohammed as our driver and Driss as our guide in the mountains. Both were really helpful and knowledgable. We were picked up on time at our hotel, then taken for a camel ride before an impromptu stop at a local market. We then stopped at a cooperative for a talk on argon oil. At no time was anyone pushy or trying to make us buy anything.
We then went for our hike in the mountains and Driss arranged a mule for my mum. He was really helpful and told us lots of information about the area and the people who live there and the history. Afterwards we went for a meal in a Berber village, which was delicious. All in all a great day and I would highly recommend it.

Best value, highly recommend, must do our favourite all-in-one day tour!
Feb 2020 • Friends
(if you only had a day, limited budget and unsure what to do,just do this tour. it's a subtle mix of fun, adventure, nature, food & culture)

This one was a real hidden gem of a tour at this price point (compared to other expensive tours) had lots packed in from camel ride, to tours of berber fresh produce market, Argon oil co-op/shop, hike to Waterfall, authentic home made lunch, tour of berber village life and visit to the guide's home and family interaction in the mountains etc. (with a bonus impromptu sneek peak of Richard Branson's Virgin limited Kasbah Tamadot!)

We had Karim who was professional, calm and helpful as our driver/guide and bargain negotiator! He picked us two and other four guests from respective hotels/riads in Marrakech in a small but reasonably comfy people carrier. This meant all six passengers/strangers were sat facing each other and were forced to interact! luckily, this tured out well in our favour as we had great company, flowing conversations which kept the day lively.

We also had Ibrahim as our guide during moderately elevated hike to the Waterfalls in Atlas mountains. He was very attentive and allowed frequent breathers for some not so fit members of the groups! He also gave us a tour of his berber village in the foot hills and invited us into his home for a chat with his family and home made tea and dry fruits.

While the lunch was not included (won't expect at this price) it was only 6.5 euros and the best Morrocan Tagine I've had (in Morocco or the UK!) probably something to do with fresh off the oven or tarrace with a mountain views or call of prayer through the village , or maybe just tiredness and hunger from the hike!?

Must add, Tea & snacks were provided multiple times at the camel ride, Argon co-op and Ibrahim's house but Karim also bought us each small bottled water start of the day and even bought us fresh strawberries impromptu at berber market! (we did other tours more than twice it's price and haven't got as much as a water bottle!).

Thank you Karim and Ibrahim (and other passengers!) for making it a very memorable day. Will look forward to bring back family on this tour.

Great must do day trip
Prompt pick up from our Riad by Hassan our driver for the day, who then picked up two other lovely couples who shared our day. First stop camel rides, dressed us in Arab clothing to look the part and then never stop laughing at the experience. Onwards to stops for photos of stunning scenery and also to experience the Berber ladies making oils, loved it then it was on to the mountains to meet our guide Ibrahim he was the best nothing to much trouble for him, I cannot say a bad word about him, helping us hike to the waterfalls and showing us the stunning views, meeting his family for tea. The meal was lovely. Thanks for a great unforgettable day.
