I booked through booking.com last minute (after hours -6pm the night prior a 7am departure). Didn’t get pickup details til very late, Riad hotel staff kindly called to company for me (my phone esim didn't have phone call ability). I hadn’t realised it was a person on the other admin end! Pick up (7.05) was punctual and efficient, and after 3 other collection points we departed Marrakech for Casablanca. It’s a long drive and good chance to acquaint with the other tourists. The 20min highway breakfast stop - i suggest you bring a snack or eat v fast and go look at the extensive pottery stands! Badr gave us an excellent potted history and explanation about what we were to see and reason for timings. We 9 were on a small bus easy to navigate the traffic to go past the sights and stop for brief viewing ( plenty long enough) of the listed highlights - white ‘cathedral’, square, Ricks Cafe, etc. Having facilitated mosque entry was great - the building is truly stunning, Lunch was at an Italian restaurant - pay your own, nice, though I’d have preferred a street food option! I stayed on in Casablanca after the last stop at beach. Taking this tour there was a great way to get from Marrakech, easily see the key sites, then have a little time to walk around the medina. Guide was excellent. Thank you Badr and Click Excursions. Very good experience.

This was a brilliant activity, host was great opportunity to take pictures and a little break midway where we had traditional Moroccan tea. So much fun on the bikes easy to use go at your own pace or if you feeling the throttle open up. All in all a fantastic time worth every penny.

The trip enjoyed very well. The guide explained well. Timing and punctuality is appreciated. The break time is enough. Street food and beach enjoyed. Hassan 2 mosque is amazing

Our experience with this operator was extremely disappointing. Communication with customer service was smooth before the trip, and we were told the driver would pick us up at 7:20 AM. We arrived at the pick-up location at 7:00 AM, as instructed. At 7:12 AM, we saw a van with the operator’s name and approached the driver to confirm our trip to Ait Benhaddou for 4 people, showing our tickets. The driver responded, "Not this trip," and informed us that the van was heading to Casablanca instead. He then picked up 2 other customers and left, leaving us behind. We waited for another van, asking each driver we saw if they were assigned to pick us up, but they all told us they were with different operators. We tried to contact customer service but received no response until 8:00 AM. When we finally got through, the staff told us that the driver had arrived at 7:12 AM and waited for over 10 minutes. However, when we approached the driver, he claimed he was heading to Casablanca, not Ait Benhaddou. The staff told us that the driver was supposed to pick up 6 people at the location, but they had no explanation for why the driver only picked up 2 customers. The customer service representative apologized for the inconvenience and offered alternative trips for the day, but none were available. We were then told no other options were left, and the only offer was to reschedule for the following day. Unfortunately, that was our last day in Marrakech. So we requested a full refund from TripAdvisor and successfully received it after 3 days. We were extremely disappointed because the main reason we came to Marrakech was to visit Ouarzazate and Ait Benhaddou, and we had chosen this operator based on positive reviews. Perhaps we were unlucky that day. However, we do appreciate the customer service team’s efforts to resolve the issue. Overall, we cannot recommend this operator. Sorry.

Our driver picked us up on time . We met our guide Khalid and he and the driver were great throughout. We had plenty of stops to break up the journey and lots of information on the way. Would highly recommend

Nice expérience with my partner, the quad experience was so nice, and also the camel ride with the sunset was so so nice, we will do it again when will come to MARRAKECH for the next holiday

I was initially reluctant to do this as the 3hr each way travel time put me off. All I can say is don't be. It's worth it. Essaouria is chilled, breezy and very friendly. Nobody is trying too hard, so you relax straight away. On out trip we were left to our own devices for 4 hours so you don't pay the 30 euro mentioned in the blurb. That's only if you want a full guided tour. Long day...but worth it

I really enjoyed the trip with our Guide Sadok and driver Yassin. We had plenty of time to explore Air Ben Haddou and other locations

The Trip was amazing, These guys were cool and funny, everything was well organized, the quarzate is absolut worth seeing thank you!

The trip was good for the cost and Essaouira is beautiful. However the drive was very long, music was constantly blasting, and it wasn’t much of a tour. Basically just a drive. And the supermarket they took us to on the way there and back didn’t have prices listed and then overcharged by like 3x the other markets I’ve been to (pringles was 6dollars compared to 2dollars at another store where the prices were marked). Overall subpar experience with the drive. Essaouira is beautiful though!!

Amazing day trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls! Everything was very well-organized, and Mohammad, our guide, was excellent—professional and friendly. Great views and a seamless experience. Highly recommend!

Hassan II mosque was absolutely beautiful, and our tour guide and driver, Mohamed and Mohamed, were brilliant all day.

Fantastic family experience quadbiking in the desert. Tariq who picked us up was friendly and knowledgeable. The quad biking was excellent, and adaptable for all age groups and abilities. Definitely recommended.

It was really nice, our guide was Said and the driver was Bouja... amazing hosts... they made sure we had a good time and explained to us everything. They picked us up very close to the hotel as we had o driving space in front of the hotel. I would recommend. I bought the tickets before I came online in UK
