Toubkal - A muckle big hill
The company was excellent with their admin and friendliness - Omar the guide was great and the food really good. We would say that the moderate fitness required for the two day trek is probably somewhat understated - although both in 50”s we would say above average fitness and it was tough especially if your legs are not used to actual hill walking. The trip starts in Imlil with a steep climb out of village then a bit of respite as you cross the wide river bed and climb to the national park check point - from there it’s all business before a well needed lunch and and the. A Long haul to the Toubkal refuge. By the time you get to refuge you will have climbed 1500 metres and walked about ten miles - but ten miles on rough tracks so harder than sounds - that said the scenery is amazing even If you are daunted at the height of the mountains and by the way you can’t see Toubkal yet and it’s the highest Took us about 5 hours to get in about 4:30 walking time On arrival at refuge you get your bunk bed in 16 man dorm and a warm blanket plus plenty of sweet tea and then really tasty supper - the washrooms are basic with capital B but it’s fine and the word refuge is appropriate - there is also a tuck shop! Sleep hard to come by with 14 other people coming and going plus altitudenof 10000 ft Brace yourself wake up is at 3:05 breakfast at 330 crampons and headtorch at 355 and you are off It’s only a couple of miles to top as crow flies but it’s a snowy steep rocky and at times slightly exposed hard climb to the top We made the top in just over 3 hours and was truly amazing and back to refuge in another two - legs were on fire by then We chose to have early lunch at refuge to get some rest before the 4 hours ten mile descent - which was tough especially last couple of miles It was an amazing experience - unless hill walking conditioned (ie not gym) I’d consider three day version Whatever you choose Top Trekking are excellent and it’s a very very special experience

Fun Trek in the Atlas Mountains
This was the best choice I made to go with this company. I had a great time and felt totally safe the whole way through the trip. Do not hesitate to book with this company as they are local guides and know these mountains better than anyone. My guide, Lahcen, was terrific. We had bad weather and he made all the right decisions. I would love to do more trekking with this company.

A fantastic Toubkal climb with an experienced guide!
Omar was not only our guide, he was a coach, a holistic healer when we were suffering, a care taker and a fantastic person. When you climb together with people you don't know the approach of the guide makes all the difference. Omar managed to create a bound and kept an eye where necessary. A first time mountain experience that makes us plan for the next one already!

      Wonderful day hiking
We would like to thank Top Trekking team for organizing our Sunday. We were supposed to go zip-lining and have lunch. But the weather was crazy windy so we weren't able to do zipping.. but they took us up to the mountains and we had a iconic walk in high mountains. Note! If you are going there in the beginning of February it might be really windy, rainy and cold. However despite that it was freaking awesome. Thank you for our guide, he spoke really good English and was super friendly. Also big thanks to our driver, we had our own (group of3) the car was comfy and driver made lots of jokes and tried to learn Estonian :) All in all, it was well spent Sunday, thank you top trekking team for organizing it!

Amazing day in an amazing place with an amazing guide!
Lahcen, our guide on our amazing day trek (we did the longest one) was an absolute joy to be with for the day, superb English, really good-natured and super pleasant, and funny! He was really safe, really encouraging, really interesting to talk to and very knowledgeable about the area and the entire country. He was absolutely top class. Would highly recommend Top Trekking in Morocco to anyone looking to visit the Atlas Mountains.

      Great Day Out
Last week I did a big trek with a walking guide named Abdul. He was very knowledgeable about the local bird life and plants and trees. The trek was 19 kms long and some fitness and proper boots are certainly required. Scenery and views were fabulous. We picnicked by the river soaking our weary feet in the cool water. Fabulous day !!

We were surprised with the hospitality and the beauty of the place! AND THE FOOD
We contracted a local tour company to go around Morocco for two weeks, with our 6 year old daughter. We came to Imlil and did not know what to expect. We were surprised and overwhelmed with the hospitality from Lahsen and his brother and family. And the food!!! we loved it. My husband is a Chef de Cuisine, so it is hard to impress him, but this family did it. We wanted to stay and spend days with them. We will next time in Morocco. Our compliments to a job well done and better than anything we've seen so far.

      February Escape from Cold Europe
Very friendly people. Know exactly what Western tourists are looking for and serve with great hospitality. Went horseback riding for 2 days and hiking for 1 day. They even bring their own cooks along to make sure that your stomach can enjoy the amazing local food of Marocco! Relax and have fun! David

A fantastic range of walks, from pleasant village strolls to rewarding mountain hikes
My girlfriend and I went on a day hike organised by this guide while staying at his lodge in Imlil (a great place to stay). We felt like walking out of the Imlil valley and our guide, Lahcen, suggested we head to a lare waterfall about a 5 hour walk away. He showed us the route and offered to arrange a guide. I explained that I had been on quite a few hiking holidays in Scotland and was confident following a map and so he encouraged us to go it alone. We managed, bt just about! I would definitely reccomend using a guide to anyone else thinking of doing to same walk. Walking boots are also essential! Anyway, we had a fantastic time. As we climbed out of the Imlil valley we got amazing views of Imlil and its surrounding villages. We past a few locals, traveling between villages, who were all very friendly and hapy to point us in the right direction. Once out of the valley we made our way around the mountain and to th waterfall. On the way we met some lovely girls taking their cows out to feed. The waterfall was great, but unfortunately there wasn't space to swim. It ended up being a 12 hour walk in total! Very tireing, but completely worht it. I am so happy we stayed with Lahcen as his was able to reccomend many great day trips, not just long ones! We spent our other days walking through nearby villages and along the nearby river.

      Fabulous trekking
A fabulous trekking experience, organised by Lahcen; we had a great guide (Abdel) and the muleteers carried our gear. A tough trek for a family of 4 that would not have been possible without the carefully planned itinerary and attention to our needs. From the start of the trek Lahcen made us feel at home in his home and likewise on our return after the 3 days we were warmly welcomed back. I would recommend the trek to Toubkal; its a great experience in the simply stunning High Altas mountains. Lahcen provides a relaxed stay, provides peace of mind and we felt genuinely looked after by Lachen and his family and friends.

Very interesting and challenging to hike
A trip to the Atlas Mountains is one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. You have to allocate a full day to make it worthwhile. The sceneries are just breathtaking! I went to a proper Berber village Tingkrine in imenan valley and the hospitality they showed me is the kind of hospitality i sometime forget - simple yet from the heart. They had nothing yet they offered us everything they've got. I were so moved by how they live their life. The mint tea they served was just brewed to perfection! Then i went to a village where they make Argan Oil and sampled their products. Truly unforgettable experience! Thanks to lahcen and the guide Abdul

Day trip to high atlas Mountains
Since I was traveling alone and was planning a day trip & hiking tour to imlil valley, I booked on the recommendation of my friend about Accessible Adventure. The day tour included everything that your heart desires: breathtaking and unique scenery and very friendly people. The organization and supervision by the agency gave me a hand carefree hiking, on the other hand, individual… Highly recommended !!!!!

      Trustworthy trek organizer
We had an overnight hike from Imlil to Toubkal Refuge and back with Khalid as our guide. Everything was wery smoothly organized and worked out perfectly. The only downside was that we ourselves did not realize how different the oxygen levels are at high altitudes. A bit exhausted when we reached the refuge, but the next day we were able to continue normally. One of the most memorable outdoor activity I have done when travelling abroad, definitely recommended!

      Wonderful Time
My friend and I did a one-day camel excursion with Top Trekking and had a lot of fun. We spent hours traversing through the mountain, and both our guide and our camel leader were very kind and accommodating. Though the price was a bit steep we felt we definitely got value for our money as this was easily one of the best days from our week-long trip through Morocco. We've already decided that next time we're going to sign up for one of the longer trips. A particularly good point is that when they were preparing our meal (which was delicious) they asked if we required a vegetarian option. Though we were perfectly happy with meat tagines, it was still a point in their favor as I know how difficult it can be to find places that cater to vegetarians here in Morocco.
