About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- angela g0 contributionsPrimera toursThe taxi didn't arrive, didn't answer the phone ? I had to pay 300 MAD (£23.65 ) for a taxi from the airport to my accommodation. I whatssapped Primera tours when I arrived at my hotel which they read and ignored and no reply today! I supplied flight numbers, all my detials ?? I was tired and not happy at all. Moroccans were friendly ringing the number provided for me..No response whats so ever ? I will be billing the company for my taxi fare !!!Written 3 March 2025
- 95hayleys0 contributionsGreat value for money to experience the Atlas MountainsThis truly was a bargain excursion. We were picked up from our hotel and taken on a mini bus with a lovely tour guide. Firstly as we drove through Agadir and out to the mountains he’s gave us a history of the city. We then stopped at a botanical gardens, which although were not amazing it was a little insight into what is planted in Morocco and its uses. We received a breakfast here which was bread honey, olive oil and another. After a toilet break we then went on through the Atlas Mountains where the tour guide continued to tell us all about the beautiful mountains we were driving through. We stopped at a panoramic viewing point with a small shop before heading down to Paradise valley which we then went on foot to the bottom. This is a lovely excursion for the price my partner had the opportunity to swim in the small pool at the bottom and we stopped for drinks at the fish spa cafe where you can sit with your feet in with the fish. I would definitely recommend good walking shoes or trainers as some bits at tricky.Written 23 February 2025
- Interestor0 contributionsSafe Travel Marskech to AgadirHe was a safe driver and got us to our destination. The only issue was he did not know any English and did not have the address of our destination. It appears the office did not provide him with this information.Written 27 October 2024
- wisiwig110 contributionsTrip to paradise valley AgadirThe trip was very disappointing. No rain for two year so the area was arid. The water falls non existent, the pool was literally like a puddle and the river a stream. The promo photos are extremely inaccurate.Written 26 September 2024
- Venture111279413770 contributionsLovelyThe tour guides were amazing, so friendly and nice and spoke many languages. Made everyone feel really comfortable. The excursion was really good, only recommendation I would say is if we had a little bit more time at the pools and maybe to stop for lunch at the floating restaurants along the way but otherwise I would recommend this experience!Written 2 June 2024
- 629alexsanders0 contributionsAn enjoyable experienceA visit to Paradise Valley will be enjoyable. We have to make a small walk up and down, but we stayed there for a few minutes and it is definitely worth the trip. About the First Tours, it turned out all right. The driver was super punctual and had a good drive. The guide was friendly and helpful. Recommend.Written 28 April 2024
- 471litonm0 contributionsNot all thatWe had high hopes going to Paradise valley. In the end, It was disappointing for me. The water was very low (may be it was summer) and swimming pond was small. The water was not that clear. It's a 20 minutes hike by the way (not mentioned in the brochure). The only positive is the nice views.Written 26 July 2023
- D T0 contributionsInteresting walk through historyA medium paced stroll around the historic area of the city was perfect for the mid 20s temperature. I think the narrow streets of the medina may be a bit claustraphobic in mid summer. The variety of artisan stalls is fantastic, a shoppers paradise. The lunch at a local restaurant was lovely, recommend Beef Tagina. The guide, Akram, was informative, friendly and patient.Written 29 January 2023

- aarich880 contributionsNo water, not parasdiseReally disappointed, the journey up took 2 hours by the time we'd picked everyone up. Had a few photo stops which were good. Then we took a nice little hike to the valley (don't wear flip flops) it's seemed promising as there were a few little pools of water by some little restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately the valley was dry .. like bone dry, there's no way the tour guide didn't know, he's probably had the same thing for months. Everyone who arrived was extremely disappointed, when we got there he put his "surprised" face on and said "oh it's dry" I asked where there was water and he said a 3 hour hike up the valley. I said can we drive up and he said yes it's 40mins further but then we wouldn't have got back in time for the 2pm group. Don't go in October. (28th Oct 2022) If there had have been water it would have been a brilliant trip, so disappointed. We did the argon oil stop on the way back too, but by that point I'd lost all faith and felt like this was a total scam and I lost interest. Picture #1 is the valley(dry) #2 is the little lake by the restaurantWritten 28 October 2022
- 655daniellal0 contributionsNever should upI was stood up in the square. I finally contacted company and he said they stopped at 530pm although I had option to be picked up at 8 or 830pm.Written 21 September 2022
- 17habiburr0 contributionsNice trip with Abdal the tour guideBring your Shorts and towel. Ensure you walk far past the cafe to the actual valley where you can go for a swimWritten 18 March 2022
- Meander7607420 contributionsPoorThis is a max one hour visit there is no need to spend more than half a hour there little water and we should not be allowed to swim to keep it clean sad otherwise the paradise will vanish The guide was not a guide was a driver did not give any information about the siteWritten 7 October 2021
- S A0 contributionsNot worth itLovely driver/tour guide. Picked up on time. However, there was no ‘paradise valley’. On the way to the valley, we stopped at a garden. A random lady, without any introduction, took us for a walk in this garden and showed us different plants and told us their names and their benefits. She then took us to the oil shop and indirectly pressured to buy tiny argan oil tubs for €30. It was the same argan/moroccon oil on Amazon for €5. But she said its natural etc. and would not stop insisting. I had to be firm with her and got out of there. Dont be fooled by them. They will be extremely nice to you and make you tea and put lots of creams and lotions on you and then charge you extortionate prices for tiny jars. We then got back in the car and made our way into the mountains towards the valley. After a 25 minute downhill walk, we arrived at this valley and there was no water. There was no lake. It was nothing like in the pictures. I was the first one to get here as our guide picked us up at 8am. Many others arrived later as they get picked up at 9am. Soon we were followed by crowds of people who also arrived and had a WTF moment. They were shocked to see that there was only a few bunch of rocks here and nothing else. AND THEN afterwards the tour guides started to say ‘oh, Morocco got no rain in the winter so they are going through a dry spell’. They could have said this before I bought the tickets or not advertise with pictures taken from last year or before. Morocco may or may not get rain in December 2020. Until then, this place is nothing like the pictures. There was one small puddle of muddy/dirty water. We went further where the guide said we could see another valley/lake. Hiked for another 30 minutes, mostly uphill and then downhill. Arrived at another tiny lake with dirty water. Did not even bother posing for pictures. Awful. Avoid. For the company arranging these visits, be honest with your pictures or you are committing fraud. And also, the oil garden should not be part of a trip. I did not want a random lady selling me oil for €30 at 8:30 in the morning.Written 14 March 2020
- X3789GSjohnh0 contributionsGood day outConsidering the Valley has had next to no rain the Valley itself is a far cry from the idealistic pics. It is covered in rubbish and ferrel dogs, but they don’t hassle you too much. With all the above though, still a pleasant walk. Our guide was nice chap and seemed well connected in the mountains, he took us to a place the makes Argan Oils which we weren’t necessarily interested in and felt under a bit of pressure to buy which turned out quite expensive. We were also taken to a traditional cafe were we were “asked” if we wanted to eat. This was the highlight as it turned out, real authentic food eaten in the mountains, the cost for all four of us was around £7 so worth the experience if you don’t mind eating in slightly more rugged environment (poor toilets and lots of feral cats. All in all great experience, however, far cry from the advertised “Paradise” and Argan oil experience unnecessary.Written 21 February 2020
