The only downside of this trip is that you only get to spend 4 hours in Essaouira which is not enough for this wonderful seaside town with lots of artesan shops and galleries to explore. But if your schedule does not allow you to spend at least one full day and a night here, this trip is still worth it.

We spent a day in Essaouira with this company recommended by our hotel.
The activities, stop at sightseeing the goats climbing the trees and stop at the argan oil cooperative were really nice and the second one especially was interesting.( One of the workers was able to explain everything in Italian as my parents don't understand neither French or English)
There was a guy that although it wasn't a guide but work within the company was able to explain us everything in english, french and Spanish too.
We then had quite a lot of time to spend in Essaouira to wonder around, the guy also gave us several recommendations in order to avoid any issues with hustlers.
Essaouira is a very small town but it's very different to Marrakech, if you want to get a better idea of Morocco, or you just want to relax on the beach is the best place to go and spans some time.

For the last day of our stay in Morocco we have decided to take a private exursion to Essaoira. We have let the Maroc adventure agency and our guide Jawad to plan the trip for us, and once again they have organized a perfect excursion. The trip from Marrakech has gone fast, and on the way we have stopped on many interesting locations for taking photos. Essaoira is a beautiful touristic destination on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The city is very clean and has lots of flowers with kind people. We had time to get lunch, and we had some good fresh fish for affordable prices. Beautiful experinece, would recommend to everyone.

We enjoyed a trip to essaouria which was lovely to see although I wish
I stayed a night to be able to capture Its charm for a bit longer .

Town by the sea, ancient Mogador...offers a view of an almost surreal landscape. A tour of the souk and a visit to the ramparts makes you think you are truly in another reality. After the walk you can enjoy fish at a low price. Thanks to Jawad who planned the excursion from start to finish. A truly pleasant day.
