Highly recommend booking with this company. From the initial contact over email/Whatsapp - I was amazed at how easily Sarah was able to pull together a customized itinerary for my sister and I. We completed a 9 day tour from Fez to Marrakech and were so fortunate to have Younes throughout the trip. He was professional, knowledge, and provided different options for us to customize our experience each day. We had a minor problem with one of the accommodation in Marrakech, and as soon as we briefly mentioned it to Younes he quickly organised to move us immediately to alternate accommodation. The service, responsiveness, and friendliness of everyone on the team was amazing - and greatly appreciate by us on this trip. Would not hesitate to book again!

Unfortunately, I was unable to book with this tour company because by the time I had to place the deposit, the dates I was planning to travel were booked by another party. However, I wanted to leave a review for the excellent customer service provided by Sara. This tour company offered the best and most fair price to include luxury accommodations for a 3 day customized desert tour from Marrakech to Fes. Sara was professional, sent me a quote, and responded promptly to all my questions unambiguously. Everything was presented up front and made clear.

What can I say, the whole experience was seamless. I contacted many companies about our planned trip from Marrakech to Fes via Merzouga. None of the standard trips suited our itinerary so it had to be customised. Younes replied straight away and was very helpful with suggestions even before we had confirmed anything. His price for our trip was the most reasonable with some other companies quoting double or triple the price. Our trip with Younes was perfect and he was a wonderful guide over the 2 days to the desert. We felt that he really cared for our wellbeing and was looking out for us the whole time. Due to our itinerary we could not continue with him from Merzouga to Fes, but he found transport for us that was cheaper than we could find elsewhere. The driver on this leg of our trip was also amazing and Younes was in contact with us the whole time to make sure we were looked after. Don’t hesitate to book a tour or transport with Younes as he is one of the most genuine people we have met and was always able to find a solution for our travel obstacles.

They really go above & beyond to make sure you are accommodated for. We got to see a side of Morocco that any ordinary tourist would miss out of. In only 3 days, 2 nights we made our way from Marrakech to Fes and saw so many sites including Kasbhs, canyons, Sahara Desert (our favorite stop), Moroccan Hollywood, Ifran, the Atlas Mountains, etc. If you book with Morocco Safari Tours you will surely be taken care of. One of the best decisions I have made in booking an excursion.

Our guide was Younes and what a blast this trip turned out to be. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we always had what we needed and were comfortable. From the mountain tops to the valleys and from the desert to the snow (we went in the off season/November) we can truly say we’ve seen Morocco in many different facets. The Sahara Desert camp (I recommend the upgrade to the luxury camp) was the most surreal otherworldly event I’ve experienced in a long time due to living in the city normally. Do yourself a favor and book this trip and you will not regret it.

My partner and I have just returned from 2 weeks in Morocco and during our stay we went on the 2days from Marrakech to Fez via Merzouga desert trip with Morocco Safari Tours. The trip was fantastic value staying in comfortable accommodation and having the benefit of your own guide and a really comfy 4x4. We found the tour whilst trying to figure out the best way to see the desert and the atlas whilst transferring to Fes and couldn't recommend it more. The drives are really long so we definitely really appreciated not being cooped up on some of the shared tours we saw operating in the area and it was a great balance of time on our own to explore and also time with the guide learning about the history and culture of these amazing areas. The shared tours seem to always be herded around together so if this is not your thing definitely opt for the private option. Our guide was Abdul and he was awesome! Really friendly with loads of great info!

With the help of responsive and friendly staff, we customized our tour from Fez to Marrakech so that we spent four days traveling the route plus a fifth day at the Ouzoud waterfalls. Traveling with two young children (Ages 7 and 9), we wanted some shorter car trips. The good vibes we got via email continued when we met our guide, Abdelhadi, in Fez for our morning pickup. The entire trip Abdelhadi went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and having fun, anticipating what we might need, sharing interesting information. He was such a well-educated and professional guide-- he had answers to all of our questions and we learned so much from him. Having his Berber, Arabic, French and English translation was priceless. By the end of the trip we felt like Abdel was a part of our family. I can't say enough good things about this trip, we are all so glad we booked it. We learned a lot of history about Morocco and its people, and got to see a large variety of landscapes, every one stunning. From snowy mountains to hot deserts and gorges, to green oases and rugged red mountain rocks, Morocco is beautiful. Some highlights were camping ("glamping") in the desert sand dunes, visiting a Berber family in their home, and eating "Berber pizza." The kids (and the adults) loved feeding monkeys, riding camels, and counting all of Morocco's cats. We would recommend this trip to everyone. We can't stop raving about it. Thank you!

You will meet amazing places with fantastic views and learn a bit more about Morocco culture and history. The 2 nights we sleep in comfortable places (included the desert) and had excellent food. Aziz, the tour guide is funny, so attentive, drives safe and gives us a lot of recommendations. If you think ”3 days is too much”. It's not. You have different views and different contexts for each part of the trip.

We just came back from this really wonderful trip, an excellent introduction to Morocco and the Berber culture. We were travelling with our 15-years old son and in the mini-van with us was a young couple from the States. Aziz came and picked us up close to our Riad in Fès and we immediately felt good in his company. He is a very good and safe driver, and a humorous and intelligent guide. We had a lot of fun all the little group and learned a lot about former and actual Morocco. Aziz was very accommodating to all requests and needs from the group, and had a great net of friends all over the place. One of us left his sunglasses in the Hotel, and he managed that another tour guide took it and we met him in the afternoon and got back the sunglasses. All persons we met during this trip who are collaborating with Morocco Safari Tours were very friendly, the Berber Camp and the Hotel in the mountains were fabulous (also for the food!) and very comfortable. We had rain and thunderstorm in the desert after arriving on camels at the camp, surely an amazing experience, but later it cleared up and the stars came out, thousands and millions with a very clear milky way. The the boys of the camp started playing the drums and singing, and a lot of people stated dancing. We enjoyed it a lot. The following day the camel ride (almost an hour) was hard to face, as you have an aching backpart, but then Aziz was waiting for us at the car and we could relax while driving through desert and entering the Atlas mountains. We saw beautiful landscapes and geologically very interesting sites but then it started to rain again and after a while we arrived at a point where our road was closed because of a landslide caused by the heavy rainfall. But with Aziz we were in good hands! He always told us what was going on, what our options were, and let us pronounce which solution we would prefer. We opted all for waiting and trying to get to our hotel when the road was clear. In the mountains they are prepared for landslides and in fact there are several machines working already on it. In the end we got to the booked hotel and everything was lovely, especially the dinner, very fine cooking. On the last day we visited (by foot, .ca 1 hour walk up and down the hill) the eldest Kasbah and a rose water cooperative. The latter one was the black sheep of the tour: the girls who illustrated the production cycle did this totally without enthusiasm and were not into storytelling at all (and it would have been so easy with a topic like this!). Neither did they do a good counselling for who wanted to buy some products. But this is really the only thing of the whole tour that was not top quality as all the others. Also our 15-years old son was fascinated by the trip and liked Aziz a lot. We already miss the company of Aziz and wish him a lot of fun with all the other groups he will accompany in his lovely country. Highly recommended to all!

Younes is very knowledgable, friendly and super helpful. He wasn't just our guide, but a great friend who has gone out of his way to make this trip memorable. He drove to Chefchaouen to pick up my friends and I and take us to Marrakech through the Sahara desert and other beautiful locations in Morocco. When I left my earrings at my hostel in Marrakech, he offered to send them back to me, something very amiable and unexpected. I am very happy with this tour of Morocco and would definitely recommend Younes as a guide.

We had a 9 day tour starting from the Tarifa port and ending in Marrakech. My family and I had a wonderful experience and were always made to feel at home. What a great day we had! Me and a friend had Mourad as our driver and could not be more pleased. He was prompt and picked us up and dropped us off at our Riad. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Morocco and was able to answer all our questions. His English was great and we felt very comfortable! We recently did a four day private tour from Marrakech to Fes via the Merzouga Desert with Morocco Safari Tours. Our driver Mehdi was lovely, very professional with excellent English and a good knowledge of the places we visited and the Berber culture. He was very accommodating of our needs, patient and kind. On top of this he was an excellent driver. The accommodation was fairly basic but fine. The luxury Desert Camp well worth the extra money. The scenery in the Atlas Mountains, Dades and Todra Gorges absolutely stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our four days and would highly recommend this company and Mehdi. Four days was perfect. To do the distances in a shorter time frame would have felt rushed.

My sisters and I did a 2 day, 1 night desert excursion and it was absolutely AMAZING. Our guide Younis was part of the reason that made this trip unforgettable. Followed by the breathtaking views of having seein the moon and the sun at the same time. Being our first time in Morocco, my sisters and I asked Younis a ton of questions and not only did he answer, but went above and beyond. One of our requests was to find dates and he helped make this possible. Once we were at the desert (it gets very cold so be prepared) we had a blast. The dinner had multiple courses so there was no way you would be left hungry. After dinner, there was group bonfire with tons of music. Even though it was cold, it was still fun. We stayed in a luxury tent, which I highly recommend. We had a toliet, running hot water, and comfortable mattresses. Our tent even had a small living room with a coach and coffee table. The last thing I will say is that both Younis and Sara were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you are thinking about a desert excursion I highly recommend it. It is a must do in Morocco!
