We loved Morocco. We landed in Tangier via ferry from Spain and soon realised booking a trip through our travel agent, MSI Travels, was a blessing because the driver was waiting for us at the port. The same driver took us around the country and that was the wisest decision we made. The other way to travel is take train to cities. The guided tours were arranged well and our guides in all the destinations were very well-informed. Special thanks to our driver Ibrahim who was very kind, punctual and entertained us with his great collection of music.

The trip I took to Marrakesh with Aziz changed my life, I would do it a million times over, and I would recommend it to anyone. We traveled as two young student girls and I would have never been able to do this trip without a tour guide. We were safe and taken care of every step of the way. For example, the first night we didn’t have enough cash for dinner and none of the atms had any cash left in them, and the owner of the restaurant wouldn’t let us both leave to get cash at our hotel, but neither of us wanted to walk all the way back alone. We called Aziz and he immediately took care of the situation and was able to have someone bring us money, I really don’t know what to we would ever have done without him. He curated an amazing amazing authentic experience for us and I will never forget this trip. He was spot on with amazing food, and authentic experiences that were completely private and not an average touristy experience. We even got to meet our hiking tour guides family and get a tour of his traditional Berber Moroccan house. The hotel (riad) we stayed in was INCREDIBLE, so private, and we got the most amazing homeade breakfast every morning. Thank you so much MSI Travels, it was PERFECT!!!

My name is Isabel a friend of mine an I have recently traveled to Marrakesh and booked our entire stay with MSI travels. We were only there for three days but feel as if we got the best/most authentic experience we could have possibly received! Our main tour guide, Azir, greeted us at the airport when arrived, making us as young women feel very comfortable and safe. While there my friend and I found the days filled with the perfect balance of tours/free time, making it a truly memorable experience. We had camel rides, personal tours around the Medina, a traditional Morrocan spa, dinner, fire show and most importantly were guided by the kindest most whole hearted and welcoming people possible! Saed, who worked at the Riad we stayed at was more than accommodating and fun!!! Making it extremely hard for my friend and I to leave after such little time, we will miss these people and this place but are so grateful to know exactly who to call/trust when booking again💕 thank you for the best three days!

I'm not someone who normally writes reviews but I feel compelled to share how astounding Aziz's services are for your travels. We are two single middle aged American women travelling together. I've travelled across the globe and he in the best guide I've ever experienced. Aziz provides a warm, safe and knowledgeable trip. He is a fluent English speaker and is well travelled in his own life. He was attentive to every detail of our trip from making sure we had a clear understanding of the day's agenda to sharing stories and histories of what we would be seeing. He's an excellent driver who never made me nervous driving through busy cities to over mountain passes. The sites and riads chosen for the trip are of the highest standards. He answered our many questions leaving me with an excellent understanding of their culture, faith, foods, and craftsmanship. We drove from Tangier to Marrakech over 10 days admiring the breathtaking landscapes and exploring ancient cities and medinas. I consider myself extremely lucky to have crossed paths with this amazing human. If you want a memorable experience that will impact you for the rest of your life choose Aziz.

We cannot recommend Aziz highly enough for your Morocco travels. It's not every day you meet someone with such intelligence and integrity. He made sure we got the absolute most out of the short time we had to see his wonderful country. He was very punctual, thought ahead for the next day's itinerary and made sure we were safe with changeable weather in the mountains. He is an excellent driver and we felt safe at all times. He made sure we were welcomed at all our tours and hotels and planned really thoughtful opportunities for us to learn about the local culture in a meaningful and responsible way. And he knows all the cafés and restaurants with the best views! I loved supporting the women's cooperatives for Rose oil, argan oil and rug artisans. Aziz made sure that our 2 children, 6 and 10 years, were comfortable and the stops were safe and interesting for them too. He listened when we needed to change the itinerary when they were tired. Every hotel, rhiad or desert camp was of such a high standard and suitable for our whole family as requested; everywhere welcoming us with the beautiful moroccan tea service. Everyone loved meeting the camel team for our Saharan adventure and Aziz made sure we were relaxed and knew what to expect. He arranged a wonderful guide for us in Marrakesh who made sure we visited a trusted spice shop and excellent cafe as well on our tour. My wife and I spent our honeymoon travelling with MSI Travels. Aziz was great and made the trip very enjoyable. The local guides were great and the accommodation was beyond our expectations, especially in the Dadas Guurge, Fez and Merzouga! Full recommend booking with MSI.

We had a great time at Merzouga. Thanks to Aziz and Aymane for arranging it for us. We tried several agencies for a single overnight trip but none of them were available. It was then we found MSI and they made it possible. Aymane was on sharp time to pick us up from the accommodation. He made us really comfortable throughout the journey and was really friendly. The overnight camp at the Merzouga desert was really great! There was camel riding, sunset viewing and the tents were really comfy as well. We will be coming back again for sure. Thank you MSI, Aziz and Aymane for the great experience.

What an incredible, amazing, brilliant trip to Morocco we have enjoyed! So good that I ran out of superlatives by day 3!! Our Not In The Guidebooks off-road and Erg Chigaga Desert tour, delivered by their local agents MSITravels took Sandy and I off the beaten track in a 4x4 driven by our excellent tour guide Hssaine. We slept in eight different beds in riads, hotels and a tent – living like nomads in the Sahara desert for two nights – starting in the Medina in old Marrakech – the maddest, most hectic place on earth! Taking in the picturesque gorges of Imi n’Ifri and the 17th-century Amridil Kasbah, we drove the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to the gorges of Dades and Todgha. We then travelled past the Draa valley and to Erg Chigaga, with its dunes, some as high as 300m. Whilst in the desert, we spent several hours on the backs of camels, which was a great experience – especially as having been told that there had been no rain there for 4 years…..the rain hammered down, and when it turned to hailstones, the camels went on strike and all sat down! Fortunately, the rain didn’t last too long and we weren’t soaked through for too long under the Sahara sun. We were privileged on two occasions to visit local families in their homes, and they each prepared and ate lunch with us – these people have a completely different way of life to us; this trip really did show us the real Morocco – no ClubMed trip for us. On way back to Marrakech, we stayed at Ouarzazate, and visited the 11th century UNESCO site of Ait Benhaddou, where Gladiator (and the upcoming Gladiator 2), Lawrence of Arabia and many other movies were filmed, as was Game of Thrones. The drive over the Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass, with its narrow, winding road 2,200m up, was interesting….. but we did have amazing views over the Atlas Mountains. Our final evening, back in the Medina, saw us in Jemaa el-Fna Square to watch the snake charmers, belly dancers and other performers – as well as “enjoying” the company of many, many stallholders trying to sell us their food! Back home now, but we so enjoyed the amazing, beautiful country of Morocco 😊

From our first communication with Aziz at MSITravels, every thing went smoothly. We chose this tour group because we wanted to do a special project and give 400 pair of reading glasses to the poor of Morocco.  It was added to our trip without hesitancy.  Our glasses got stuck in customs, and Aziz jumped in to assist with getting them released and a local  NGO to distribute.  It was above and beyond for him and the team. Our tour was customized to take in not only the best highlights, but stops at the local souks and personal visits with the Nomads..  All accommodations they booked for us were comfortable and at great areas close to the Medinas.  They arranged for fatastic locals guides in Fez and Marrakesh to get the best day at the Markets. Our transportation was a nice minivan and English speaking guide/driver.    All we had to do was sit back and enjoy our adventures. Just back from an incredible adventure in Morocco. Our host, Aziz, was amazing making sure that every single detail was attended to and our adventure went without a hitch. The riads he arranged for us to stay in were very comfortable and of a high standard. We were met by a warm welcome and mint tea wherever we went and delicious & traditional food at every meal. The highlight of our trip was the stay in a camp in the Sahara Desert. You come quickly to appreciate water when you stay in the desert, however comfortable the camp! We loved sitting around the fire singing traditional songs while admiring the star-filled sky and especially the day riding camels which included a barbecue lunch in the desert. Hssaine, our driver, expertly navigated the narrow roads around the beautiful gorges & canyons, and was our expert guide, as we drove southeast from Marrakech to the desert. No question was left unanswered and we quickly became friends. Morocco is more than just Marrakech - it is a stunning country filled with incredibly warm people who made us feel so welcome & we were especially welcomed into people’s homes for lunches as well as popping into a Berber woman’s tented home for much-needed mint tea en route to the desert. Hssaine didn’t know her but she was only too delighted to welcome us and serve us - what an amazing country. We can’t thank Aziz & Hssaine enough for helping us make our Morocco dream come true.

We had a wonderful tour with MSITravels, and we came home full of impressions and good memories of this fascinating country and its friendly people. Before leaving on our trip, we had to make many adjustments to our travel plans, and I was impressed with how prompt and helpful Aziz was in helping us organize our itinerary. We were fortunate to have Ayman as our driver and guide. In addition to showing us his country, he turned out to be an excellent traveling companion whose thoughtful observations added greatly to our understanding of his culture. It would be hard to say what our favorite part of the trip was, but experiencing the women cooperatives visits were definitely one of the highlights. Other highlights included the stunning view of Ait Ben Haddou and the fascinating Berber towns in the Atlas Mountains and along the Dades Valley. An interesting side trip included being invited into a Berber home for a meal. The Todra Gorge was impressive too. All the accommodations were excellent, and Aziz’s recommendations were impeccable. Staying in the riads in the cities allowed us to be located close to the hustle and bustle of activity in the colorful old medinas and also gave us an opportunity to get to know the people better. I think we owe MSITravels and Aziz for having made it an enjoyable trip and giving us an introduction to this beautiful country, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any one who is planning to travel there

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of Morocco with Aziz and MSITravels. Aziz is kind, personable, and truly took care of us from the start to finish of the tour. Aziz loves Morocco and his enthusiasm to share it all with us made for a delightful trip. I felt much a part of Moroccan culture on this tour. Every Riad/Villa we stayed at the staff treated us like family. Accomodations, food and tour package was outstanding.

We got to know of Mr Aziz and his travel agency though a mutual friend of mine at work. We had booked our flights to Casablanca and back for the Christmas break sometime ago but due to busy schedules had not planned or booked any internal details. Things started to happen once we got in touch with Aziz couple of weeks before our travel. In spite of the late notice Aziz managed to plan all our day trips and private taxis in Marrakesh, Fes and Chefchaouen. He said he would do last minute arrangements for a friend of a friend. We were so glad that we came to know of Aziz. Not sure what we would have done otherwise. All of his drivers and guides were excellent with their depth of knowledge of the local sites as well as pleasant personalities. One of the highlights of our trip was the day-trip to Ourika Valley combined with camel ride at the Agafay desert later the same day. We did not have to pay Aziz until the very end of our trip when we were fully satisfied with the service he provided. In fact he met us personally at the end in Fes and wished us well for our return to the US. The next time we visit Morocco we look forward to Mr Aziz making arrangements to go visit his native place around the Zagora area in the southeast of the country!

Great way to visit Morocco Aziz did a wonderful job organizing the trip and Rashid was an exceptional driver
