We did this tour with Youssef this morning and it was great. His English was perfect, answered all our questions. He explained through the history of the souks and helped us buy things we wanted for good prices. Would really recommend, he is a very welcoming and kind man. Thanks so much Youssef!

Excellent tour today for our family of four with Abdul who was engaging throughout, considerate to our needs and happy to be totally flexible to anything we wanted to look at in more detail. He was humorous and interesting and took interest in our lives especially the boys who he got on well with. Abdul was calm not rushed, not pushy at all and helped navigate any purchases we made. You don’t need a guide but a guide can make you feel more assured of moving through the souk if it’s your first time. Look out for the hidden garden, the old university and venture into all the streets and alley ways. Keep your eye out for the never-ending flow of mopeds and other small motorised vehicles that are always moving through these narrow streets. Hours can be spent taking in the atmosphere and haggling with shop keepers. A lot of fun!

Youssef was incredibly insightful and welcoming. As two female travellers we were grateful for such an experienced guide of the Medina and souks, with inside knowledge of the best streets, I think we've seen nearly every nook and cranny. Youssef was so friendly and helpful, we would recommend to everyone!

Youssef Kharroubi gave my wife and I an excellent personalised tour of the souks. Great insights provided into the 1000 year history of the different areas of the city. The sights, the smells, the back alleys that you would never otherwise find. We had a wonderful time.

We had booked a souk and medina tour through this company which did not go as we expected. When we gave this feed back to Youssef, he was very apologetic and asked us not to pay for the trip and as a good will gesture planned a day trip (free of cost)to the Ourika Valley. This was done within an hour of my what’s app feedback to him. This company cares about the customers and aims to deliver the best. Things can go wrong sometimes but, this company and his owner are willing to put it right and , go over and above. Outstanding customer service. From the time that we were picked up from the hotel, the trip was great! Rachid told us about the plans of the day. Rachid Mantouran is a well experienced guide and very friendly and professional. On the way to the mountains he tells you a lot about the villages and culture and knows where to find good places for quality stuff for pottery, argan oil etc. We bought some great stuff and met some interesting shop owners who made the experience even more enjoyable. Rachid was very attentive to our safety and comfort. He even paid for our shopping when we ran out of money, which we reimbursed later. Mohammed our guide to the mountain walk was great. The walk to the first fall in the valley is about an hour and can be a strenuous climb for those who are not used to hiking. Also, the path is not flat and you have to be very careful. Our guide Mohammed was always at hand to help us climb safely. After one point, it was very steep and we could not get to the highest point of the fall. Mohammed ran up and took pictures for us. All this when he was fasting for Ramadan!! Towards the end , we missed the meal at the river as the place closes at 4:00pm during Ramadan. So, please be mindful of timings during Ramadan. This was not anybody’s fault as we spent a lot of time shopping and the walk at the valley was steep so we had to take breaks. All in all Rachid is a fantastic tour guide, knowledgable, friendly and had a good sense of humour. In the end - he drove us back through a different route to show us the other side of Marakesh which we had not seen and would have missed had he not taken us via that route! All in all- The day was amazing, the views and drive stunning. Thank you Rachid , Youssef and Mohammed for a wonderful day. We will be back and we will be booking tours with you and recommending you to all our friends who plans visit here !

It was out first day in marrakesh and Youssef gave us an amazing tour. He showed us Dar el Bacha and Ben Youssef school and took us through the souks, explaining how to negotiate and what to look for and where to buy the best carpets. He also told us about Morocco’s history. Youssef is super personable and engaging. Really happy with our tour. Book him you won’t regret it.
