On 9/16/24 we had a Tangier Private Day Tour from Tarifa including ferry and camels, Tangier Private City tour. We were four friends and the tour guide was Farid, an excellent tour guide. Farid is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He is very flexible and we had a wonderful experience. He facilitated all the transfers, meals, sightseeing and made our experience a very pleasant and memorable one.

My husband and I are frequent travelers. Majed was the best guide we have ever had on a tour. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. An amazing experience in a beautiful city!

The tour was a wonderful experience and well worth the price. Kasim met us directly outside the ferry terminal and introduced to Hasma, our guide for the day. As we drove through Tangier, Hasma pointed out some of the significant residences and some of the history. It was amazing to learn how much of our culture has connections to Tangier and Morocco. Every stop on the itinerary was a photo-worthy event. The camel ride a lot of fun! The lunch at the traditionally decorated Moroccan restaurant was delicious and accompanied by local musicians. The market was a labyrinth of narrow alleys filled with shops selling everything imaginable. In the midst of this, Hasma brought us a veritable art gallery of a shop that displayed some truly stunning pieces of Moroccan craftsmanship. The tour was completed flawlessly and cannot recommend

Karim and our tour guide, Coca Cola (nickname) were friendly and welcoming. They checked in with us before our tour to make sure everything was ready to go. The tour was informational and we felt welcomed and safe exploring this new continent that we had never been on. We had a great time exploring the Medina, the lunch was awesome, and we loved riding the camels along the ocean! We plan on returning to Africa in the near future, and we will go with Tangier Patito Tours for our next visit!

The stop at Tangier was amazing. We had the opportunity to meet Karim, our tour guide. We suddenly became friends. He is quit the gentleman and very knowledgeable about his beautiful city of Tangier. My friend and I had two things on our bucket list to complete in Tangier and he made it happened. We got to ride the camels and my friend got to purchase her beautiful rug. When we reached the port in Tangier, Karim was already there, ready to greet us. His enthusiasm and helpfulness were evident from the start, adding a great vibe to our tour. Exceptional in every way is the best way to sum up our experience with Karim. From the moment I started speaking with him prior to our arrival, I knew we were in the best hands. Karim planned everything for us and made our time in Morocco so enjoyable. He is vey knowledgeable and fun to talk with. We got to see all of Tangier in comfort. Karim booked the most beautiful riad for us to stay in. He even order our first lunch for us so we didn’t miss tasting the best Moroccan food. We also had a wonderful driver and guide, Farid on our second day to spend a few hours in Chefchaouen. Farid was also extremely knowledgeable. Karim met us back in Tangier that day where we all enjoyed a meal together. My husband and I were so impressed with the level of service throughout our stay.

Farid was a perfect guide. Ue had deep knowledge about Marocco history and current times. We had an excellent time in Tanger.

After our cruise line changed our port of call date we struggled to find a tour guide for our stay in Tangier. Karim contacted me as I was trying to book a private tour which was sold out and took the time to arrange a spot for us with another group. So full credit and a big thank you to Karim for saving our port day. The tour itself was very good, our guide Yasmin (one of very few licensed female guides in Tangier) did a fabulous job taking us through the surrounding area and the city itself. Of special note was the small traditional meal in a restaurant that was delicious. I was surprised by the lushness of the local hills, a gorgeous landscape that was unexpected and beautifully framed the city and the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean coast. The market was a neat experience, I was a little concerned with some of the planned stops in the market but there was ZERO pressure applied, a welcome change from other tours we’ve been on. As the carpet proprietor said “if you choose to buy nothing we shall shake hands and part as friends”. That was how I felt at every location, whether in the market or at other stops of interest, that we were in the company of friends.

My family and I had an excellent tour thanks to Karim and Cocacola. We were treated like VIP’s and were able to see all the highlights of beautiful Tangier. Karim scheduled our tour weeks ahead of time and stayed in constant contact with me up to the date of the tour to make sure he planned everything we wanted. Once in Tangier, Karim was there to greet us and made sure we had his exceptional tour guide, Cocacola, take us wherever we wanted. Cocacola is extremely knowledgeable and is known throughout the town. He made us feel very welcome and sat with us during lunch. I highly recommend this tour! You will not regret it.

This tour was very well-organized and comfortable. Although we are one group, it is comprised of three separate families and Abu was able to keep everyone engaged. The instructions were clear; the private van was very nice; and our tour guide was flexible so as to keep everyone happy. This tour is well worth the money. You would never go to Tangier for a day and get the insight or share the access that is made possible when on the tour. We got insights into the history of the city and an inside look at the casbah. The children in our group were thrilled by the snake charmer. We all loved the camel ride on the beach — adults and children alike. Take the tour. Experience authentic and delicious Moroccan food as well as the best views of and from Tangier. You won’t regret it.
