I cannot speak highly enough of Exceed Expectation company. We booked a 6-day trekking service to Mount Kilimanjaro and a 5-day safari to the Serengeti grasslands, both of which exceeded our expectations. The owner, Oscar, is a local Tanzanian who is extremely trustworthy. He was always prompt, patient, and attentive in his email responses, and his organizational skills were top-notch. The climbing team was professional, with experienced and enthusiastic guides who helped our family successfully reach the summit, including our 11-year-old child. The hot meals provided during the climb were a welcome relief and helped alleviate the hardships of climbing and altitude sickness. The safari driver was courteous and professional, showing us all the animals we wanted to see and providing us with valuable knowledge about the wildlife. We were able to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Serengeti grasslands. I would give Exceed Expectation company a five-star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable and well-organized travel experience.

I traveled solo to Tanzania for the purpose of hiking Kilimanjaro. Exceed expectations provided me with a great team of professionals. From day 1 communication with the head of the team ( Oscar) was great, Elly, picked me up from the airport to my hotel and explained everything in details about my upcoming trip. My guide Nemes was present the next morning and was extremely thorough with checking my gears and what I needed for the hike! Nemes along with the rest of my dream team ( Amir, Ombeni, Zilla, Shukuri) made my five day journey extremely comfortable and enjoyable! Exceed Expectations Tours made climbing Kilimanjaro the adventure of a lifetime. With over 750 peaks under his belt and almost 5 years of experience, our guide Kilamia was outstanding. He was kind and informed and is therefore strongly advisable. Do a favor to yourself. The company itself was honest, reliable, and cautious. They appear to be a strong force for good in the community and treat their employees properly. The food on the mountain was better than expected, and the tents and gear are also in good condition. Spending more time on the mountain can help you acclimate. I would also suggest bringing more waterproof gear than you think you'll need, acquiring a local SIM card (most camps have good reception), and bringing a variety of snacks. A worthy effort is rewarded with the summit of Uhuru. Try it out!

Oscar and Exceed Expectations Tours took wonderful care of us on short notice, providing us with an incredibly affordable quote for a trip within two weeks in just two days. Everything was prepared and supervised by Oscar staff from the time we arrived at JRO until the time we left eight days later. After a long journey, the first night at Researcher's Rest in Arusha served us the ideal reset and help us prepare for the adventure that lay ahead. The following day, Joshua, our guide, got us up on time and made for an excellent companion for our trip of Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. He was really helpful, accommodating, gracious, resourceful, and knowledgeable. The fact that he was able to identify great viewing spots for lions, elephants, leopards, rhinoceroses, hippos, buffaloes, hyenas, warthogs, and a variety of other animals is highly commendable. This was no easy task because the tracks through the parks were covered in tall, dense grass, a lot of muck, and standing water during the height of the rainy season. Every day, Joshua worked hard to provide us a fresh adventure, and he consistently succeeded. Everywhere we stayed, it was nice and relaxing, but the Lemala Ewanjan and Serena camps were our favorites because they were empty when we arrived, so they could give us their full attention and kindness. At the Lemala Mpingo Ridge camp, where the food, views, and comfort were top notch, we spent our last night. The only thing we regret is not staying longer. We are already considering the next time we can go on a safari, and we would cheerfully ask Oscar and his colleagues to set it up for us. We have already referred friends who were inspired by our vacation and give Exceed Expectations Tours our highest recommendation.

Oscar, the owner, was really simple to deal with and responsive. He met us at the hotel with our guide before the climb to ensure we were ready and to address any concerns we had. Both our hiking and safari guides were wonderful and gave excellent service. Cheers to John and Nicholas! For the entire six days, we were wonderfully taken care of. We chose the mid-range option for our 4 days Safari. So the rooms were moderate, but that was to be expected. The only recommendation I have is to hire a toilet porter - the restrooms in the campers were filthy, and I saw the other groups struggling over this. Overall, we had a fantastic trip, and we appreciate Exceed Expectations Tours excellent services.

We were a couple who joined a group of five persons and hiked the Lemosho trail with Timothy as our main guide. We were hesitant to book with Exceed because we only saw and communicated through their Instagram account for the entire time. This is simply a wonderful company to travel with. We've actually done 2 trips with them - a safari and the Kilimanjaro climb. Service and communication were excellent . Guide was very knowledgeable. Accommodations were top notch. A truly unforgettable trip from start to finish.

I emailed Oscar the director of Exceed Expectations Tours & Safari for Kilimanjaro climbing & Safari quotes. He responded immediately with very detailed and reasonable priced quotes. I checked the reviews and contacted several climbers getting rave recommendations for Oscar and his company. I went ahead and booked Machame route where I was with 6 other climbers and from our experience the reviews do not do justice to his excellence. Our safety and health were top on their agenda. It was like being with people that you have known for a long time. Excellent food and drinks by the John kept us going. The porters worked so hard, rushing ahead to put up tents. Oscar taught us about Kilimanjaro, history, and Tanzania, also took our great shots. As for the 4-day safari, again not enough said about how great this experience was. We visited Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide was very knowledgeable when it came to the different game in the parks as well as finding the best spots to see animals. Heading into the national parks can be a headache for some as wait times can range from 10 minutes to an hour or so. However, we never spent a ton of time at each gate entrance, and our guide made sure to get through in a timely matter. As well, we wanted to get up early to see active game in the parks as this is the best time to see them, and our guide made sure of this as we headed out in the early morning hours where we had great luck in seeing all types of game. Overall it was an excellent trek with professionals. If you're having trouble finding a good climbing company, I highly recommend Exceed Expectations Tours & Safari!

I had an excellent experience climbing for 7 days Lemosho route in March 2021 with Exceed Expectations Tours team. I contacted this agency and found them very helpful also very flexible as I was unsure of my climbing dates. Oscar told me about his company and I was glad to read other previously clients outstanding reviews from trip-advisor. The cooker, waiter, and porters all did an amazing job. It truly a group effort. The food was better than many restaurants I have eaten across the nations and the equipment was in great condition. We did find certain phases of the climb quite challenging, but every staff member were always willing to help in their own way, by being patient and allowing us to rest, temporarily lightening the load of our day-packs, helping us to stay hydrated. I truly believe that Exceed Tours team is the best among climbing company and they will do everything possible to offer a positive experience and make your trip unforgettable one.

As I used the references on Internet to decide which safari operator to choose, I will also contribute my reference in this app. Exceed Expectations Tours has proven to be a great choice! On many fronts; quick detailed replies from Oscar on our questions, fantastic guide Rama, better than expected lodges and that all for a competitive price. We went to Ngorongoro, Serengeti in the north and were lucky to see the Great Migration (Wildebeest crossing the river), and many other animals like Leopards, Chita's, Lions, Giraffes, Elephants, Zebras, Hippos, Buffalos, Crocodiles (and some of them even in action!). On our way back to Arusha we stopped one night at the beautiful Endoro Lodge outside the tree line of the crater- located in the middle of banana trees and lush plantings; (although quite a bumpy drive to get there, once there you forget the road!) beautiful rooms, lovely staff, service and delicious food. We spent our last night at the Arusha Coffee Lodge, a great place to relax and to end the trip, with their wonderful coffee provided in your room! They are all very honest and gentle. If you want to enjoy the trip of a lifetime, we believe Exceed Expectations Tours is the best place to start.
