Wonderful trip for of 10 days in Zimbabwe and Botsuana. Natural reserves :Victoria Falls, Chobe, Eliphants sands, Gueta - Meerkatd, maun. We were 3 coupels. My wife and I have just completed a 10-day tour of Zimbabwe & Botswana, plus a day-trip to Zambia - Tongesai tailored the tour to meet our interests. It was amazing, the trip of a lifetime. Highlights included touring Victoria Falls, staying at Elephant Sands, game drives in Hwange, Chobe and Moremi reserves, boat cruises on the Zambezi and Chobe rivers, and helicopter flights over Victoria Falls and the Okavango Delta. Very reasonably priced, good value for money (booked direct). All accommodation and food was included in the price and was all high quality. Communication with Tongesai (booking / pre-arrival) was good, and very prompt. Gari, our main guide/driver for the whole tour, was excellent - highly knowledgeable, informative, experienced, professional, reliable, flexible, and friendly.

Tongesai made our Victoria Falls experience unforgettable. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the natural world greatly enhanced our tour. The tour was great and everything went without a problem. Tongesai managed the tour with a quiet efficiency that was reassuring. The activities on tour were varied, interesting and as advertised. There were no unpleasant surprises, though there were some very early mornings with long bumpy drives. Overall, we were happy with the whole experience.

Everything they said it would be. There were a couple of times that the exact description of the event, time on helicopter or the luncheon site had to be changed (but I believe it was due to situations out of the control of the guide). We were very pleased over all.

We booked a day trip to Chobe NP in Botswana from Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe with Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours. Communication with Tongesai from Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours was excellent and he came to pick us up on time. He drove us to the border and handed us to a Botswana tour operator and we had a great day in Chobe, which consisted of a 3-hour game drive, a good lunch and 3-hour boat ride. After the tour, we met Tongesai at the border and he drove us back to our lodge. All in all, everything went as planned and Tongesai provided friendly service. We were a bit concerned about the weather, as we were visiting Chobe NP during the rainy season (March 2024), but the weather turned out to be very warm and sunny. We saw a lot of animals, such as lions, hippos, elephants, giraffes, crocodiles and buffalos. Boat drive also offered a nice perspective as you could get very close to the animals.

Had an amazing time with my mother visiting Victoria Falls, Chobe, and Zambia. Got to walk with Lions, Cheetah’s, ride an elephant and be amongst them in the wild! My mom and I had a great time.

We met Tongesai through Tripadvisor and as foreigners coming into a different country, we doubted the legitimacy of the services provided. Tongesai understood and tailored our experience to make us comfortable. Upon arrival, we met him and he was so lovely. He made sure we got the best experience, and we felt at home. We will be using their services every time we go to Zimbabwe.

Our guide Tongesai Mutematsaka was very reliable, concientous and accommodating. Our 9 day tour which included Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, Chobe Park and Okavango Delta, Botswana went very smoothly. The local guides who led excursions and game drives were all knowledgeable and excellent. We enjoyed seeing elephants up close at the water hole at Elephant Sands, the meerkat tour at Planet Baobab, two beautifil sunset cruises and walking safaris, one viewing rhinos, helicoptor rides over Victoria Falls and over Okovango Delta. The Mokoro dug-out canoe experience viewing hippos and crocodiles along with many birds was awesome and, of course, the game drives and variety of animals were amazing. Accommodations and food were very good and the Boma restaurant with local food and entertainment was a fun experience. I had a minor health issue in Maun on a Sunday night and Tongesai was very helpful and drove my daughter to the local hospital pharmacy to get a medication. My daughter made all the financial arrangements and found Cultural Vibes to be very competitive for the services offered. If you go during winter there be sure to pack a down jacket, base layer, gloves and hat. The morning and evening game drives can be cold! There are sooo many fantastic things I could say about Cultural Vibes and Tongesai. From the first day when I messages him about making this trip possible, he has been nothing but helpful and a very good communicator. He put together an amazing itinerary for us to do Kruger in South Africa, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, and Chobe in Botswana. Kruger started off absolutely amazing with the partner company that he is aligned with. They were absolutely amazing and provided us with the absolute best safari experience. Then in Zimbabwe, we got the personal tour of the beautiful Victoria Falls by Tongesai himself. He was very knowledgeable and truly cared about making our experience fantastic.
