I was on a trip organized by NOMADI EXPERIENCE in collaboration with AMAN ETHIOPIA TOURS&TRAVEL. I visited in the north LALIBELA, DANAKIL desert with ASALE lake, Dalol and ERTA ALE volcano , climbed the ABUNA YEMATA church at 2580 m. After that I visited 8 tribes in south on OMO river valley. It was an amazing trip. Many thanks to our guide Yiuhun who took care during the whole trip of our group, he told us some amazing information about history of ETHIOPIA and the places we have been and to our driver FREO who drive safely and answered in detail to all of our question.

I spent 2 wonderful weeks with them, without any problem. We visited both the top and the north, churches, tribes, desert, volcano etc, everything was perfect, unforgettable experiences! The resorts are very good, clean, with good food, even the Spa where it was possible! Our guide Yihun was always present at our needs and with a lot of knowledge about the places visited. We spent a few days in the car, we drove hundreds of kilometers and we never felt in danger! Very good and comfortable cars. And Sis (our driver) is a wonderful boy, with a lot of good sense, attentive to our needs and he has rich knowledge about the places we visited! I had a one day stop in Addis and, instead of traipsing around the city, decided to go on a tour to the Debre Libanos monastery. The tour entailed a long ride, but I was fine with that as it allowed me to see a lot of the countryside! I travelled around Ethiopia many years ago, and wanted to see how things were now! Furthermore, the monastery is a living place and gives interesting insights into the religious practices! The pre-tour communication was efficient and my guide knowledgeable. This tour is a must if you want a slice of peace and tranquility outside of the extremely busy city of Addis Ababa. The resort was a calm serenity if you are just looking to unwind and see some of the countryside, the real Ethiopia, away from the concrete jungle. However as good as the tour was, my tour guide Joseph took the whole experience to another level. His knowledge and communication skills were second to none but not only that of all the tours I’ve been on all over the world, he is truly one of the happiest, genuine and nicest tour guides I have ever had. we had a two week tour with a group in Ethiopia with Aman Tours. Very professional in everything they did for us, always very careful to make sure we were well, satisfied and saw everything. We chose Aman Tour for a 2-week tour in Ethiopia for two groups, one of 10 and one of 12 people. Everything was flawless, the guides were very well documented and the drivers were professional. Absolutely everything was organized in the smallest detail

From the beginning the communication with Aman Tour operators, the owner, was seamless. He answered many of my questions and concerns in a timely, professional and clear manner. He will give you a detailed breakdown of everything you are paying for so there is no surprises. I checked the hotel and campsite prices quoted to me through the company with their websites and the prices seemed to match up meaning there is minimal to no mark up. Aman even went out of his way to meet with us when we were going through Addis Ababa and introduce himself and ask how our trip was going. We had the pleasure of having Niko as our driver who was amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable and he got us everywhere we needed to be in a safe and timely fashion. He knew his way around the city and knew a tremendous amount about all the town and the culture of the people there. Niko went above and beyond to show us a great time. He also helped arrange getting some items I left at one of our lodge back to Turmi and went out of his way to pick up my stuff. My wife and I had a terrific time with Aman company, All the teams was terrific with arranging everything, and we cannot recommend This Tour Company enough for anyone coming to Ethiopia.

Very personable and knowledgeable! We had a fantastic 14 night 15 dazs ethiopia tours to NOrth and DAnakil with Lalibela !! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the trips, the areas we drove into was awesome …we felt very taken care of, like part of his family. I booked this: ‘Ethiopian Combined 30 Days Tours To Northern Historical Routes - Danakil Depression - Omo Valley Tribes-Harar With Bale Mountain & Awash National Parks’ I almost died on this tour. A week into the 4 week tour the driver had a head-on collision with a truck and I was airlifted back to the capital where I went to two hospitals, both with different information despite getting xrays. The owner only wanted me to continue the trip despite the fact I couldn't walk due to two damaged ankles and sever injuries on my legs. I had to go to the USA and spent a fortune on health care costs as this trip doesn't offer travel insurance due to the dangerous nature of Ethiopia. The owner was only interested in money and not the safety of the guests. This is a horrible operation. Do not go.

We did this as modified one day tour adding the new World Heritage Site at Melka Kunture. Abe and George were fantastic from first to last moment. This was a trial in a way because we plan to return to Ethiopia and visit every corner and I know we will be using this company.

Aman Ethiopia Tours is a wonderful tour company. They communicated well via email and provided our group of 5 adults with a wonderful 6-day to Bale Mountains National parks. They arranged excellent mid-range lodges for us, which felt luxurious after a long day of driving. We had the best driver and guide. He knew a lot about the environment and all animals, including birds. We saw all of the usual animals in Bale, even witnessed two Abysenia lionesses . The company made us feel safe and taken care of. Furthermore he gave a lot of interesting information about the country. We definitely recommend this company.

We have been on a 10 days,11 nights tours in Ethiopia and saw all the wonderful places like Lalibela, Danakil, Harar, Omo tribe that we wished for! We booked our holiday 2 months in advance. The initial communication was fast and smooth. After the first payment it was a bit difficult to get a confirmation. All in all the communication before the trip was ok, but it was not always fast and clear. About our guide I can only be very positive Fikru in Lalibela was professional, helpful and listened to our wishes, even when we didn't explicitly told him. Two friends of ours decided to join our Trip after we shared Lalibela trips. Fikru catered to their wishes as well. About the car: it brought us everywhere, but compared to most of the other trips the Lalibela vehicles seemed to be an older model. it was also not possible to use the charging stations in the car itsself. It's best to ask questions about the vehicle beforehand. About the lodges most of them were good. The Kanta lodge on the first day of omo valley was luxureous. The same goes for the EcoOmo tented lodge. The lodge in Turmi was fabulous, our guide told us that in the village of the tribe only the lodges we were staying was better. What we did not like was that we had to wait an hour at the lodge in Turmi because of the electricity issues because something was wrong with the power. It was all resolved, but when you pay this amount of money you expect this to be arranged accordingly. We missed an opportunity for a sunset in the Hammer tribe because of it. All in all we've had a great time in all the places like Harar & Danakil and I would totally recommend doing your Ethiopian trip with Aman Ethiopia Tours!
