Charles is great to deal with and is very responsive. His drivers are also incredible. The island is very safe but Charles and his r drivers ensure the safety of their clients. The hotel was going to charge me 2800 MUR / 60 USD each way to/from the airport. I used Mauritius Taxi Transfer (+230 5839 5223) and they charged me $40 each way to/from the airport. We booked the transfers between the Airport and Belle Mare Plage with Mauritius Taxi Transfers based on the reviews on this site. Charles replied to our request within minutes and the price was agreed.
On arrival the driver was waiting for us and provided us with cold water for the journey to the hotel.
Charles reconfirmed the collection time the day before departure and again the driver was spot on time and got us to the airport without any delays.
Both drivers were excellent, Abdul on the return trip was very informative about the island and both drivers were courteous and drove very carefully, which is not always the case in some countries.
Highly recommended and we will certainly use them when we next visit Mauritius.

We used this service for a family holiday transfer from Mauritius airport to the Mauricia Beachcomber Hotel in Grand Baie in February 2023.
The transfer was arranged via WhatsApp prior to our holiday and we were told the price we would need to pay in cash (either EUR or MUR) to each driver. Our family consisted of two adults and three children under 10, and there was plenty of room for us and our luggage.
The first driver was waiting for us with a board when we departed customs and was able to suggest a number of things for us to see and do during our holiday.
The second driver was waiting in the hotel reception well in advance of the agreed time.
Both driver were friendly and helpful and the journeys were smooth.
Thoroughly recommend!!

These guys are great! Recommended; we initially booked airport transfers which were very good on price; then also booked a day trip with them.

Unfortunately, I cannot say that my stay in Mauritius was great, but no one can influence the weather conditions. Two cyclones during one short stay, especially when you fly there from another part of the world, is a bit too much for me :) The only thing that worked properly was the airport transfer and land trips with Charles. Charles, deserves the highest rating. First of all, he is not expensive (but that's not that important). The most important thing is that he is always available on WhatsApp and this guarantees you a really good service. Any changes that are forced by unforeseen circumstances are not a problem for him. Thanks Charles for being with us because it meant that, despite the cyclones, I had a nice holiday time. Thanks again.

We used Mauritius Taxi Transfers for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) for a private ate mini us transfer to and from the airport to the east coast. The whole process was excellent. From initial contact with Charles via email, with prompt reply and written confirmation, to the driver welcoming us at arrivals. Everything was as expected and communicated. So very reliable.
We also used them to coordinate a fantastic excursion to the South West Coast. We visited the Isl aux Benitiers and swam with dolphins in the wild, followed by a great lunch on the beach. All with excellent and reliable transfers. Charles was very accommodating to arrange this at last minute for us and made the whole process of communication very prompt and reliable.
Don't hesitate to use these guys.

We made two private transfers incl. from airport - to Hilton hotel - and again to airport with this company. When you book online in advance you always feel a bit uncertain and anxious till you meet the driver on the spot. By the second transfer back to the airport we knew already that we´ll be in good hands. The car was in good shape,well cleaned, the driver was already waiting for us, spoke good English, was friendly and very informative and competent about everything we wanted to know about the island, so he made our first and also our last impression of the land really pleasant.
I would definitely recommend this service to all!

Charles and his team do their very best to satisfy the custumers. We used the SUV Airport Transfer to LeMorne and back to the Airport.
The driver was very helpful, informative and friendly during the complete ride. We got a lot Information after our arrival.
In addition the driver was on time at the arrival hall when flying in and also more than on time for our very early pickup from the Hotel to the Airport at 5 am.
So very reliable and we will use this service again once we come back to Mauritius.

Big thank you! Booked pickup from the airport to hotel in a large 7 seater with 2 child seats. Charles was always quick to reply to emails and gave a number in case anything was needed. Abdul was there waiting for us when we arrived, very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, our trip to the hotel was like being with a tour guide! Immediately booked with them for the return leg back to the airport and Abdul was early again and waited for us for another informative trip back. Thank you!
