- HermanAfricantravel0 contributionsThe unforgettable source of the Nile_A Journey to the Birthplace of a Legend_ I recently had the privilege of visiting the source of the Nile in Jinja, Uganda, and it was an unforgettable experience! The journey took me through lush green landscapes, vibrant villages, and finally, to the tranquil shores of Lake Victoria, where the mighty Nile begins its 6,695-kilometer journey. The moment I stepped onto the boat that would take me to the source, I felt a sense of excitement and anticipation. As we glided across the calm waters, the warm sunshine and gentle breeze only added to the magic of the moment. The source itself was breathtaking – a peaceful, serene spot where the Nile emerges from the depths of the lake. I couldn't help but feel a sense of hope Visiting the source of the Nile was a truly enriching experience that exceeded my expectations. The natural beauty, rich history, and warm hospitality made for an unforgettable adventure. If you're a nature lover, history buff, or simply looking for a unique experience, add the source of the Nile to your bucket list! - richmondj5200 contributionsA Tour I will never forget in my lifeMy recent 10-day tour of Uganda with Inspire Africa Safaris was an incredible journey that exceeded my expectations in every way. Inspire Africa Safaris curated an itinerary that highlighted the best of this beautiful country, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival in Kampala, I was greeted by our friendly guide from Inspire Africa Safaris, who immediately set a positive tone for the trip. After a brief orientation, we embarked on a city tour, visiting the bustling markets, historical sites, and the iconic Uganda Museum. The day ended with a delicious dinner featuring local cuisine, providing a great introduction to Ugandan culture. The following morning, we set off for Murchison Falls National Park. The drive took us through beautiful rural landscapes, and our guide shared fascinating insights about the local communities we passed. Once we arrived, the park’s grandeur took my breath away. Our accommodations were comfortable, with stunning views of the Nile. On our first day in the park, we went on a safari drive, where we spotted elephants, giraffes, and various antelope species. The highlight was the boat cruise on the Nile, where we got up close to hippos and crocodiles basking in the sun. Witnessing the majestic Murchison Falls was exhilarating; the power of the water cascading through the narrow gorge was awe-inspiring. After Murchison, we traveled to Kibale National Park, famous for its chimpanzee tracking. The anticipation built as we set out early in the morning, guided by knowledgeable park rangers. The trek through the lush rainforest was enchanting, filled with sounds of wildlife. When we finally encountered a troop of chimpanzees, it was a heartwarming experience. Observing them interact in their natural habitat was a moment I will cherish forever. The following day included a visit to a local community, where we engaged in a traditional cooking class and learned about local customs. The warmth of the people and their eagerness to share their culture added a rich layer to our journey. Next, we headed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, renowned for its diverse ecosystems. Our game drives yielded sightings of lions, elephants, and a myriad of bird species. One unforgettable moment was during a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where we were surrounded by wildlife. The sunset views were stunning, casting a golden hue over the water. The highlight of Queen Elizabeth was the tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. Our guide expertly navigated us to the area, and we were fortunate to see these magnificent creatures lounging in the branches of fig trees. No trip to Uganda would be complete without gorilla trekking, and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park was the pinnacle of our adventure. The trek was physically challenging but incredibly rewarding. Our guides were exceptional, ensuring our safety and enhancing our understanding of the gorillas’ behavior. When we finally encountered a family of mountain gorillas, all the effort was worth it. Standing just a few meters away from these gentle giants was surreal. The hour we spent observing them was emotional; their playful interactions and gentle demeanor were captivating. After the trek, we spent a night near Lake Bunyonyi, where we relaxed and reflected on our incredible journey. The peaceful atmosphere of the lake provided a perfect backdrop for unwinding. On our final day, we returned to Kampala, filled with unforgettable memories and newfound knowledge about Uganda’s wildlife and culture. Our guide facilitated last-minute shopping for souvenirs, allowing us to bring a piece of Uganda back home. The farewell dinner was a fitting end to a remarkable journey, filled with laughter and shared stories. Throughout the tour, the accommodations provided by Inspire Africa Safaris were consistently excellent. Each lodge and campsite was well-selected, offering comfort and a connection to nature. The logistics of the trip were seamless; transportation was comfortable, and our guide’s expertise made navigation effortless. Our guide was a true gem. His passion for Uganda and extensive knowledge enriched our experience significantly. He was attentive, accommodating, and always ready to share interesting facts about the wildlife and culture. His enthusiasm made each day more enjoyable and engaging. In conclusion, my 10-day tour with Inspire Africa Safaris was a life-changing experience that I would recommend to anyone interested in exploring Uganda. The trip was worth the money they asked for. Adventure beyond expectations and the guide was on point when it came to wildlife explanations. We enjoyed both the land safari and the boat cruise at the kazinga channel. It was all well apart from when the lodge's electricity went off for sometime during the day but the guide made sure we charge our phones in the car. The magnificent sceneries we encountered during the travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park also made the trip so awesome indeed Uganda is a beautiful country. Would love to travel again to other parts of the country with Inspire African Safaris because they deliver the best services. Better book with them for the best experiences and adventure in the wilderness.

We had a great experience during our 3 days Safari in the Queen Elizabeth park. Richard was very friendly and drove us safely from Entebbe to the park. Although it was a long drive, he made sure that we were fine. The lodge where we stayed was amazing! The owner of the lodge build it al himself! In the evening the hippo's walked around the lodge!! The chef provided us with great and very tasteful dishes! During the game drives we saw a lot of animals, like the elephants, hippo's, buffalo! The local guide explained us a lot about the animals! We would love to go again!

Me and my wife had our wedding in December and we had planned a safari earlier with this company.
Richard was so knowledgeable about this landlocked country nature, he had very great recommendation on lodges, and things to do. We really enjoyed and our room was decorated for honeymoon.
We enjoyed the safari especially the cats, we were so lucky to meet the leopards fight and our evening Game Drive we met lions. It made our safari unforgettable.
The Boat cruise was amazing đź‘Ś approaching over thousands of hippos, crocodile one of a kind.
Lastly I can't forget Richard driving skills, we reached airport on time and continued our safari to Kenya now.
Thank very much Airways Team, I wish all travellers book with you.

Uganda is indeed very beautiful, at first I wasn’t sure where I would spend a 2 days weekend and I enjoy, it was magical for the adventures I have had in Queen Elizabeth Park, the lions welcomed us on the Road and we also met another pride with 4 Cubs which liked playing along us. This park is great for its vastness, I can’t imagine saw all Africa’s Big Four here and super close, the channel had thousands of hippos wow ooh Uganda. Yes go to Uganda and I recommend this agency for they value money.

We had a great trip with Inspire African Safari’s. Richard was very helpfull to customize the plan and working through the various options, so ended up with QE park for 1 day and ishasa the other day to see the tree climbing lions (which we ended up not seeing🥲).
Both Parks were great and Darius was a great driver and guide throughout the trips. We saw 5 lions (2 cubs), hundreds of antilopes, buffalo’s, vulgars, warthogs and an amazing park with stunning views.
The cruise was possibly even nicer as we saw over 10 elephants, hundred of hippo’s, buffalo’s, 1 crocodile and a few mount lizards and many exotic bird spieces!
Was a great experience overall! Also the bush lodge was an amazing place to stay! We had an elephant visit at our lodge and never been so close to an elephant before, while leaving him in his habitat. Food was good and service great.
Overall amazing trip, well organised and led! We will cherish the memories
