In 2024, I flew from Thailand to study a yoga teacher training course with Amarit, who has a Master's degree in yoga. Amrit built his Yogastali on the hill and runs three health spas in the city center. We trained at both locations. Amrit didn't only teach us yoga poses, but also the theoretical knowledge and spiritual aspect of yoga. I am Christian and I was comfortable with spiritual yoga experiences (singing, chanting, and meditation) during the course. Nepali food is very delicious. Nepali people are friendly and good at English. This was a one-month experience I will remember for the rest of my life.

I did the cleanse plus Ayurveda massage package before my yoga teachers training started and I totally believe that this cleanse allowed me to fully receive the yoga teachers training. Through the YTT, I also trained in Ayurveda massage. Not only are the staff very professional and knowledgeable, they are very accommodating and caring. They care so much for their guests. Highly recommend them!

Regina was amazing! I got a one hour thai massage from her and the whole hour was extremely relaxing. She checked in with me throughly to make sure the pressure was ok. I wish I could take her back to the states with me.

Namaste :) I tried the singing bowl therapy, and found it to be transformative. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking answers to how they're feeling and why. The therapist is excellent. I will definitely be back next year. I also did a 2 hour yoga session with him on the rooftop from 7-9am, and it was pure bliss, very relaxing and a great workout. He helps you a lot to achieve the different moves and adapts to your ability.
