The entire trekking (Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trek) was a life-experience! Team of the Master Himalaya Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. is enthusiastic, professial and helpful. The trek was very well-organized at every stage with care for all details including most important ones. All questions were immediately answered in an informative way in the preparation phase and on the trail as well. Our guide and porter were great companions through the Tsum, the hidden valley and the Manaslu Circuit. Their contribution to our successful, enjoyable and safe journey was invaluable. Tsum Valley with its reach authentic Tibetan culture and tradition, beautiful and pure nature was an excellent complement to the Manaslu trek.

Kriti and the team looked after us very well from the outset! Ensuring we had the right insurance, gear and preparation straight away. We went on the Manaslu Circuit and the office even transported our bags to Pokhara whilst providing us with duffels, jackets and storing our valuables. They did the utmost to ensure we were safe and I can’t thank them enough for being so kind and eager to help us ☺️

We completed the 12 day Manaslu Circuit trek as a 2 person group, and had an amazing experience. Though we are experienced hikers, this was our first time to Nepal. We booked several months in advance with Master Himalaya based on reviews and a good amount of internet research. Communication with Kriti throughout the booking and planning process was excellent. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always responsive. Our guide, Krishna, was awesome. He took care of everything, and made for a stress free and truly amazing trek. The food and accomodations always exceeded our expectations, and Krishna was always on top.of everything. Most importantly, he was an absolute pleasure to get to know and trek with. He was truly happy to be in the mountains with us, and to share Nepal's beautiful culture and natural wonders with us. For that, I am super grateful! Highly recommend Master Himalaya for anybody looking for a guide company, these folks care about their customers.

My girlfriend and I did the 12 day Manaslu circuit. Our guide Lakpa was a very nice and experienced guide. He had a lot of knowledge about practically everything and was eager to tell us about his country, his own live, and to show us around. He also showed us extra things and went the extra mile for us (visiting local houses, festivals, celebrating my birthday). We felt very comfortable with him, the balance between having privacy and showing us around was perfect. We also were very happy with our porter Laajin, a nice man that was patient and friendly and made sure our bagage arrived. We got everything exactly as stated in the description and we could even borrow extra gear (down jackets, sleeping bags, and spikes). We would have liked a call with the agency after our booking so we would be 100% prepared, but other than that communication was perfect. In all we would definitely recommend booking a trek with Master Himalaya, the guide Lakpa, and the porter Laajin. They did a wonderful job and we sincerely enjoyed the trip.

Such an amazing trekking! Apart from the beautiful landscapes, the experience we had with my dad and my sister was posible because of the amazing team we were with Tenji our guide and Nema our portier. Even with the young age of Tenji, he is very experienced.He did it so many times, so he knows all the paths perfectly, at what time should we leave everyday, when is the best time to leave the guest house to avoid cloudy weather to arrive to Manaslu base camp with clear air…He is very professional and attentive. He also focused with the little details (such as making sure during our meals we had napkings, salt, honey, everything… He was also recording so many pictures and videos for us even without telling us; and at the same time we were in a friendly mood, playing cards at the guest house after trekking, having good talks about nepalese culture, mountains… He also speaks good and fluent english, so is easy to have good talk with him even if is not related with the trekking. On the other hand, Nema also has been a great company, cause apart from helping us with our luggage, he was also very attentive, professional and helpful. He was also focused in all details (everyday for example he was checking our rooms just to make sure we werent missing any belonging. We also have good talk with him and nice moments all together! We have such a good experience. We enjoyed the landscapes (dere ramro), the people, the tea accomodations and our nepalise classes but moreover we had the best team we could ever had. Our guide Tenji and our portier Nema could not be better. Both were professionals, nice people and very attentive. We create the best group ever! Danyebad Tenji and Nema!

We did a Manaslu circuit together with the Tsum Valley Trek in September and it was perfect! Our guide, Tenji, was young but very knowledgeable and experienced. We never had to worry about getting lost or not finding a lodge for the night. He was happy to patiently explain anything we asked, never rushed us and during the trek he became our friend and a real part of our group. The itinerary was flexible and we had enough days to acclimatise to the altitude and even visit the Manaslu base camp, which was not on the itinerary but was still possible as part of the acclimatisation. The price was also very reasonable and included everything from transport to accommodation to obtaining permits. The trekking company also helped us in many other ways, such as booking and finding hotels during our stay in Nepal, which was very nice of them. So overall, we were very pleased and happy with the Trekking agency and especially the guide and would go with them again!

My son and I had only 5 days to trek in Nepal. Following a recommendation of a friend, we connected with Master Himalaya who set up an outstanding itinerary for a five-day trek in the Everest Base Camp trail. Master Himalaya organized the entire trip professionally and seamlessly. As our timeframe was very short- we used helicopter flights 3 times- from Kathmandu to Lukla, from Tengboche to Kalla Pathar and back from Lukla to Kathmandu which all worked smoothly. As per our specific request, we stayed all nights in guesthouses with attached showers and bathrooms and had 2 wonderful porters who walked with us and guided us throughout our trip. Master Himalaya provided us with a wonderful and unforgettable experience and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My trek was not for faint of heart. I was looking for a good challenge and this trip proved to be just right. Well supported excellent staff spartan but more than adequate food and facilities. In particular Master Himalaya staff were outstanding every step of the way from meeting me at the airport, mid trek check ups and post trek support. Staff were outstanding in every regard.

Wonderful experience trekking with master Himalaya! From the initial emails to our final congratulations dinner the communication with the company was great throughout. Our guide Tenji took good care of us and made us feel very safe. We enjoyed the variety of scenery, the villages, the food and conversing with villagers and other trekkers along the way. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

The Everest Base Camp Trek it self was the best experience you will ever do. This is the second time I have done it. I have no faults with the sherpa's and porters on the trip as they were fantastic. Firstly, we were charged at extra 4% for card payments. Make sure all payments are done beforehand or you have exchanged the cash in your own country. Our flight from Lukla got cancelled which can happen due to the weather. When trying to get the flight details from the company for over a month they failed to do so. The insurance would not do anything without a letter from the insurance company. Although they organised alternative transport this was never communicated and poor communication after trip completed. Would use a another company in my opinion.

I used to trek and climb a lot before, however, for the last few years, I have been a couch potato. Group trek would not be good for me, so I reached out to master himalaya for a custom Everest Three Passes Trek along with ascent of Isalnd Peak. At first I was worried that they are a fake organisation or low service company because of how cheap their prices are. However, there is nothing to be afraid of. Their service is at par with or even better than most other tour companies in the same budget packages. Their PR team is also fantastic, special thanks to Palden Bhai. Their guide was very polite and good and led me through the mountains safely. The food and accomodation was also very very good. Whole heartedly recommended for everyone, specially if your budget is small. Will always go with them from now on.

The hike was amazing, what made it more enjoyable were the guides. KB and Raj were excellent. The kids that were portering for us also the best. Nothing but smiles for miles when we would see them on the trail (as they passed us). The guest houses/ tea houses far surpassed my expectations as far as a place to lay your head a night. It was still freezing, but I managed to sleep most nights. The food at all the places was quite good, when I had the appetite. Warning: yak poop burning causes a lot of smoke and makes it nearly impossible to breath esp after the altitude hits! Having had problems with my lungs the last couple days of the trip. Mind is willing body not completely able. The group left for base camp and I was left to my own devices, I took my time and did Kala Patthar, I was able to see Mt Everest... which you are not able to do from base camp. I did miss out on the spray painted rock with my crew, but had an amazing adventure on my own! I have never been in a helicopter... so this was the complete highlight of the entire trip to me! The pilot was smooth...he gave us a loop around base camp from the air and pointed out so many things you cannot see from the ground. Best trekking experience to date... one thing... make sure your guide has a pulse oximeter!!

I am glad that I chose to trek to the Langtang - Gosainkunda region with Master Himalaya Treks. Mr. Ram Barakoti helped me in deciding the region for my trek and also provided me a very experinced guide, Devendra, who took great care of me. He was careful everytime so that I was safe during the trekking. His food recommendations and the tea house selections were up to the mark.
