- 147aminat0 contributionsNepal and ABC are greatHaving just returned from the ABC trek, I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The scenery was unreal; each turn revealed new mountains, valleys, and glistening rivers. The sunrise over Annapurna Base Camp was a sight I’ll cherish forever. Food-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. Every teahouse offered unique local dishes, and I found a love for gundruk (fermented leafy greens) and the famous apple brandy. Sharing meals with fellow trekkers from around the world created a wonderful sense of community. If you’re considering this trek, go for it—you won't regret it!Written 2 October 2024

Choosing Red Carpet Journey made everything simple. They are professional, responsive, and charming, catering to your preferences with an easy and transparent booking process. Khem (guide) and Shree (porter) ensured a great trip with their extensive knowledge of the area, culture, and people. The daily fresh fruit after dinner was a delightful treat, especially at higher altitudes. Despite some altitude sickness, Khem and Shree smoothly adapted our trip. I highly recommend Red Carpet Journey to other ABC trekkers and will definitely choose them for my next Nepal trip.Written 16 May 2023
