I embarked on the trek solo, guided by Rapuk, whose expertise and easy-going nature made the journey truly memorable. His competency was evident at every step. He struck the perfect balance between being a great companion when I wanted to chat and giving me space when I needed it, which made the experience both joyful and personal. We completed the trek in 4 days instead of the usual 6, as I was eager to push myself. Rapuk was incredibly supportive and flexible, allowing me to set my own pace and decide our daily goals. There was never any pressure; instead, he encouraged me to enjoy the trek on my terms, which made it all the more fulfilling. A high point of 2024 was the two week trek on the Manaslu circuit. The tour company, Outdoor Himalayan Treks, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Badri Aryal and his team looked after us in KMD and on the trek to ensure that the trip was truly memorable. We loved to camadaraderie that flows from trekking and using teahouses- the encounters with younger trekkers (mostly 23-35) gave reciprocal enjoyment. This round circuit trek 'ticks' all the boxes for active holiday.

I was picked up and looked after until ganded over to helicopter crew. The pilot was great pointing out the mountains and very professional. Weather was outstanding clear blue sky. Everest just the icing on the cake.

This was our first trek in the Himalaya and it met all ouf our expectations. We chose the ABC trek partly because it "only" goes up to 4,200 metres and wanted to see how we'd get on with the altitude. We travelled with Himalayan Social journey (recommended) and our guide Ganesh was excellent. Ours was a 9 day trek via Poonhill. The scenery was superb - ever chaning as we climbed. Tea house accommodation was as expected - basic but clean. Expect to share a room at ABC in high season. We decided to give the hot spring at Jinhu a miss and instead took a jeep to Sarangot for 1 night. Highly recommended - the views of Pokhara lake in one direction and the himalayan range in the other were stunning.

I enjoyed the manaslu circuit trek a lot! The views were amazing, we had great accommodations along the way and were guided well by our experienced guide Krishna! He brought a lot of joy and interesting facts to the trip and i am happy to have had him as our guide! Especially since we could adjust the itinerary to the circumstances and were able to cross the larke pass in best weather. Thanks for making that possible!

Very nice tour with incredible views and tea at the Mount Everest Restaurant halfway :-) We went up to 5.300 meters. Yes, I felt drunk had problems walking.

My wife and I have recently completed our Langtang Valley Trekking from late May to early June 2023, arranged by Outdoor Himalayan Treks. This is our second time trekking in Nepal and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This time, it was an entirely different experience - for us, Langtang Valley trekking was indeed " Nature at its very Best " The panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, clean crisp mountain air against a background of the call of nature (chirping of birds, continuous gush of the river/streams, cries of the deer in the night). Walking along lush bamboo forests dotted with pretty flowers, encounters with families of yak, monkeys, mules ..an amazing sight. The sheer absence of technology / internet up in the mountains was quite a different feeling! The trekking in Langtang was raw, rugged...oneness with nature. For the first two days we were going uphill with average vertical gains of 1000m each day and hitting 3300m on day 3. Steep ascents very often on narrow paths, laden with rocks, stones, and crossing streams required deft and steady footwork. What goes up must come down..steep descents were a toll on our knees. The air gets thinner as we climb higher, thank goodness we had paced ourselves throughout the trek and we were blessed with excellent weather. My wife continued and reached the peak of Kyanjin 1 at 4400m, where she enjoyed the great sense of accomplishment and the glorious breathtaking views! The funny thing was, sharing with her moment of joy at the peak appeared angels ...two friendly dogs ! The beauty of nature is also present in the professional and experienced handling of both our guide and porter. Our guide, Subba is very experienced and was most attentive to our needs. Together with our young and strong porter, Madhov, they were a wonderful pair. In moments, when I thought I was going to slip down the terrain, a quick hand would be there to support me. Will always remember the wise words of our guide.."Take baby steps and follow the mule". The warm hospitality of our hosts at the guesthouses provided us with a glimpse of the local Tibetan culture. The simplicity and beauty of nature !

We had a great 17 days Manaslu circuit and Tsum Valley trek with the very good service and help of Outdoor Himalayan Treks. I highly recommend this company if you plan trekking in Nepal. I have to give special thanks to the manager Rammani and to our porter – guide Madav for their hospitality and great help for this unique experience. Rammani help us a lot and earn for us some extra days with the arrayments and the licenses of the trek. Madav it was our friend for 20 days and do everything possible to help us. We couldn't ask for more and we highly and strongly recommend the trip, experience and travel company.
