I had an amazing 5 day tour from Nayapul to Poon Hill and back with Shera Jangbu Sherpa. He was an excellent guide, taught me about the mountain range, the surrounding wild life and Nepali culture, arranged fab accommodation for each night and made sure we walked at a pace that was comfortable for me. 10/10 experience

I’ve had an amazing experience. The people working for the company are just fantastic. First of all, booking the trip at the office was easy peasy, the girls are super kind, welcoming and helpful. Then the trek itself - my guide, Sera, was just great! Always there for me, kind and knowledgeable. I felt safe and taken care of. Especially important for the very first time in Nepal. I’ve had a great time. Cannot recommend it more. Just go for it :)

Went to Gosaikunda 5 days trek and had an amazing experience with Alpwander, starting with the arrangements Arkita was very sweet and helpful arranging the trek to my schedule and giving all the needed information, up to my guide DB who was too fun, caring and making sure I’m healthy and happy all the way during the trek. I went on the Annapurna Circuit trek with Tilicho Lake on the 18th on November Solo. Alongside my amazing guide Mekh Gurung, I experienced the best 2 week trek in my life. Every single day was absolutely breathtaking and Mekh was there to support me throughout the trek and the company specifically Arkita was there to ensure smooth operation. A huge thanks to Mekh as not only was he the friendliest and most helpful guide for me, he was also extremely kind for other solo trekkers we met along the way. He definitely deserves all the appreciation as he embodies the Nepalese hospitality we all deserve on these treks. 🙏🙏🙏 I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who has a passion for trekking and wants the best possible introduction to the Himalayas. I did a number of treks with Alpwander during my 3 months in Nepal and they were all great! They paired me with a guide for the 7 day Langtang Valley trek and we had a blast. Such a beautiful area with a very informative guide who had much experience trekking in the area. I also combined the Manaslu and Annapurna circuits with them which was amazing. Ngatemba was an incredible guide. We had so much fun and he was very accommodating to my pace and wishes on the trail. I’d highly recommend any of these treks and definitely think Alpwander is a great choice of outfitter for any of your trekking needs. I’ll surely be back!

This was my first trek, and it was made memorable by our amazing guide DB. Arkita and Ayush from the travel desk were super nice and gave us all the information we needed for the trek. Even though we booked the Mardi himal trek in the last moment, they made sure we had everything we needed for the trek. Our guide DB was an experienced professional who made sure we had a safe and fun experience.

My friend and I did the Annapurna Circuit Trek (11 days) and had the most amazing time. Our guide, DB, was incredible. He really looked out for us and made us feel so safe and supported throughout the entire trek. Always making sure we’re okay and also cracking jokes to keep things light when the trekking got tough. After we successfully got through the Thorong La Pass, he even got us a cake to celebrate. So sweet. And our porter, Prem, was also great. So kind and positive and strong. We had a big bag and he carried it like a pro no problem. The agency was also amazing, taking care of everything for us and even shipping our backpacks to Pokhara where we would be staying for a while. Also paying for our bus back to Kathmandu whenever we decide to go back. Overall we’ve had the most amazing experience and would recommend Alpwander to anyone who wants to trek. And DB and Prem are the dream team.

Super trek to Mardi Himal base camp (5 day) with Shera. Awesome guide; breathtaking scenery; great stays (and tea) in tea-houses along the way. If you’re looking for a shorter trek with fewer people and stunning peaks, go for this one. Alpwander were fantastic all the way through, including answering many questions, giving us tips and lending kit. Highly recommend this company.

We chose the 13-day Manaslu Circuit. Our trip started directly from the Flock Hostel. We had a private guide so we could decide each day how much trekking we wanted to do. We traveled individually and had a certain head start so that we could still visit Manaslu Base Camp. An impressive experience. Some of the accommodation is modest but the essentials are always available. We are super happy with our guide Santabir who led us over the Larke Pass with great knowledge. We can recommend this trip to all experienced hikers. Many thanks to Santabir.

Namaste! Two of us went on a 10 day ABC trek with an added excursion to Ghodepani - Poonhill. I did the 7 day abc trek with Ngima Sherpa. It was incredible! It was so so beautiful and all the logistics went very smoothly. I also learned a lot about nepali language and culture.
