About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- sharmillam20160 contributionsIndia and Nepal Trip.My group of six did 18 days India with a few nights in Nepal and a couple nights in Goa as well. Land only and internal flights were included. We were picked up by Prakash Sharma and Ankit the driver. They took us everywhere, for the duration of our trip. I do have to point out how professional they were, but at the same time made us feel like family. I've done a lot of traveling, and seen a lot of crazy driving, but India took the cake for the craziest driving. But Ankit did such an amazing job maneuvering the traffic. Any changes we made Prakash made it happened. Anything we ask for if Prakash would find a way to make it happen. We had 3 older people in my group, so we needed to stop for bathroom breaks frequently, and Prakash would try his very best to find a somewhat clean bathroom. Although that's almost impossible to find in India. They ( Ankit and Prakash) would hold my mother in law hands to make sure she didn't fall, and would help her up and down the van. The really took care of us. Like I said, we walked away feeling like family. Our planner Neera from Touraderj made our trip personalized for us, everything we wanted to do he made it happen. I would definitely ask to use them again if we do another India trip. And highly recommend them to anyone who's thinking about doing a trip to India.Written 4 February 2025

- doranobi0 contributionsTerrible, over charged for $6 tour, a huge deference in terms of places to visit and durationTerrible experience. The actual price of this tour is $6 (which everyone else is paying), but you are overcharged when booking through TripAdvisor and intermediaries. Half of the advertised places were not included in the actual plan. We spent over an hour picking up all travelers in an extremely run-down bus, where people sat in luggage spaces instead of proper seats. The worst part was the duration: advertised as 6 hours and 15 minutes, but it actually took 8 hours due to pick-up times and delays. I needed to leave the tour after 6hours and 30minutes to catch a flight (by paying taxi) I did not enjoy the experience at all, particularly all misrepresentation, and request a refundWritten 19 July 2024

- yasodheeM0 contributionsNot recommended - avoid !In all honesty, if I was able to give no stars, I would . Firstly, the driver did not even introduce himself when he arrived to pick me up , he went straight to the reception staff , even though I was sitting right there , and the staff member came up to me to ask if I had booked a tour and this was my driver . Still no introduction until I asked for his name , the only thing he asked me was where I was from and where we were going . I tried to initiate conversation by asking questions but got no response. Secondly, the car that was sent had no air-conditioning . It was 1pm , extremely hot , dusty on the roads to Sanga, and the air quality in Nepal isn't great. The driver drove almost all the way with the windows down in the vehicle both to and going back to the hotel . This drive is more than an hour, depending on traffic and roadworks that are going on. I was uncomfortably hot and miserable, and as a result of all the dust, I ended up with a badly congested chest over the next few days , starting that very night . Thirdly, arriving at the site , I just informed that I needed to go across a suspension bridge and go up there, where the statue was . I was confused because, as per the tour advertised, it states the driver would serve as a guide also , there was no guidance or information given. I was told to go and come back when I was done. I was not told about the two fees I needed to pay or which direction I needed to go after getting across the bridge, and with no clear signs (if there was a sign it was not in English) , I went the wrong way both going up to Kailashnath Mahadev and getting back to the pickup area, and it's not an easy walk , you're walking mainly on dirt paths uphill with no support rails or anything. On returning to the vehicle, the driver did not even ask if I enjoyed the site or any questions related to my experience . As advertised, a bottle of water was to be provided , and I didn't receive one either. Granted, the traffic was a lot heading back to and from the hotel , but the driver was impatient and reckless in his driving , he took calls during without a hands-free, he yelled at people on the road , stopped to talk to someone . This was a horrible experience for me and for the amount of money I paid , not worth it at all. This tour is being falsely advertised, call it what it is, an overpriced bad taxi service. The driver is also not comfortable conversing in English, so the advertised language shouldn't be as such. I did not feel valued or cared for as a customer , I could have probably arranged a pickup and drop-off with my hotel for less money and better value and quality of service. I do not recommend using this company.Written 10 April 2024
- yamahira0 contributionsOne and only unforgettable experience!I went on this incredible tour from Bandipur to Pokhara and back to Kathmandu, and it was an amazing experience. The guide Madhu made the trip extra special with his deep knowledge and infectious enthusiasm for Nepali culture. Madhu wasn't just a guide; he was like a friendly companion throughout the journey. His warm and approachable nature made me feel like friends exploring Nepal together. His insights into the country's history and culture added a fascinating layer to our adventure. Staying overnight at a local host family's home in Bandipur gave me a genuine glimpse into the daily lives and hospitality of the Nepali people. Family of Lamsal were very kind and welcoming. It was an experience you just can't get from typical tourist spots. Even the bumpy bus ride added a thrill to the journey. The winding roads offered breathtaking views of Nepal's beautiful landscapes, turning a simple transit into an unforgettable part of the trip. Madhu's passion and friendliness truly made this tour exceptional. It was more than just a trip; it was a cultural immersion that left me with lasting memories. I can confidently say that this experience wouldn't have been the same without Madhu's expert guidance. If you're looking for a journey that goes beyond the ordinary, this tour is a definite must-try!Written 26 February 2024
- Greg F0 contributionsGreat, short rafting experienceA really nice rafting experience. The team made it a lot of fun and they were focused on safety. Was about 1 1/2 hours in the water.Written 13 October 2023
- taekou20230 contributionsAn unforgettable experienceThe guide and driver were an excellent duo. Destinations were excellent. The weather was great. Everything deserved a five-star rating. However, the USD 123.40 listed on the Tripadvisor website was the cost of a bus ride, which the guide said would take 6-7 hours each way. Therefore, I paid an additional USD 100 for the 4WD ride, which definitely saved me more time and allowed me to stay longer in Gorkha.Written 30 August 2023

It was very profitable to know the struggle of the Tibetan people over time and their perseverance to keep their customs, culture and traditions alive.
