Overview
Get an insider’s glimpse into Bangkok on a half-day bike tour designed to reveal a side of the city few visitors get to see. In a small group limited to eight, interact with locals at a Buddhist temple and community kindergarten, watch students train in Muay Thai (boxing), and visit a restaurant favored by locals. Plus, a choice of morning or afternoon departure lets you slot this tour into any schedule.
What to Expect

Your tour begins at a central Bangkok location, where you’ll greet your guide and get to grips with your bike. Once you feel confident, you’ll head away from the city’s bustling center and cycle past villas to a local community, where you’ll have the chance to interact with residents and learn about their way of living.

On arrival at the Chao Phraya River (Mae Nam Chao Phraya), you’ll board a traditional Thai long-tail boat and cruise over to what’s considered the green lung of Bangkok. After exploring the verdant area, you’ll stop for a traditional Thai meal and visit a Buddhist temple that attracts few crowds. After a stop at an open-air Muay Thai boxing school, you’ll return to your original departure point in central Bangkok.

Literally a breath of fresh air!

This was a great tour and showed sides of the city we have not experienced before and would likely not have done otherwise. We wound our way around back streets and less wealthy areas of the city which gave an insight into the lives of...More

We had a fantastic ride through the back streets of Bangkok and then onto a long boat for a transfer over the "green lung" of Bangkok. We were treated to a delicious meal at a local restaurant and then the tour continued through the streets...More
